51 Percent of Americans Make Less than $30,000 per year October 22, 2015 “Information Clearing House” – “End Of The American Dream” – We just got more evidence that the middle class in America is dying. According to brand new numbers that were just released by the Social Security Administration, 51 percent of all workers in the United States make less than $30,000 a year. Let that number sink in for a moment. You can’t support a middle class family in America today on just $2,500 a month – especially after taxes are taken out. And yet more than half of all workers in this country make less than that each month. In order to have a thriving middle class, you have got to have an economy that produces lots of middle class jobs, and that simply is not happening in America today.
You can find the report that the Social Security Administration just released right here: . The following are some of the numbers that really stood out for me:
38 percent of all American workers made less than $20,000 last year.
51 percent of all American workers made less than $30,000 last year.
62 percent of all American workers made less than $40,000 last year.
71 percent of all American workers made less than $50,000 last year.
That first number is truly staggering. The federal poverty level for a family of five is $28,410, and yet almost 40 percent of all American workers do not even bring in $20,000 a year.
If you worked a full-time job at $10 an hour all year long with two weeks off, you would make approximately $20,000. This should tell you something about the quality of the jobs that our economy is producing at this point.
And of course the numbers above are only for those that are actually working. As I discussed just recently, there are 7.9 million working age Americans that are “officially unemployed” right now and another 94.7 million working age Americans that are considered to be “not in the labor force”. When you add those two numbers together, you get a grand total of 102.6 million working age Americans that do not have a job right now.
So many people that I know are barely scraping by right now. Many families have to fight tooth and nail just to make it from month to month, and there are lots of Americans that find them-selves sinking deeper and deeper into debt.
If you can believe it, about a quarter of the country actually has a negative net worth right now.
What that means is that if you have no debt and you also have ten dollars in your pocket that gives you a greater net worth than about 25 percent of the entire country. The following comes from a recent piece by Simon Black. Credit Suisse estimates that 25% of Americans are in this situation of having a negative net-worth.
“If you’ve no debts and have $10 in your pocket you have more wealth than 25% of Americans. More than 25% of Americans have collectively that is.”
The thing is– not only did the government create the incentives, but they set the standard.
With a net worth of negative $60 trillion, US citizens are just following dutifully in the government’s footsteps.
As a nation we are flat broke and most of us are living paycheck to paycheck. It has been estimated that it takes approximately $50,000 a year to support a middle class lifestyle for a family of four in the U.S. today, and so the fact that 71 percent of all workers make less than that amount shows how difficult it is for families that try to get by with just a single breadwinner.
Needless to say, a tremendous squeeze has been put on the middle class. In many families, both the husband and the wife are working as hard as they can, but it is still not enough. With each passing day, more Americans are losing their spots in the middle class and this has pushed government dependence to an all-time high. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 49 percent of all Americans now live in a home that receives money from the government each month.
Sadly, the trends that are destroying the middle class in America just continue to accelerate. With a huge assist from the Republican leadership in Congress, Barack Obama recently completed negotiations on the Trans-Pacific Partnership. Also known as Obamatrade, this insidious new treaty is going to cover nations that collectively account for 40 percent of global GDP. Just like NAFTA, this treaty will result in the loss of thousands of businesses and millions of good paying American jobs. Let us hope and pray that Congress somehow votes it down.
Another thing that is working against the middle class is the fact that technology is increasingly taking over our jobs. With each passing year, it becomes cheaper and more efficient to have computers, robots and machines do things that humans once did.
Eventually, there will be very few things that humans will be able to do more cheaply and more efficiently than computers, robots and machines. How will most of us make a living when that happens?
The robopocalypse for workers may be inevitable. In this vision of the future, super-smart machines will best humans in pretty much every task. A few of us will own the machines, a few will work a bit… while the rest will live off a government-provided income… the most common job in most U.S. states probably will no longer be truck driver.
For decades, we have been training our young people to have the goal of “getting a job” once they get out into the real world. But in America today there are not nearly enough good jobs to go around, and this crisis is only going to accelerate as we move into the future.
I do not believe that it is wise to pin your future on a corporation that could replace you with a foreign worker or a machine the moment that it becomes expedient to do so. We need to start thinking differently, because the paradigms that worked in the past are fundamentally breaking down.
So what advice would you give to a young adult today that is looking toward the future?

For seven consecutive presidential administrations (since Bush, Sr. invaded Kuwait–2016 will make it 28 years), the American people have been told that they are at war with terrorists. Republican and Democrat administrations and congresses alike have built America’s entire foreign policy around this hypothesis. Trillions of taxpayer dollars have been spent. Thousands of American troops have lost their lives. And tens of thousands have been wounded–many of them seriously. Plus, hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians in the Middle East have lost their lives to America’s “war on terror.”
In the name of the “war on terror,” the people of the United States have become the most spied upon and servile people in world history. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice, and Pentagon have constructed the most elaborate domestic spy machine known to man. We are told that all of this is helping to keep America “safe.” We are told the same thing about our incessant drone attacks, the thousands of sorties conducted by our military aircraft, and our never-ending wars of aggression in the Middle East.
First, we were told the terrorists were Al Qaeda and the Taliban. We invaded two countries to rid the world of these sand people. But after years of war by the most powerful and sophisticated military might in the world (the U.S. military), Al Qaeda and the Taliban are still with us–stronger than ever. Then we were told the terrorists were ISIS. Supposedly, Barack Obama has been at war with these sand people ever since he took office. But all that has happened is ISIS has gotten stronger and stronger. Surely, any rational person should be able to see through this façade.
The truth is the United States is not at war with ISIS; the United States helped to create and continues to fund and support ISIS. America’s so-called war against ISIS is a total farce. The U.S. government in Washington, D.C., has used ISIS to fight a proxy war against Syria on behalf of Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Israel–not to mention the globalist puppet-masters. Outside of the United States, virtually the entire world knows it. But, you see, America has the most sophisticated propaganda machine ever known to man: the national news media.
The entire national press corps in this country (with FOX News at the front of the pack) constantly promotes the drumbeat of war by regurgitating government-sponsored talking points and “intelligence,” never bothering to investigate or question the veracity of the government’s assertions. Joseph Goebbels could only have dreamed of such an efficient propaganda ministry.
Joining the national news media are millions of evangelical Christians such as John Hagee, Pat Robertson, Hal Lindsey, et al., who use the doctrine of Christian Zionism to also pound the drumbeat of war.
See this report.
Yet, by supporting Islamic terror groups such as ISIS, what U.S. foreign policy (with the support of the national news media and Hagee-type evangelicals) is actually doing is assisting the most violent and barbaric stripe of Islam. ISIS is nothing more than the resident terror group of Saudi Arabia’s Sunni Muslim empire. Without any risk of being hyperbolic, Saudi Arabia is one of the most barbarous terror-nations in the entire world. Yet, the U.S. government considers Saudi Arabia to be one of its closest allies. And that’s the problem: it is.
By far, the richest man in the world is Saudi Arabia’s King Salman. To give you an idea of how wealthy this Sunni Muslim is, billionaires such as Bill Gates, Carlos Slim, and Warren Buffet are only 1/20th to 1/50th as rich as he is. And, as you can imagine, Salman is joined at the hip to the most powerful and wealthiest international bankers in the world, such as the Rockefellers and Rothschilds–and giant oil companies such as Chevron and Standard Oil.
And in the Sunni Muslim mind of King Salman, the greatest enemy is Shia Muslims which are predominantly located in countries such as Syria, Iran, and Yemen. It is Saudi Arabia (assisted by its allies in the United States, Turkey, and Israel) that is the chief sponsor of terrorism in the Middle East. This is why the so-called “war on terror” by the United States is such a joke. Ever since the administration of George H.W. Bush, the White House has been in the pocket of petro-dollar billionaires around the world–with the king of Saudi Arabia being the Cock-A-Doodle-Do of them all.
See this report.
I’m sure everyone readily remembers seeing news video of those caravans of Toyota pickup trucks with ISIS flags waving proudly atop them. Well, guess what! Those Toyota pickup trucks were supplied by the United States. Just another reason why the greatest military force in the world was unable to locate and destroy these trucks (and the terrorists riding in them) as they crawled along the Middle Eastern desert. Again, what a crock!
See the report.
No wonder Iraqi Commander Hassan al-Sari said that Vladimir Putin’s Russian coalition “is fighting against the ISIL on behalf of the whole world” while the US had played no role in the recent victories against the terrorists.
Here is the report.
Former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury under President Ronald Reagan, Paul Craig Roberts, was more than blunt in his praise of Putin’s genuine war against the Sunni terrorists in Syria, while denouncing in no uncertain terms the phony war on terror in Washington, D.C. He writes, “The distinguished and knowledgeable international commentator William Engdahl, in a superb statement, has expressed the view I gave you that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s speech on September 28 at the 70th anniversary of the United Nations changed the balance of power in the world. Until Putin’s speech the world was intimidated by the Washington Bully. Resistance to Washington brought swift retribution. In the Middle East and Africa it brought economic sanctions and military invasions that destroyed entire countries. In France and other US vassal states it brought multi-billion dollar confiscations of bank net worth as the price of not following Washington’s policies toward other countries.”
Roberts continues: “President Putin of Russia brought all that to end on September 28. He stood up before the world in the presence of the overflowing hubris of the hegemon and belled the cat.
“Putin denounced Washington’s threat to the sovereignty, and thereby the freedom, of peoples and countries. He denounced the heartless criminality of Washington’s destruction of the lives of millions of peoples on the basis of nothing other than Washington’s own arrogance. He denounced the illegality of Washington’s assaults on the sovereignty of other peoples, and declared that Russia can no longer tolerate this state of affairs in the world.
“Two days later he took over the war in Syria and began exterminating the Washington financed and equipped Islamic State. Cruise missiles launched from the Caspian Sea hit ISIL targets with pinpoint accuracy and showed Washington’s EU vassals that Washington’s ABM system could not protect them if Europe permitted Washington to force Europe into conflict with Russia.
“Washington’s response was more lies: ‘the missiles hit Iran,’ said the idiots in Washington. The entire world laughed at the lie. Washington, some said, is whistling past its empire’s own graveyard.”
Roberts goes on: “This is a sea change. It will affect the behavior of every government. Even some of the craven vassals states, whose ‘leaders’ are bought-and-paid-for, will move toward a more independent foreign policy.
“The remaining danger is the crazed American neoconservatives. I know many of them. They are completely insane ideologues. This inhuman filth has controlled the foreign policy of every US government since Clinton’s second term. They are a danger to all life on earth. Look at the destruction they have wreaked in the former Yugoslavia, in Ukraine, in Georgia and South Ossetia, in Africa, in Afghanistan and the Middle East. The American people were too brainwashed by lies and by political impotence to do anything about it, and Washington’s vassals in Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, and Japan had to pretend that this policy of international murder was ‘bringing freedom and democracy.’
“The crazed filth that controls US foreign policy is capable of defending US hegemony with nuclear weapons. The neoconservatives must be removed from power, arrested, and put on international trial for their horrendous war crimes before they defend their hegemony with Armageddon.
“Neoconservatives and their allies in the military/security complex make audacious use of false flag attacks. These evil people are capable of orchestrating a false flag attack that propels the US and Russia to war.”
See Roberts’ column here.
Plus, Christians around the world (especially in the Middle East, Northern Africa, and Eastern Europe) are not hypnotized by Christian Zionists such as John Hagee. Here is a sample of the numerous pieces of communication that I often receive from Christians in these regions:
“I grew up in an Evangelical pastor’s house in Nigeria, reading the fallacies of Mr. Scofield’s ‘Bible’ teaching the false doctrines of dispensations. By the Grace of God I know better now.
“The current State of Israel is a nation based on the accursed Talmudic doctrines of the Pharisees [exactly right].”
This Middle Eastern Christian goes on to say, “Vladimir Putin is a man of God, who knows these people and their hate for our Lord Jesus and for Christians.
“God forbid those Obama-and-Netanyahu-rented bearded barbarians called ‘moderate rebels,’ Al Nustra, Al Qaeda, and ISIS enter the city of Damascus! Our Christian brothers and sisters would all be annihilated, raped, and forcefully converted to Islam, with the support of USA, NATO, and Israel.”
(Name and location withheld by this author)
Go outside the westernized Christian world and the believers that I have communicated with almost universally echo the Christian man’s sentiments above. Then again, they have not been indoctrinated by the teachings of dispensationalism and Christian Zionism.
Have American Christians not noticed that ISIS doesn’t attack Israel? Gee. I wonder why not. If ISIS is the mortal enemy of Israel, why don’t we hear about these terrorists attacking Israel? In truth, Israel is often a safe haven for ISIS terrorists, providing supplies and medical care for wounded ISIS warriors. Again, the Israeli Mossad, along with America’s CIA, and Saudi Arabia’s special forces helped create–and continue to maintain–ISIS.
The “crazed American neoconservatives” that Paul Craig Roberts refers to would be impotent without the massive support they receive from evangelical Christians throughout the United States. Pray tell, what will these Christians in America say to their brothers and sister in Christ from Iraq, Syria, Palestine, etc., when they stand side-by-side at the judgment bar of God? It is the massive support for war in the Middle East by evangelical Christians in the United States that is forcing our brothers and sisters in Christ there into exile, causing increased persecution and torture among them, and killing thousands and thousands of them. Not to mention the torture and martyrdom of our Christian friends in the home of America’s great “ally,” Saudi Arabia. That is a future scene I shudder to think about!
There is a war on terror going on alright; but just who are the real terrorists?

PRAYER IS NOT ILLEGAL
By Coach Dave Daubenmire
October 22, 2015
“Well, there you go again.” That is what Ronald Reagan said to Jimmy Carter 35 years ago in the 1980 Presidential debate.
Perhaps it would be better to quote Yogi Berra who famously said “It’s like déjà vu all over again.” I’ve seen this movie before. I’ve been down this road. I’ve seen this song and dance before. Been there, done that!
Those are all quotes that I could use to explain what I am feeling in my heart as I watch yet another Christian coach get in trouble for praying with his football team. This time it isJoe Kennedy from the Seattle, Washington area who has drawn the ire of the ‘Prayer Police.’
It ticks me off. Not the fact that the God-haters are throwing their weight around, but that we are letting them get away with it. I’ve lived this life. I’ve played this game. I watched them huff and puff and threaten to blow the house down.
I went through the same thing back in 1997. I was sued by the anti-America, Christ-hating ACLU for praying with our teams in Ohio. Google it; you’ll find all kinds of propaganda spewed by the lying scumbags insinuating that I violated the rights of my players. Go ahead and read it. It’s all B.S. They are master deceivers.
Let me give it to you with a little punch; I am sick and tired of the reruns and the same old, tired game plan that our side rolls out. Here’s the truth: There is no law against praying anywhere. There cannot be a law. The right to freely express one’s faith is an unalienable right. Unalienable means CANNOT be taken away. It’s like skin color, or height, or dare I say it, sexual orientation. You is what you is and it cannot be changed. (I spoke that way so the Christ-haters can accuse me of being ignorant.) That is what unalienable means.
The right to pray is unalienable. The First Amendment calls it “free exercise.” The God-haters (and their cops) like to point us to the “establishment clause”, but “establishment” and “free exercise” are connected by “or”. Sort of like love and marriage used to “go together like a horse and carriage” you can’t have one without the other. You still remember when marriage was marriage, don’t you?
The courts and their legal miscreants have separated the terms. Establishment doesn’t trump free exercise. Coach Kennedy and every kid in that school has the right to freely pray if they so desire. Free exercise cannot be inhibited by lawyers or judges. If it is restricted, it is not “free” exercise. Technically only Congress can take away the right to pray, and they are expressly forbidden to do so. In case you’re interested, here is the pertinent section of the First Amendment:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;”
Saying a prayer after a football game does not establish a religion. Only Congress can do that…but they can’t. Coach Kennedy and the players are engaging in “free exercise.” If Congress can’t establish a religion, how can a school or a measly old coach establish one?
Only in America, with our un-Godly, un-righteous courts, could such a charade have been foisted upon us. There is no separation between the church and the state. They just tell us that there is and then they use that to dredge our children through the cesspool of secular humanism.
Free exercise means free exercise. Coach Kennedy can pray or not pray. The same is true with every one of his players. Free exercise! Not ACLU enforced “disestablishment” of Christianity.
Where are the churches? WHERE ARE THE PASTORS? Where are the Christian lawyers who will expose the lie that courts can’t make laws? Why do we follow such foolishness? It is time that somebody, somewhere told the courts and the ACLU to go pound sand. www.defytyrants.com
Christians pay for the schools, yet Christian prayers are not permitted. All across the fruited plain, Islam is being invited into the schools with Halal meals and prayer rooms. Is it just me, or is there no separation between Islam and state? We could ask Hussein Obama, but then again we know where he kneels on the issue.
Since the 1947 Everson v Board of Education opinion, we have been sold a lie.
Religious liberty is absolute in America. If the government can inhibit the mention of God, then government has inserted itself ABOVE God. That has been the Christ-haters plan all along. They have used that lie to run Christianity out of the Public Square.
There is no separation between the church and state. Prayer in schools and Bible reading in schools are not unlawful. The posting of the 10 Commandments violates no law. Abortion has never been made legal. Homosexual sodomy is still a crime. Homosexual marriage can never be legal because it violates all Natural and Christian laws.
Courts cannot make law. They merely offer opinions. Christian values have been removed from America by tyrannical courts.
Coach Kennedy can pray. His players can pray. The school board can pray. The band can pray. The parents can pray. The bus driver can pray. Free exercise of prayer is UNALIENABLE!
It’s déjà vu all over again. How long will we allow ourselves to be controlled by the man behind the curtain?
COURTS CANNNOT MAKE LAWS!
What a bunch of misguided sheep we are.

Thanks coach, It’s good to see someone besides myself still knows the real definition of UNALIENABLE! The education and media industry have done a great job of polluting the English dictionary, and the minds of our fellow Americans. There will soon come a time when our fellow Americans will support those who come to kill us, and for my part, I welcome it! There is not enough grit left in our country to stand up and fight back, and the shame I feel for them is too much to bear. At 75 there is just too much despair to deal with.

Peace and serenity are not coming to our world. Turmoil and revolution lie up ahead!
WE THE PEOPLE – LEARN TO ACCEPT
A ONE DOCTRINE CONSTITUTION!
DO ALL THINGS IN CONFORMITY WITH
HOW YOU WANT THEM DONE TO YOU.
By Nelson Hultberg
A revolutionary political earthquake lies up ahead. The popularity of Trump foretells this. We’re feeling the tremors right now. But the feeling of revulsion for the Washington establishment is not yet clear enough and widespread enough in the minds of the people to manifest in a revolutionary “break point.” But I believe such a lack of widespread clarity is the lull before the storm. And the storm is coming in the form of a pervasive economic crash that will shake up Americans in a way they have never before experienced.
It is then that the needed clarity will be achieved. It is in times of great crisis that people are susceptible to a more truthful view of things, and will be more willing to take revolutionary action. If freedom is to be restored in America, it will be at this time when the establishment way of doing things for the past century – political centralization and Keynesian monetary theory – comes under suspicion as highly flawed ideology and political tyranny. It is here when all is chaos and despair that the coming break point will be reached and a chance to restore freedom will be available to us.
When the crisis really hits, when the dollar is dropping like a rock in a dry well, when tanks are in the streets to restore order in scores of new Fergusons and Baltimores pockmarking the country, when unemployment hits 25% and no one believes the BLS lies of 5% anymore, when the Feds are snooping in the skies above with thousands of drones over our own country, when a smarmy President spews out still another unctuous speech from the White House about how “government is here to help you,” then the breaking point will be reached in the minds of the American people.
This profound “break point” is coming to America as sure as the tides wash in to our shorelines. Our stock market is like the Titanic on April 15, 1912. It is living on borrowed time, and all the King’s men and horses are not going to be able to put this Keynesian Humpty back together again. The coming economic crash will make 2008 look like a walk in the park. Humans’ penchant for the “normalcy bias” is keeping us all in a state of dangerous apathy. It’s the same mindset that prevailed on Wall Street in 1929, before Robespierre and the Jacobins in 1793, ahead of Lenin in 1917.
Two Profound Choices
The coming tumult will bring us one of two profound choices. There will either be a rebirth of liberty and a harkening back to the principles that built our Republic prior to 1913, or there will be a plunge into a neo-fascist dictatorship in which we lose our freedom totally.
Which will it be? It all depends upon whether Americans still have that love of liberty dwelling in them. I believe they do, but if I’m wrong, then a thousand year Dark Age awaits us. We certainly have major hurdles to overcome if freedom is to be saved. And the primary hurdle is whether we can influence enough Americans between now and the coming crash to be able to control political policy as we are climbing out of the crash.
This is the all-important time period – the aftermath of the Great Depressionary Collapse – when the country is rethinking its past policies and evaluating what role they had in the collapse. This is when it will be possible to implement radical ideas for the restoration of freedom.
This is when libertarians, conservatives, and independents will be ready to break politically from the Darth Vaders of Washington who have been keeping Americans so submissive for the past 80 years. Then is when a charismatic leader will appear to offer the people a way back to sanity, a way back to the Republic.
I believe Americans still possess that love of liberty which would spawn such a restoration. But they will have to be informed as to what direction to move in an inspirational way that reaches millions of them. This cannot be done via conventional politics working within the Democrat-Republican establishment. The establishment is the problem, not the solution. What will be needed will be a revolutionary way of thinking outside the box of Democrat-Republican conformity.
When the tumult is raging all around us, this is when we as a country will have to make our choice. Do we capitulate to the collectivists that rule our politics and economics in Washington, in the schools, and in the media? Do we obey their vision and move the country toward a regional government as a prelude to a One-World government? Do we centralize our banks into a World Banking system of fiat money? Do we further implement liberalism’s neo-fascist political forms, but continue to fallaciously call such a system “capitalism” so as to ease it into the public conscience as a permissible way to govern?
Or do we move to restore the principles of freedom that built America – strictly limited government, federalism, and a literal interpretation of the Constitution? Do we begin to purge the countless “special privileges” with which our social welfare state maintains its power?
Will conservatives, libertarians, and independents be able to influence policy enough to reject the entire idea of Keynesian economics and restore a sound monetary system with a role for gold? Will we be swamped with the egalitarians and their shrieks for more wealth redistribution, or will we enact a flat tax that supports “equal rights,” and eventually repeal the 16th Amendment and abolish the IRS? Will we continue pursuing the insane militaristic world hegemony of the neocons with trillion dollar military budgets and wars that dominate our foreign policy? Or will we recognize that such insanity is a great part of what bankrupted us and brought about the crash?
Freedom or Fascism
It is in the aftermath of the coming crash that the “break point” will take place. And it will manifest in one or the other of the above denouements. Freedom or Fascism will come to America. Which will it be?
If it is to be freedom, then it will only happen if millions of patriots unify around an independent political candidate that breaks from the Democrat-Republican monopoly in the way that Ross Perot broke in 1992. Only this time, he must stand clearly for freedom instead of the “vague reformism” that Perot stood for. AFR has published an essay, Salvation of America, that outlines how this scenario can be brought about. It points the way toward a profound realignment of today’s political paradigm.
Peace and serenity are not coming to our world. Turmoil and revolution lie up ahead. We as a people will be confronted with a huge and Homeric choice that will determine the fate of mankind for centuries. Let us hope that we as patriots have made our case well.

DIVERSITY AND MULTICULTURALISM
October 13th, 2015 by olddog
This article was written by J.D. Heyes and originally published at Natural News.com.
Editor’s Note: As Dr. Paul Craig Roberts so often points out, the United States is the worst aggressor in the world, and has been since the end of World War II. Its undemocratic and unconstitutional empire has set up bases in nearly every corner of the earth, spent untold volumes of money to start wars everywhere, and rules mainly from the strength of the dollar, which in turn backs up the military force.
After Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan and others, the U.S. has done everything possible to destabilize the Middle East region, and yet it is eager to paint Putin as the aggressor and the one who must be contained. In reality, we are witnessing the tantrums of an empire upset that the dollar is being unseated as the world reserve currency, and is doing whatever it can to desperately project its force and prop up the illusion of superiority and dominance. It may not work, but everyone knows a wounded, cornered animal is at its most dangerous moment under threat.
Gen. Wesley Clark (yes, the same one who called for rounding up dissidents) long ago called out the neocon strategy in the Middle East, which sought to provoke war and ‘take over seven countries in seven years.’ This is the Wolfowitz Doctrine.
The United States government has become “the world’s most dangerous terrorist organization,” warns former Reagan official
by J.D. Heyes
A former top member of the Ronald Reagan administration has issued a dire warning about the current state of American government: it’s evil and will become even more evil in the years ahead as the world itself becomes more dangerous.
Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, who served just over a year as Reagan’s Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Economic Policy, said on the Shadow of Truth radio program that Washington, D.C., is a major den of inequity.
“The United States [military policy] has destroyed seven countries,” he says. “The populations there are subject to ongoing continual violence either from the U.S. or these Jihadists or from the Islamic State. In Libya there’s various factions, no government – just warlords fighting and nobody’s safe anywhere so the populations are getting out. You can’t live in that type of situation.”
Early in the interview, the hosts ask Roberts about a recent column he penned in which he states that all current Republican presidential contenders are essentially in favor of war. The hosts then ask him about the potential of nuclear war with either Russia or China, “because we seem to be moving in that direction.”
“I think what it will take is the European countries to realize that they’ve been enabling American aggression in the 21st century, and aggression that is now brought them millions of refugees particularly from Syria and Iraq, and they can’t cope with these refugees,” said Roberts in reference to the fighting between ISIS, Syrian rebels, and Iraqi and Syrian government forces that has caused a wave of migration out of the war zones into Europe.
War hawks are also warning
He also said that Europe’s blind pursuit of American-led goals was putting the entire continent in potential conflict with Russia, which has established bases in Syria and has deployed men and material there in support of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, including tanks and combat aircraft. The Obama White House opposes Assad and wants him to step down.
“All of this is nonsensical for Europe, so it’s possible that they will come to the conclusion that being a vassal of Washington doesn’t pay,” Roberts said.
As further noted by Investment Research Dynamics, commenting on Roberts’ interview:
Lost in the rivers of humanity that have been streaming out of Africa and the Middle East and flooding into Europe is the fact the U.S. military is responsible for this crisis. Not only has the U.S. destroyed several countries around the globe, the U.S. Government now appears to provoking Russia into a military conflict in both Ukraine and Syria that risks escalating into a nuclear war. Even Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brzezinski – two notorious warhawks – have both recently stated that the U.S. Government is pushing Russia too hard.
In his interview, Roberts said that he believes the only way to avoid an eventual nuclear conflict is to break up the European Union and the NATO military alliance, the latter of which was formed at the opening of the Cold War as a counterbalance to the former Soviet Union-led Warsaw Pact. He says the U.S. uses NATO as “cover” to implement unilaterally dangerous, aggressive military policies around the world.
No peaceful candidates
In his cited column regarding the Republican candidates, Roberts added:
There is not a peaceful person among the Republican candidates. Even the female is heartless. Carly Fiorina positioned herself along side the macho men as a warmonger. She let the military/security complex know that she, too, was for sale. Send in the campaign donations, and she will see that the money flows back to the military/security complex in the buildup of fleets and armaments that will send the Russians a message.
He also says that the EU is essentially addicted to U.S. money and that it might be virtually impossible for the nations within the coalition to act on their own, which he adds is their own fault.
You can hear the entire interview here.

“When a population becomes distracted by trivia, when cultural life is redefined as a perpetual round of entertainments, when serious public conversation becomes a form of baby talk, when, in short, a people become an audience and their public business a vaudeville act, then a nation finds itself at risk: culture-death is a clear possibility.”—Author Neil Postman
Caught up in the spectacle of the forthcoming 2016 presidential elections, Americans (never very good when it comes to long-term memory) have not only largely forgotten last year’s hullabaloo over militarized police, police shootings of unarmed citizens, asset forfeiture schemes, and government surveillance but are also generally foggy about everything that has happened since.
Then again, so much is happening on a daily basis that it’s understandable if the average American has a hard time keeping up with and remembering all of the “events,” manufactured or otherwise, which occur like clockwork and keep us distracted, deluded, amused, and insulated from reality while the government continues to amass more power and authority over the citizenry.
In fact, when we’re being bombarded with wall-to-wall news coverage and news cycles that change every few days, it’s difficult to stay focused on one thing—namely, holding the government accountable to abiding by the rule of law—and the powers-that-be understand this. As investigative journalist Mike Adams points out:
This psychological bombardment is waged primarily via the mainstream media which assaults the viewer by the hour with images of violence, war, emotions and conflict. Because the human nervous system is hard wired to focus on immediate threats accompanied by depictions of violence, mainstream media viewers have their attention and mental resources funneled into the never-ending ‘crisis of the NOW’ from which they can never have the mental breathing room to apply logic, reason or historical context.
Consider if you will the regularly scheduled trivia and/or distractions in the past year alone that have kept us tuned into the various breaking news headlines and entertainment spectacles and tuned out to the government’s steady encroachments on our freedoms:
Americans were riveted when the Republican presidential contenders went head-to-head for the second time in a three-hour debate that put Carly Fiorina in a favored position behind Donald Trump; Hillary Clinton presented the softer side of her campaign image during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon; scientists announced the discovery of what they believed to be a new pre-human species, Homo naledi, that existed 2.8 million years ago; an 8.3 magnitude earthquake hit Chile; massive wildfires burned through 73,000 acres in California; a district court judge reversed NFL player Tom Brady’s four-game suspension; tennis superstar Serena Williams lost her chance at a calendar grand slam; and President Obama and Facebook mogul Mark Zuckerberg tweeted their support for a Texas student arrested for bringing a homemade clock to school.
That was preceded by the first round of the Republican presidential debates; an immigration crisis in Europe; the relaxing of Cuba-U.S. relations; the first two women soldiers graduating from Army Ranger course; and three Americans being hailed as heroes for thwarting a train attack in France. Before that, there was the removal of the Confederate flag from the South Carolina statehouse; shootings at a military recruiting center in Tennessee and a movie theater in Louisiana; the Boy Scouts’ decision to end its ban on gay adult leaders; the first images sent by the New Horizons spacecraft of Pluto; and the victory over Japan of the U.S. in the Women’s World Cup soccer finals.
No less traumatic and distracting were the preceding months’ newsworthy events, which included a shooting at a Charleston, S.C., church; the trial and sentencing of Boston Marathon bomber suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev; the U.S. Supreme Court’s affirmation of same-sex marriage, Obamacare, lethal injection drugs and government censorship of Confederate flag license plates; and an Amtrak train crash in Philadelphia that left more than 200 injured and eight dead.
Also included in the mix of distressing news coverage was the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray while in police custody and the subsequent riots in Baltimore and city-wide lockdown; the damning report by the Dept. of Justice into discriminatory and abusive practices by the Ferguson police department; the ongoing saga of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email account while serving as secretary of state; the apparently deliberate crash by a copilot of a German jetliner in the French Alps, killing all 150 passengers and crew; the New England Patriots’ fourth Super Bowl win; ameasles outbreak in Disneyland; the escalating tensions between New York police and Mayor Bill de Blasio over his seeming support for anti-police protesters; and a terror attack at the Paris office of satire magazine Charlie Hebdo.
Rounding out the year’s worth of headline-worthy new stories were protests over grand jury refusals to charge police for the deaths of Eric Garner and Michael Brown; the disappearance of an AirAsia flight over the Java Sea; an Ebola outbreak that results in several victims being transported to the U.S. for treatment; reports of domestic violence among NFL players; a security breach at the White House in which a man managed to jump the fence, cross the lawn and enter the main residence; and the reported beheading of American journalist Steven Sotloff by ISIS.
That doesn’t even begin to touch on the spate of entertainment news that tends to win the battle for Americans’ attention: Bruce Jenner’s transgender transformation to Caitlyn Jenner; the death of Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown; Kim Kardashian’s “break the internet” nude derriere photo; sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby; the suicide of Robin Williams; the cancellation of the comedy The Interview in movie theaters after alleged terror hack threats; the wedding of George Clooney to Amal Alamuddin; the wedding of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt; the ALS ice bucket challenge; and the birth of a baby girl to Prince William and Kate.
As I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, these sleight-of-hand distractions, diversions and news spectacles are how the corporate elite controls a population by entrapping them in the “crisis of the NOW,” either inadvertently or intentionally, advancing their agenda without much opposition from the citizenry.
Professor Jacques Ellul studied this phenomenon of overwhelming news, short memories and the use of propaganda to advance hidden agendas. “One thought drives away another; old facts are chased by new ones,” wrote Ellul.
“Under these conditions there can be no thought. And, in fact, modern man does not think about current problems; he feels them. He reacts, but he does not understand them any more than he takes responsibility for them. He is even less capable of spotting any inconsistency between successive facts; man’s capacity to forget is unlimited. This is one of the most important and useful points for the propagandists, who can always be sure that a particular propaganda theme, statement, or event will be forgotten within a few weeks.”
But what exactly has the government (aided and abetted by the mainstream media) been doing while we’ve been so cooperatively fixated on whatever current sensation happens to be monopolizing the so-called “news” shows?
If properly disclosed, consistently reported on and properly digested by the citizenry, the sheer volume of the government’s activities, which undermine the Constitution and in many instances are outright illegal, would inevitably give rise to a sea change in how business is conducted in our seats of power.
Surely Americans would be concerned about the Obama administration’s plans to use behavioral science tactics to “nudge” citizens to comply with the government’s public policy and program initiatives? There would be no end to the uproar if Americans understood the ramifications of the government’s plan to train non-medical personnel—teachers, counselors and other lay people—in “mental first aid” in order to train them to screen, identify and report individuals suspected of suffering from mental illness. The problem, of course, arises when these very same mental health screeners misdiagnose opinions or behavior involving lawful First Amendment activities as a mental illness, resulting in involuntary detentions in psychiatric wards for the unfortunate victims.
Parents would be livid if they had any inkling about the school-to-prison pipeline, namely, how the public schools are being transformed from institutions of learning to prison-like factories, complete with armed police and surveillance cameras, aimed at churning out compliant test-takers rather than independent-minded citizens. And once those same young people reach college, they will be indoctrinated into believing that they have a “right” to be free from acts and expressions of intolerance with which they might disagree.
Concerned citizens should be up in arms over the government’s end-run tactics to avoid abiding by the rule of law, whether by outsourcing illegal surveillance activities to defense contractors, outsourcing inhumane torture to foreign countries, causing American citizens to disappear into secret interrogation facilities, or establishing policies that would allow the military to indefinitely detain any citizen—including journalists—considered a belligerent or enemy.
And one would hope American citizens would be incensed about being treated like prisoners in an electronic concentration camp, their every movement monitored, tracked and recorded by a growing government surveillance network that runs the gamut from traffic cameras and police body cameras to facial recognition software. Or outraged that we will be forced to fund a $93 billion drone industry that will be used to spy on our movements and activities, not to mention the fact that private prisons are getting rich (on our taxpayer dollars) by locking up infants, toddlers, children and pregnant women?
Unfortunately, while 71% of American voters are “dissatisfied” with the way things are going in the United States, that discontent has yet to bring about any significant changes in the government, nor has it caused the citizenry to get any more involved in their government beyond the ritualistic election day vote.
Professor Morris Berman suggests that the problems plaguing us as a nation—particularly as they relate to the government—have less to do with our inattention to corruption than our sanctioning, tacit or not, of such activities. “It seems to me,” writes Berman, “that the people do get the government they deserve, and even beyond that, the government who they are, so to speak.”
In other words, if we end up with a militarized police state, it will largely be because we welcomed it with open arms. In fact, according to a recent poll, almost a third of Americans would support a military coup “to take control from a civilian government which is beginning to violate the constitution.”
So where does that leave us?
As legendary television journalist Edward R. Murrow warned, “Unless we get up off our fat surpluses and recognize that television in the main is being used to distract, delude, amuse, and insulate us, then television and those who finance it, those who look at it, and those who work at it, may see a totally different picture too late.”

Two disturbing developments have occurred in the last couple of days that have gone relatively unnoticed compared to the recent IRS, AP, and Benghazi scandals.
First, the senate is debating an expansion of the already broad powers of the 2001 Authorization to Use Military Force (AUMF) so the U.S. can essentially engage any area in the world in the war on terror, including America. Which brings us to the second development: the Pentagon has recently granted itself police powers on American soil.
Assistant Secretary of Defense Michael Sheehan told Congress yesterday that the AUMF authorized the US military to operate on a worldwide battlefield from Boston to Pakistan. Sheehan emphasized that the Administration is authorized to put boots on the ground wherever the enemy chooses to base themselves, essentially ignoring the declaration of war clause in the US Constitution.
Senator Angus King said this interpretation of the AUMF is a “nullity” to the Constitution because it ignores Congress’ role to declare war. King called it the “most astoundingly disturbing hearing” he’s been to in the Senate.
Even ultra-hawk John McCain agreed that the AUMF has gone way beyond its authority.
“This authority … has grown way out of proportion and is no longer applicable to the conditions that prevailed, that motivated the United States Congress to pass the authorization for the use of military force that we did in 2001,” McCain said.
Glenn Greenwald wrote an excellent piece describing how this hearing reveals the not-so-secret plan to make the war on terror a permanent fixture in Western society.
It is hard to resist the conclusion that this war has no purpose other than its own eternal perpetuation. This war is not a means to any end but rather is the end in itself. Not only is it the end itself, but it is also its own fuel: it is precisely this endless war – justified in the name of stopping the threat of terrorism – that is the single greatest cause of that threat.
A self-perpetuating permanent war against a shadowy indefinable enemy appears to be the future of American foreign policy. How convenient for the war machine and tyrants who claim surveillance is safety.
But perhaps most disturbing of all of this is the military’s authority to police American streets as if it was in civil war. For all those still in denial that America is a militarized police state, this should be the ultimate cure to your delusion.
Jeff Morey of AlterNet writes:
By making a few subtle changes to a regulation in the U.S. Code titled “Defense Support of Civilian Law Enforcement Agencies” the military has quietly granted itself the ability to police the streets without obtaining prior local or state consent, upending a precedent that has been in place for more than two centuries.
The most objectionable aspect of the regulatory change is the inclusion of vague language that permits military intervention in the event of “civil disturbances.” According to the rule: “Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances.”
A law from 1878 called the Posse Comitatus Act was put in place to prevent the Department of Defense from interfering with local law enforcement. But now, the DoD claims they’ve had this authority for over 100 years.
“The authorization has been around over 100 years; it’s not a new authority. It’s been there but it hasn’t been exercised. This is a carryover of domestic policy,” said an unnamed defense official who also emphasized that all soldiers take an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies “foreign and domestic” indicating that citizens are a threat to the Constitution. How about (COULD BE A THREAT INSTEAD?)
Yet, the Constitution is a document that polices the government, not the people. In other words, the only people who can be “enemies” of the Constitution are those who took an oath to defend it. Therefore, only government officials can be an enemy the Constitution.
This follows a recent West Point study that sought to define the American people as “domestic enemies” in order to justify soldiers breaking their oath to corral pesky citizens.
The West Point Terrorism Center wrote that “conspiracy theorists” who worry that local law enforcement will be steadily replaced by federally-controlled law enforcement could potentially be a domestic enemy:
Some groups are driven by a strong conviction that the American political system and its proxies were hijacked by external forces interested in promoting a “New World Order,” (NWO) in which the United States will be embedded in the UN or another version of global government. The NWO will be advanced, they believe, via steady transition of powers from local to federal law-enforcement agencies, i.e., the transformation of local police and law-enforcement agencies into a federally controlled “National Police” agency that will in turn merge with a “Multi-National Peace Keeping Force.” The latter deployment on US soil will be justified via a domestic campaign implemented by interested parties that will emphasize American society’s deficiencies and US government incompetency.
So, as the US military claims to have the authority to be a “National Police” force, researchers who claim there is an agenda to do just that are now labeled as domestic terrorists?
Does this make any sense? Will oath takers see through these ridiculous interpretations and engage the real domestic enemy to the Constitution? Or will they just follow orders when the time comes to crack down on Americans?
How long can you continue denying that our government is OUR ENEMY?
They have it ass-backwards folks!

This article was written by Tom Chatham and originally published at Project Chesapeake
What does it take to make you sit up and take notice of the problems surrounding society today? What will it take to make you respond to the many crises taking place today? You have eyes so you can see and ears so you can hear but for many people any negative news is a reason to tune out the world and only think good thoughts.
The problems we face continue to pile up and doing nothing is not an option if you expect to survive the next few years in tact. Prior planning and execution of a plan is now required to stay out of the flood zone when the dam breaks and everyone starts to drown. It does not matter what kind of person you are. You have to be able to save yourself before you have the ability to help others including your own family.
You cannot protect your family if you cannot protect yourself from dangerous situations or people. You cannot protect your family if you are too weak from lack of water or food to get others to safety. You cannot protect your family from the elements if you have no cover for them due to sudden loss of your shelter.
You have car insurance just in case you have an automobile accident. You have health insurance just in case you get sick. You have life insurance to help your family just in case you die. You have homeowners insurance just in case your home is destroyed. There is unemployment insurance just in case you lose your job.
So where is your food insurance just in case you cannot find any food in the store? Where is your personal protection insurance just in case you are threatened and cannot depend on the police? Where is your water insurance just in case your water supply is shut off or becomes contaminated? Where is your communication insurance just in case the power is out and normal systems do not work? Where is your energy insurance just in case energy supplies are cut off and you need to drive to safety, cook your food or stay warm?
People think that the types of insurance for cars, health, home and life are just fine to have but the other ones listed are crazy and paranoid to think about. Even in the first case, your insurance policies depend on other people to fulfill them and those people depend on a system that is still functioning such as the banks, communications and the insurance company itself. So what happens to all those other types of insurance when the insurers themselves are no longer functioning. Any crisis that takes down the stock market, power grid or the banks will also take down all of the insurance companies.
The events of the past few weeks should have been a warning shot across the bow for many. Our financial and distribution systems are in a delicate balancing act right now and any sudden shifts could send them tumbling off the cliff rendering the services they perform extinct in a matter of hours. When that happens it will be too late to think about what you should have done when you still had the opportunity.
You cannot get your money out of the bank after the doors are shut, the ATM is empty and the POS systems are no longer working. You cannot get the food you need after the stores have been cleaned out and the distribution system has stopped functioning. You cannot get fuel for your car after the gas stations are empty and deliveries have been suspended. You cannot get police help when everyone calls 911 at the same time and most of the police have gone home to protect their own families.
If your alarm bells have not gone off already what will it take for you to realize you are in serious trouble? When that finally happens what do you plan to do to protect and care for your family? Having no plan means having a plan to suffer and persist through unpleasant situations for no good reason. Not knowing something is excusable but you have been warned many times in the past few years and to have to suffer in the future because you did not know what was coming is no longer an excuse. Failure to prepare at this time will not only cost you but it will likely put an unnecessary burden on those that will have to help you in the future.
The warnings continue to go out. The situation continues to deteriorate. The mass of humanity continues to go about its normal daily business. The Earth continues to rotate with no chance of going back from here. The early warning alarms have sounded advising people to take a defensive stance just in case. Do you hear the alarms yet or have you hit the snooze button for a few more minutes of sleep?
Folks if you continue to refuse participation in the educate America effort; you are undeserving of your citizenship. All you have to do is recommend articles to your friends and family, and have the courage to put up with their resistance to abandon their entertainment. America as we knew it is on the edge of total destruction and no one seems to give a shit. Go Figure!

There have been a serious of recent revelations which should concern Americans who desire to keep living their lives outside the perimeter of a FEMA Camp, or worse.
Red List Documents That Have Your Name On Them
Lisa Haven recently uncovered this report, which is over a year old and she summarizes the report in the following video.
Lisa Have is an excellent reporter who does not get enough credit for her fine work. With regard to the following, she is to be commended for this stunning revelation which makes it clear that George W. Bush’s previous admonition which stated that “You are either with us or with the terrorists” was indeed a portend of things to come.
Steve Quayle has often spoken of a “Red List” in which those considered most dangerous to the authority structure, legitimate, or not, will be dealt with in swift and severe terms. As Lisa pointed out in the video, this is why your every “google”, cell phone conversation and online reading material has become of supreme importance. A firm and irrevocable decision on whether you will live or die, under the NWO, is being determined as I write these words.
Lisa Haven does an excellent job of linking these draconian surveillance and categorization polices are, there have been other reports that point to the same variables that will come into play. Therefore, as good, and as shocking is Lisa’s work here, there are other warning signs which goes further and talks about what will happen after the implementation of martial law.
Many Documents and Practices Leading to the Same Place
Below is a very small sample size of the tyranny which has been codified and will be used against the American people:
Executive Order 13603provides for the nationalization of every resource in the country from all food, to all water, to all manufacturing, transportation, etc. In fact EO 13603 promotes the use of slave labor under the authority of the Secretary of the Labor at the behest of the President.
A high “Threat Martix Score” can lead one to be placed on the proverbial “Red List”. From my confidential sources. I have learned that there is a 16 dimensional rating of every American. Each of the 16 domains has an individual score and a combined aggregate score. Known associates is one of the domains and it is very concerning and it works like this: If Dave Hodges takes his family to the XYZ restaurant, the GPS in your phone/car notes the destination. On the same night, and unknown to Dave Hodges, Doug and Joe Hagmann visit the same restaurant, and as a result, our collective threat matrix score in the “Known Associates” domain climbs exponentially. And on the same night, Steve Quayle takes his family to the very same restaurant and subsequently, all three principals, move to the top of the list. The system notes the pre-crime potential for the three men to be planning acts of terrorism against the banker controlled government. This conclusion is reached without the involvement of a human analyst and without one shred of concrete evidence. This system of surveillance which would make the East German Stasi turn green with envy.
Further, this system also rates your internet browsing history. Even if you only visit Steve Quayle’s website out of curiosity, you will receive the same Red List rating whether you believe a word of what you read on this site. The amount of time on a site is also scored and factors into your Red List rating. You may review a previous article I have written on some of the ancillary support facilities and organizations which service this totalitarian system of surveillance.
The NDAA is threat to all Americans. Based solely on the say-so of the President, or his designees, you can simply disappear. There will be no trial, no “one phone call” and nobody will know where you are being held, or if you are even alive
If you are new to the subject of tyranny in America and have not heard of this, I would suggest starting here. When you are finished reading, ask yourself, why a government that has an established Constitution and a Republic form of representative form of government, would need such a law? If the government catches a terrorist, our court system is more than able to deal with the associated crimes. However, this law is not designed for terrorists, it is designed for you and because of your high threat matrix score.
Every American should fear and be angered by FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF). The document was originally to be kept secret, but everyone in the military command structure, as we know, is not on board with the encroaching tyranny sweeping across this country.
There are two terms which should concern you, namely, Internment and Resettlement (I/R). As if this needs any further elaboration, the two terms simply mean that you will be snatched from your home and sent to a detention camp for an undetermined period of time and treated in a manner which will not be defined by any law. This document describes Jade Helm 15 very accurately. It also serves to complement the work of Lisa Haven.
This document is the manifestation of the NDAA’s indefinite detention. The document describes the make up of the FEMA camps down to the fact that they will eventually be manned and managed by foreign troops, and some of you thought there were no Russians on American soil.
All of America’s firewalls have been breached. The American people, in order to escape this well-planned tyrannical future, have no options left except to acquiesce or fight. Our vote is meaningless and even if voting fraud was not rampant, we are forced to select from the list of candidates offered by the elite. Under this system, nothing will and can change.
For novice Patriot, please spend some time reading and checking facts. When you do, you will start to sound like Quayle, Hagmann and Hodges et al. At that point, there will be turning back. There is is indeed light at the end of this tyrannical tunnel. It is the headlights of the globalist training heading directly for you and your family.

By Brandon Smith
It is undeniable; the final collapse triggers are upon us, triggers alternative economists have been warning about since the initial implosion of 2008. In the years since the derivatives disaster, there has been no end to the absurd and ludicrous propaganda coming out of mainstream financial outlets and as the situation in markets becomes worse, the propaganda will only increase. This might seem counter-intuitive to many. You would think that the more obvious the economic collapse becomes, the more alternative analysts will be vindicated and the more awake and aware the average person will be. Not necessarily…
In fact, the mainstream spin machine is going into high speed the more negative data is exposed and absorbed into the markets. If you know your history, then you know that this is a common tactic by the establishment elite to string the public along with false hopes so that they do not prepare or take alternative measures while the system crumbles around their ears. At the onset of the Great Depression the same strategies were used. Consider if you’ve heard similar quotes to these in the mainstream news over the past couple months:
John Maynard Keynes in 1927: “We will not have any more crashes in our time.”
H.H. Simmons, president of the New York Stock Exchange, Jan. 12, 1928: “I cannot help but raise a dissenting voice to statements that we are living in a fool’s paradise, and that prosperity in this country must necessarily diminish and recede in the near future.”
Irving Fisher, leading U.S. economist, The New York Times, Sept. 5, 1929: “There may be a recession in stock prices, but not anything in the nature of a crash.” And on 17, 1929:“Stock prices have reached what looks like a permanently high plateau. I do not feel there will be soon if ever a 50 or 60 point break from present levels, such as (bears) have predicted. I expect to see the stock market a good deal higher within a few months.”
- McNeel, market analyst, as quoted in the New York Herald Tribune, Oct. 30, 1929: “This is the time to buy stocks. This is the time to recall the words of the late J. P. Morgan… that any man who is bearish on America will go broke. Within a few days there is likely to be a bear panic rather than a bull panic. Many of the low prices as a result of this hysterical selling are not likely to be reached again in many years.”
Harvard Economic Society, Nov. 10, 1929: “… a serious depression seems improbable; [we expect] recovery of business next spring, with further improvement in the fall.”
Here is the issue – as I have ALWAYS said, economic collapse is not a singular event, it is a process. The global economy has been in the process of collapse since 2008 and it never left that path. Those who were ignorant took government statistics at face value and the manipulated bull market as legitimate and refused to acknowledge the fundamentals. Now, with markets recently suffering one of the greatest freefalls since the 2008/2009 crash, they are witnessing the folly of their assumptions, but that does not mean they will accept them or apologize for them outright. If there is one lesson I have learned well during my time in the Liberty Movement, it is to never underestimate the power of normalcy bias.
There were plenty of “up days” in the markets during the Great Depression, and this kept the false dream of a quick recovery alive for a large percentage of the American population for many years. Expect numerous “stunning stock reversals” as the collapse of our era progresses, but always remember that it is the overall TREND that matters far more than any one positive or negative trading day (unless you open down 1000 points as we did on Monday), and even more important than the trends are the economic fundamentals.
The establishment has made every effort to hide the fundamentals from the public through far reaching misrepresentations of economic stats. However, the days of effective disinformation in terms of the financial system are coming to an end. As investors and the general public begin to absorb the reality that the global economy is indeed witnessing a vast crisis scenario and acknowledges real numbers over fraudulent numbers, the only recourse of central bankers and the governments they control is to convince the public that the crisis they are witnessing is not really a crisis. That is to say, the establishment will attempt to marginalize the collapse signals they can no longer hide as if such signals are of “minimal” importance.
Just as occurred during the onset of the Great Depression, the lies will be legion the closer we come to zero hour. Here are some of the lies you will likely hear as the collapse accelerates…
The Crisis Was Caused By Chinese Contagion
The hypocrisy inherent in this lie is truly astounding, to say the least, considering it is now being uttered by the same mainstream dirtbags who only months ago were claiming that China’s financial turmoil and stock market upset were inconsequential and would have “little to no effect” on Western markets.
I specifically recall these hilarious quotes from Barbara Rockefeller in July:
“Something else that doesn’t matter much is the Chinese equity meltdown—again. China may be big and powerful, but it lacks a retail base and fund managers experienced in price variations, never mind a true rout…”
“Doom-and-gloom types have been saying for a long time that we will get a stock market rout when the Fed finally does move to raise rates. But as we wrote last week, history doesn’t bear out the thesis, not that you can really count on history when the sample size is one or two data points…”
Yes, that is a bit embarrassing. One or two data points? There have been many central bank interventions in history. When has ANY central bank or any government ever used stimulus to manipulate markets through fiat infusion and zero interest fueled stock buybacks or given government the ability to monetize its own debt, and actually been successful in the endeavor? When has addicting markets to stimulus like a heroin dealer ever led to “recovery”? When has this kind of behavior ever NOT created massive fiscal bubbles, a steady degradation of the host society, or outright calamity?
Suddenly, according to the MSM, China’s economy does affect us. Not only that, but China is to blame for all the ills of the globally interdependent economic structure. And, the mere mention that the Fed might delay the end of near zero interest rates in September by a Federal Reserve stooge recently sent markets up 600 points after a week-long bloodbath; meaning, the potential for any interest rate increase no mater how small also has wider implications for markets.
The truth is, the crash in global stocks which will undoubtedly continue over the next several months despite any delays on ZIRP by the Fed is a product of universal decay in fiscal infrastructure. Nearly every single nation on this planet, every sovereign economy, has allowed central and international banks to poison every aspect of their respective systems with debt and manipulation. This is not a “contagion” problem, it is a systemic problem to every economy across the world.
China’s crash matters not because it is causing all other economies to crash. It matters because China is the largest importer/exporter in the world and it is a litmus test for the financial health of every other country. If China is failing, it means we are not consuming, and if we are not consuming, then we must be broke. China’s crash portends our own far worse economic conditions. THAT is why western markets have been crumbling along with China’s despite the assumptions of the mainstream.
China‘s Rate Cuts Will Stop The Crash
No they won’t. China has cut rates five times since last November and this has done nothing to stem the tide of their market collapse. I’m not sure why anyone would think that a new rate cut would accomplish anything besides perhaps a brief respite from the continuing avalanche.
It’s Not A Crash, It’s Just The End Of A “Market Cycle”
This is the most ignorant non-explanation I think I have ever heard. There is no such thing as a “market cycle” when your markets are supported partially or fully by fiat manipulation. Our market is in no way a free market, thus, it cannot behave like a free market, and thus, it is a stunted market with no identifiable cycles.
Swings in markets of up to 5%-6% to the downside or upside (sometimes both in a single day) are not part of a normal cycle. They are a sign of cancerous volatility that comes from an economy on the brink of disaster.
The last few years have been seemingly endless market bliss in which any idiot day trader could not go wrong as long as he “bought the dip” while Fed monetary intervention stayed the course. This is also not normal, even in the so-called “new normal”. Yes, the current equities turmoil is an inevitable result of manipulated markets, false statistics, and misplaced hopes, but it is indeed a tangible crash in the making. It is in no way an example of a predictable and non-threatening “market cycle”, and the fact that mainstream talking heads and the people who parrot them had absolutely no clue it was coming is only further evidence of this.
The Fed Will Never Raise Rates
Don’t count on it. Public statements by globalist entities like the IMF on China, for example, have argued that their current crisis is merely part of the “new normal”; a future in which stagnant growth and reduced living standards is the way things are supposed to be. I expect the Fed will use the same exact argument to support the end of zero interest rates in the U.S., claiming that the decline of American wealth and living standards is a natural part of the new economic world order we are entering.
That’s right, mark my words, one day soon the Fed, the IMF, the BIS and others will attempt to convince the American people that the erosion of the economy and the loss of world reserve status is actually a “good thing”. They will claim that a strong dollar is the cause of all our economic pain and that a loss in value is necessary. In the meantime they will, of course, downplay the tragedies that will result as the shift toward dollar devaluation smashes down on the heads of the populace.
A rate hike may not occur in September. In fact, as I predicted in my last article, the Fed is already hinting at a delay in order to boost markets, or at least slow down the current carnage to a more manageable level. But, they WILL raise rates in the near term, likely before the end of this year after a few high tension meetings in which the financial world will sit anxiously waiting for the word on high. Why would they raise rates? Some people just don’t seem to grasp the fact that the job of the Federal Reserve is to destroy the American economic system, not protect it. Once you understand this dynamic then everything the central bank does makes perfect sense.
A rate increase will occur exactly because that is what is needed to further destabilize U.S. market psychology to make way for the “great economic reset” that the IMF and Christine Lagarde are so fond of promoting. Beyond this, many people seem to be forgetting that ZIRP is still operating, yet, volatility is trending negative anyway. Remember when everyone was ready to put on their ‘Dow 20,000’ hat, certain in the omnipotence of central bank stimulus and QE infinity? Yeah…clearly that was a pipe dream.
ZIRP has run it’s course. It is no longer feeding the markets as it once did and the fundamentals are too obvious to deny.
The globalists at the Bank for International Settlements in spring openly deemed the existence of low interest rate policies a potential trigger for crisis. Their statements correlate with the BIS tendency to “predict” terrible market events they helped to create while at the same time misrepresenting the reasons behind them.
The point is, ZIRP has done the job it was meant to do. There is no longer any reason for the Fed to leave it in place.
Get Ready For QE4
Again, don’t count on it. Or at the very least, don’t expect renewed QE to have any lasting effect on the market if it is initiated.
There is truly no point to the launch of a fourth QE program, but do expect that the Fed will plant the possibility in the media every once in a while to mislead investors. First, the Fed knows that it would be an open admission that the last three QE’s were an utter failure, and while their job is to dismantle the U.S. economy, I don’t think they are looking to take immediate blame for the whole mess. QE4 would be as much a disaster as the ECB’s last stimulus program was in Europe, not to mention the past several stimulus actions by the PBOC in China. I’ll say it one more time – fiat stimulus has a shelf life, and that shelf life is over for the entire globe. The days of artificially supported markets are nearly done and they are never coming back again.
I see little advantage for the Fed to bring QE4 into the picture. If the goal is to derail the dollar, that action is already well underway as the IMF carefully sets the stage for the Yuan to enter the SDR global currency basket next year, threatening the dollar’s world reserve status. China also continues to dump hundreds of billions in U.S. treasuries inevitably leading to a rush to a dump of treasuries by other nations. The dollar is a dead currency walking, and the Fed won’t even have to print Weimar Germany-style in order to kill it.
It’s Not As Bad As It Seems
Yes, it is exactly as bad as it seems if not worse. When the Dow can open 1000 points down on a Monday and China can lose all of its gains for 2015 in the span of a few weeks despite institutionalized stimulus measures lasting years, then something is very wrong. This is not a “hiccup”. This is not a correction which has already hit bottom. This is only the beginning of the end.
Stocks are not a predictive indicator. They do not follow positive or negative fundamentals. Stocks do not crash before or during the development of an ailing economy. Stocks crash after the economy has already gone comatose. Stocks crash when the system is no longer salvageable. Since 2008, nothing in the global financial structure has been salvaged and now the central banking edifice is either unable or unwilling (I believe both) to supply the tools to allow us even to pretend that it can be salvaged. We’re going to feel the hurt now, all while the establishment tells us the whole thing is in our heads.

For the benefit of the cognitive dissonant three legged bulls, who deny, deny, deny, at least consider what a repeat of the 1929 collapse would be like in the mist of a fully equipped tyrannical MILITARISED POLICE, FORCE, and a society like we presently live in. In 1929 most of the population knew the difference between a screw-driver and a pair of pliers, and today’s majority could not pack a bag of groceries, let alone take care of their selves and family. Without the connivances we have today they will go completely berserk. No gas, no food, no temperature controlled environment, no personal protection or social services, no communication!
Just take today’s wiz-bang cell-phones away, and this society will shit their pants, and be obedient, appreciative, slaves. Common Core Has Won The Day.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS ON COP SHOOTERS
Whoa there folks. The solution to tyranny, is not being a tyrant, it’s being an informed American with enough guts to go to the top with your complaints. It’s the jerks at the top of the food chain that need to be done away with………………..IN A COMMON LAW COURT!
Killing cops is not going to do anything but create more killer cops. It is the fault of the jerk in the white house, and his advisers, and the State Governors who want more and more federal money.
You do not gain anything with murdering cops that have been brain-washed. All you do is make them feel justified.
Don’t misunderstand what I am saying here because I am as infuriated with these ass-holes as much as anyone, because they should know better than to lower their public standing, and their superiors should be fired for letting it happen. I don’t for a second support these rogue cops and would love to be their legal executioner, but you gain nothing by lowering yourself to their level. It’s the assholes at the top; and don’t forget it. Human nature, and the propaganda we have been exposed to is going to make it impossible to recover if we do not exercise some self-control. As for the attitude of low level police, it is apparent that they feel justified because of constant exposure to the criminal element and their training. Take this to the bank!, retaliation is going to cost us a lot more than the damage we do.

A former Arizona police officer, who killed six people during his 12-year career before it ended after the latest shooting, is now selling firearm training simulators that jolt people who hesitate to shoot.
James Peters, former police officer with the Scottsdale PD, applied for “accidental disability retirement” in 2012 after he shot a 50-year-old man in the head with a rifle. The deceased, John Loxas, who was holding his baby grandson in his arms at that moment, had a record of threatening neighbors with firearms.
Peters reported seeing a black object in Loxas’ trouser pocket, believing it to be a handgun. It was actually a phone, but Peters learned that only after killing the man in what he called an action necessary to protect the baby.
The officer left the service and was not charged over the shooting, although Scottsdale paid a $4.25 million settlement to Loxas’ family. Prior to that incident Peters, who served some of his career as a SWAT team member, was involved in six other shootings, it was reported at the time. Five of them were fatal, with none of them ending in prosecution.
EX-COP WHO KILLED 6 PEOPLE NOW TEACHES OTHER OFFICERS
Less than a month after retirement with a $4,500 monthly pension, Peters was hired by a Tempe-based company called VirTra Systems. He is now selling and instructing customers on the use of its products – firearm shooting simulators meant to train police and military of how to handle themselves in a firefight, reported the Arizona-based blog Down and Drought.
The company’s flagship product is V-300, a simulator that places a trainee between five video screens arcing 300 degrees that create a virtual reality around him/her, complete with powerful audio. The trainee is also required to wear electrodes that jolt him every time he or she sustains a wound in the simulator. VirTra Systems says the feedback enhances the training process.
“The trainee knows they could experience pain during training, so they take the training far more seriously, leading to more effective training. In addition, the extra stress and pressure during training helps better prepare the trainee for a real life or death situation where a mistake could have dire consequences,” it says in a press release.
The report however is highly critical of the approach, arguing that it basically encourages people to shoot first and ask questions later.
“VirTra’s pain compliance training operates on the theory that officers who hesitate to take action, die,” it said. “The pain conditioning kicks in when the officer fails to react quickly enough, with the goal of reinforcing training. In essence, it recreates being shot, an outcome that VirTra’s officer-safety-first-and-foremost training strongly implies is the losing outcome.”
VirTra Systems says it supplies its products to some 200 police and military organizations around the world. V-300s may cost up to $300,000 apiece.

It’s 3:00 in the morning. Your wife and young children are asleep. You hear a commotion outside, followed by the sound of a window rattling. You get up, grab your 12 gauge and creep down the stairs. You hear window glass breaking. A black-clad man scrambles in, and while he does, you exercise your right to defend your house and shoot. The man dies.
In a free society, this would be an acceptable, indeed, admirable, use of force in defense of your home and family. There’s only one catch: the man you shot is a cop. In a free, sane society, the benefit of the doubt would be given to you. You saw a masked thug climbing into a broken window, and for all you knew, intended to kill you and your family. You used justifiable deadly force to repel an attack against your home.
The fault would lie with the team of officers who attempted a highly dangerous operation that got a fellow officer killed, and they would be punished accordingly for acting so stupidly. Am I right? BUT, we don’t live in a sane society do we? We live in a 50k SWAT raid-per-year society, a society that worships police and when something like this does happen, the police are given a pass and the man defending his home from an unknown threat is charged with murder.
Killeen, Texas resident, Marvin Louis Guy, is just such a man, in just such a situation. You see, the Killeen SWAT team thought it would be a grand idea to execute a no-knock raid on Guy’s house at 5:30 in the morning. As they were breaking through his window, Guy opened fire on them, killing Charles Dinwiddie and wounding three other officers. They were acting on a bogus tip from an informant who promised that bags of cocaine would be found. Nothing of the kind was recovered. Charges against Guy do not stem from any drug crime, but solely from his successful attempt to fend off an attack on his home.
From KDH News: In Texas, anyone who kills a peace officer who is acting in the lawful discharge of an official duty can be charged with capital murder and could face the death penalty, if convicted.
Texas officials should be far more concerned with the lawfulness, and wisdom, of allowing officers to engage in this type of behavior than whether to sentence Guy to life or the needle. Stories like this always bring the mind back to the senseless, artificial nature of the Drug War. The Drug War paved the way for Dinwiddie to meet his demise on that early morning. Without the Drug War he would still be alive. Guy’s life wouldn’t currently be hanging on the slender threads of fate in Texas. The Drug War is the most reality-denying public policy being pursued today, and the body count daily climbs higher as it is allowed to continue.
Back to the beginning hypothetical: If black-clad men were breaking into your home in the middle of the night, would you use lethal force to defend your home? And if you did, and the dead intruders turned out to be police, what would it say about the society you lived in when you were sentenced to death? How much criminal activity can hide behind a badge? How far can an officer go before a citizen of a free republic has a right to intervene? And if those who are officially tasked with enforcing the law become the principal threat to the law of a free society, when will citizens put an end to the contradiction?
A man breaks into a home and the owner pulls a trigger to end a threat to his property and life. That is law; that is just. A society that recognizes it as such will draw nearer to the ideal of liberty. A society that turns a blind eye when innocent men and women are prosecuted for defending their homes will not remain free for long.
When police break into homes in the middle of the night, unannounced, they are taking their lives into their hands. It’s dangerous and stupid in the extreme, and as a result, many end up dead. There are many other examples of police killing and getting killed by barging into houses in the middle of the night. It seems senseless, but these SWAT raids are a direct outgrowth of the War on Drugs.
End this ridiculous crusade against the personal choices of citizens and the SWAT raids will end. Departments will have to give up their warzone goodies, as they won’t be needed any more. People will get high safely, and ditch the synthetics and prescription drugs, which have been given a market due to the War on a Plant.
The government knows this; however, the Drug War is their means into our wallets and lives, and a backdoor to our liberty. It’s their cash cow, their Golden Goose, it justifies billions in government jobs and departments. It’s the excuse for the Police State itself. The black-market crime wave that the Drug War gins up gives state and federal government the excuse for more legislation, more police, more abuse. It incentivizes employing more violent, authoritarian personalities in law enforcement positions. If you are in search of the hive, the Mother Brain of the American Police State, you will find it residing within the Drug War bureaucracy. Attack that bureaucracy by attacking the Drug War itself.
Legalization will deal the mortal wound to the hydra that has coiled itself around our lives and liberties. We can use its reaction as a compass. If full legalization gains steam throughout the country, every base emotion will be appealed to in order to prevent it. The creature will appeal to your fear, your anger, your patriotism, vanity, envy, pride … everything will be summoned to prevent the stake from being driven home. Ignore its screams, and act knowing full well that you act for the liberty of not just your generation, but the generations to come.
There is only two ways that cops are getting in my home alive, and that is to knock on the door with a warrant in their hand, or stepping over my dead body. If the reader disapproves of this, and finds solace in being compliant to tyranny, I pity your family.

Trapped within the fanfare Chinese Black Monday and the American stock market plunging almost 600 points yesterday, suspicious explosions in China and on an American military base, there has been a very important, but quiet development ,which is escaping the attention of both the American people and the Independent Media.
The Corker Bill Spells the End of the Second Amendment
We are safe from the ravages of the UN Small Arms Treaty, aren’t we? In fact, many Senators have openly stated that they refuse to ratify this controversial treaty. Well, that is not exactly true. There is a new process established by the new Corker bill may very well have changed the way treaties are passed from here on out.
Under our Constitution, a full two thirds vote from senators for ratification to approve any kind of a treaty. This provision of the Constitution is very clear on this point and it is designed to prevent a treasonous subversion of the Constitution. However when one is living under a criminal enterprise, such as the one presented by the present criminal enterprise in power, who worries about following the rules? As a case in point, under the Corker bill, in order to have stopped the Iran nuclear deal, a two thirds vote to stop it from being implemented by the White House. This is not what the Constitution says and this out and out treason against the people of the United States as the Corker bill is a back door to taking our guns while nullifying the second Amendment.
Under the Corker bill, the following paragraphs describe what we are in for.
The Plot to Disarm America Is Commencing
The evidence is mounting that Obama and his colleagues at the United Nations are preparing for complete gun confiscation of civilian owned American guns. There is a new document, previously held secret, which has surfaced and clearly signals the intention of the United Nations to engage in gun confiscation in the relatively near future. The document is damning, however, the existence of the document is not even needed to prove the point that there is a major confrontation brewing between the American people and an international peace-keeping UN force, and it’s coming right around the corner.
Another Nail In America’s Coffin
The following is a smoking gun document that presents seven sequential steps designed to culminate in the total disarmament of the American nation. For those of you that know your history, you will note that there were 17 genocides in the 20th Century and in each case, these genocides were preceded by gun confiscation by the host government. According to theDemocide Project located at the University of Hawaii, governments killed far more people, an estimated 26o million victims, than even war. History shows that if we ever allow government, the UN, or the U.S., to ever be able to seize our guns, we are signing our death warrant!
The following document is a declaration of war against the United States people. For those who find the document to be on the blurry side, scroll down to the Appendix to view a clearer copy.
The UN and its cohorts have accomplished steps 1-5 (see below). They are now working on steps 6 and 7 which would constitute complete disarmament of the American people.
If one examines the first five steps of the plot, it is easy to ascertain the pattern of gun confiscation that Obama has attempted to follow. I do not believe that Obama has to completely implement steps 1-5 before moving to enforce steps 6 and 7. Therefore, even though Obama has not completely implemented the first five steps across the country, he has done enough to usher in Steps 6 and 7 in this United Nations disarmament plan. Steps 6 and 7 are listed below:
“6. Finally, codification of laws to completely makes any and all firearms illegal to own, possess or use outside of military and law enforcement usage.
Creation of a United Nations Police Taskforce with the specific mission of assisting member nations with the collection of weaponry from civilian hands”.
The proof for the validity of the intentions signaled by this document does not lie in the authenticity of any single document. The smoking gun evidence that Obama is progressively moving towards seizing all 300,000,000 civilian guns in this country, lies in the ubiquitous manner in which Obama has pursued sequential and progressive steps toward the disarming of the American people. As it has been said, “Judge a man by what he does, not by what he says”. The cases in point would be what Obama has tried to accomplish after the Boston Marathon Bombing, the Batman Aurora, CO. shootings and the Sandy Hook event. With some very sloppy bootstrapping steps following these events, Obama has progressively attempted to make guns more difficult to obtain and he has greatly expanded what is defined as “military grade weapons” and to limit what is considered to be “appropriate” for hunting as he has tried to block Americans from obtaining as many of these weapons as possible.
“1. Classification of military grade weapons to be made illegal for possession”.
“4. Codification of laws to begin the restricting and strict licensing of hunting grade firearms.”
I am certain that most people familiar with present Second Amendment debates will recognize the various and omnipresent “gun buy-back” programs funded with your tax money designed to remove guns from civilian hands.
“2. Creation of programs to provide reasonable compensation for voluntary surrender of said arms”.
How many times have we witnessed Obama standing before the cameras and national press corps and threaten to take unilateral action against our gun rights following each one of the false flag events mentioned above? In each instance, Obama has used thinly veiled excuses that he only wants to take away guns that “military grade weapons”.
“1. Classification of military grade weapons to be made illegal for possession.
- Codification of laws to restrict the sale of, and possession of ammunition and components to manufacture ammunition”.
Connecting the Dots for Gun Confiscation
Even if the the UN document designed to disarm America, listed above, was not genuine (and it is), the following, very public document has been proven to be very authentic.
Under the heading, “Hiding in plain sight”, the United Nations has been advertising for the following position for over a year:
Posting Title: Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Officer, P4
Job Title Code: DISARMAMENT, DEMOBILIZATION AND REINTEGRATION OFFICER
Department/Office: Department of Peacekeeping Operations
Duty Station: New York
Job Description: A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration or related area. Experience working within peacekeeping, peace-building or development programmes operations is desirable. Experience with small arms control, conflict/post-conflict crisis management, economic recovery is desirable. Experience coordinating multiple partner agencies, funds or programmes is desirable.
Secretary of State, John Kerry, signing away America’s freedom, security and longevity as he signs the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
There is even more fuel to throw on this raging fire as we consider the fact that, at the behest of President Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry illegally, and in direct violation to the Constitution of the United States, signed the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. The UN Arms Trade Treaty contains all 7 provisions listed above in the Disarmament Commission of the United Nations.
We should also be focusing on the military invasion that is about to unfold in this country. This will be the military invasion that will be UN sponsored and it will be the one that seizes our guns. Take a look at the following images of UN military vehicles spotted and photographed in our country in the past 14 months.
An occupation force is being mobilized.
Thanks to Congress, Obama has found a backdoor way around the Second Amendment by subverting our treaty process. The stealth in which this is occurring is mind-boggling. I hope that many of the readers will share this information with friends and neighbors. Americans cannot comply with the treason that will arise out of this act.

Since Jan. 1, 2015, police in the United States have killed a staggering 745 people.
According to statistics provided to Mic by research collective Mapping Police Violence, American police are on track to kill around 1,200 people in 2015 if the slayings continue at the same pace through the remainder of the year.
The map below shows how many individuals have died in each of the 50 states and D.C. While there’s a clear correlation between the number of officer-involved homicides and the population size, a few states stand out as having extremely high numbers of deaths.
The 745 deaths documented through Aug. 17 includes more than 142 additional deaths from Mic’s last version of this fatality map, compiled July 10.
In California, police killed over two dozen people in those 40 days. Since mid-July, California’s count has risen at a rate of nearly five killings per week, from 95 to 121. Texas officers killed 17 people over the same time frame, rising from 64 killings to 81. Florida police killed seven, for a total of 50 deaths this year.
Rhode Island, South Dakota and Vermont all continue to have a year free of police killings.
A review Mapping Police Violence did of unarmed police victims between January 2013 and August 2015 found that the five states with the highest numbers per capita of unarmed people killed by police are Oklahoma, Arizona, Maryland, Florida and South Carolina. California, with its 512 overall deaths (and 96 unarmed victims) comes in sixth by this metric. In most states, unarmed victims of police shootings were disproportionately black.
Source: Seth Wenig/AP
Some states are killing many times more individuals on an absolute basis than entire countries are. In Norway, which has a population of 5.2 million, police have shot dead just two people since 2002, firing their guns just 33 times since then, and not at all in 2007. In Arizona, population 6.7 million, police killed 31 people so far this year alone. On a single weekend in August of this year, U.S. police ended more lives than all the police in Germany, Norway, Japan, Singapore and England and Wales did combined throughout the entirety of 2014.
Vocativ has previously reported U.S. police kill more people per capita than there are criminal homicides in 19 out of 34 OECD countries. A USA Today investigation from Nobember revealed at least 1,581 U.S. police departmentsarrest minorities at rates “more skewed” than the highly investigated Ferguson, Missouri, police department, which arrests “black people at a rate nearly three times higher than people of other races.”
What’s more, police in other countries tend to be more cautious even when they do use their firearms. Of the 85 bullets fired by German police in 2011, Der Spiegel reported 49 were warning shots. In just one 2014 incident in Stockton, California, U.S. law enforcement fired more than 600 rounds at a trio of bank-robbery suspects holding three hostages in a Ford Explorer, hitting one of the hostages 10 times. She died from her wounds.

FAVE FIVE FRIDAY
How I educate myself – what caught my eye this week
Friday, August 21, 2015
By Rebecca Cope
One thing I learned through the frenetic 15 months I worked with Sacha Stone to co-create the ITNJ: No Tribunal, no matter how structured, can overcome the defects if you don’t know the law and know when the rule of law isn’t being followed.
When all is said and done, that’s why I walked away from the ITNJ. We discovered that a model that had never been discussed in a single foundational meeting had been substituted for the one we had been promoting. Rather than discuss the changes, Sacha Stone, and those who advise him, used 72-hour Contract Law to attempt a power grab. I was not impressed. How I answered that “Public Notice,” and why I decided that it was impossible to continue working with them, is #4 on the “fiver” list for today.
I thought it would be fun to share what caught my eye this week. Rod Class states it best: “Know THEIR rules, THEIR laws they are supposed to obey. That’s the only possible defense.” How can you hold anyone accountable unless you can all agree on what the Rule of Law is?
1. In that vein, I loved this video from “What Lies In Your Debt.” Jesse and his team have put together a system to: “Help people help themselves and become better people for it. Not only are you fully capable, with a little effort, you can be on your way to knowing when and how to use the Federal Debt Practices Act against them – and win” If you are dealing with Foreclosures, or Credit Card Debt, or harassment from debt collectors, don’t miss this video.
2. My second pick is the most comprehensive understanding of Law that exists on the planet, imho. Frank O’Collins has nailed a homerun out of the ballpark with his last 9-part series on “The Law Explained.” His blog posts have an audio, a comprehensive set of slides, and the written word to help you understand now only law, but how life itself works according to Universal Law. DO NOT MISS THIS SERIES.
3. I talked with Rodger Dowdell this week. He has a most comprehensive understanding of WHY the Grand Jury Movement is the most important answer we, the people have to put the Rule of Law back in our hands. Visit the website often as we rebuild it to accommodate our new show format and content, and look for our video series coming soon.
4. How do you answer a PUBLIC NOTICE that cuts to the heart of the Power Grab that resulted in my leaving the ITNJ to it’s own fate? Here’s my paperwork.
5. No list is complete without a reading of Anna Von Reitz’s latest offering. Our team intends to offer an affiliate marketing program to help her get this book out there everywhere. If you don’t do anything else, READ THIS BOOK. It is the most important step to open your mind and heart to the deception that now passes for “government” by corporate few who grabbed power and continue to act as if they have “Delegated Authority” from us to do so. It’s time we wake up and TAKE BACK OUR POWER.
I hope you enjoy this series. I continue my education every week. Commit to one night a week, one hour a day, whatever works for you, but begin. I will continue sharing my picks for people who do the best job of putting good material together. Become an informed and inspired proponent to restore the rule of law before it is too late. It truly is up to the people. Nobody else can or will do it for us.

If you want a recent, vivid example of the corrosive effect the Drug War has on the character of law enforcement, look to the actions of the officers who raided Sky High Holistic, a medical marijuana dispensary located in Santa Ana, California, on May 27th of this year. The video footage shows officers, clad in black masks, barreling through the door of the dispensary, guns drawn, and proceeding to wreak havoc once inside. They destroyed an estimated$100,000 worth of business equipment, along with what they believed at the time to be all the surveillance cameras. Lucky for us, they missed a camera or two and allowed us a peek into what officer behavior is like when they think no one is watching.
According to the OC Weekly article, after destroying the place they proceeded to play darts, and even helped themselves to what could possibly have been pot-laced edibles. From the article: “The video footage shows an officer stuffing something into his mouth and handing something to another cop, who asks him “What flavor?” The officers then laugh. The footage is too grainy to be certain that the item that the officer picks up from the counter of the cannabis shop is in fact a pot edible, although the behavior of the officers suggests this is the case.”
The thuggish behavior doesn’t end there: “Also in the footage: a female police officer joking that she wanted to kick Marla James—a marijuana activist and wheelchair-bound amputee who was present during the raid—in her “nub.” Marla was shocked upon learning that the officer joked about assaulting her: “James struggled to understand why the female officer in the video would make fun of her disability. “You know what, I was really nice to that woman,” James said. “I even complimented her on her hair. I treated that woman with respect and I have no idea why she wanted to kick my stump.”
It may astonish Marla that officers of the law would conduct themselves in such a crude manner, but it shouldn’t be astonishing to anyone who understands the environment that the Drug War imposes upon both law enforcement and citizenry. It has increasingly become one of jailer/inmate, or king/serf, rather than citizen/republic. Our dangerous servant becomes our master when given the authority to police what we are free to consume. More laws necessitate more police, and more discretion on the part of the police to be effective. “Effectiveness” here means greater, and more frequent use of, coercion, to get results.
This inevitable phenomenon of increasingly brutal tactics used to enforce all the various “plans” that government foists onto the public was described in chapter ten of The Road to Serfdom, entitled, Why the Worst Get on Top. Hayek states:
To be a useful assistant in the running of a totalitarian state, it is not enough that a man should be prepared to accept specious justification of vile deeds; he must himself be prepared actively to break every moral rule he has ever known if this seems necessary to achieve the end set for him.
The more laws, rules, regulations and outright prohibitions that our government enacts requires for their effective enforcement the deputizing of individuals whose character more closely resembles the reflexively violent, amoral nature of real criminals.
The side effects of making it policy to hire those violent enough to fight a Drug War are illustrated fairly well in the actions of the police at Sky High Holistic, but there are plenty of examples elsewhere. Take the phenomenon of “puppycide,” the immediate shooting of a dog that clearly poses no threat to the officer. The shooting of a non-threatening family dog, more so if the family is begging you to do otherwise, seems to me to be the true mark of a barbarian, a thug who could only find a career in law enforcement in an artificially violent environment such as the one the Drug War blankets our society with. And there are so many examples of police killing dogs that a mailman could easily handle more humanely. There are equally as many examples of police endangering those around them in their zeal to execute the animal. It’s the quality of the officer as a moral individual that is at issue here. A government that insists on planning society requires the services of those with a moral compass that allows gunning down family pets.
Hayek goes on:
Yet while there is little that is likely to induce men who are good by our standards to aspire to leading positions in the totalitarian machine, and much to deter them, there will be special opportunities for the ruthless and unscrupulous. There will be jobs to be done about the badness of which taken by themselves nobody has any doubt, but which have to be done in the service of some higher end, and which have to be executed with the same expertness and efficiency as any others. And as there will be need for actions which are bad in themselves, and which all those still influenced by traditional morals will be reluctant to perform, the readiness to do bad things becomes a path to promotion and power.
We, as citizens, are on the receiving end of the predictable brutality of low-IQ thugs, whom the government increasingly employs to do the dirty work of enforcing a growing list of do’s and don’ts that are enshrined into law without a thought to the unintended consequences. The unintended consequences of the Drug War have taken center stage, from black market violence, the ascension of dangerous synthetic drugs, bulging prisons, a criminal underclass, a totalitarian overclass and the intentional selection of enforcers who have no qualms about using force to compel unconditional obedience.
Liberty humanizes us, markets humanize us; voluntary cooperation humanizes us. It is government that nudges out the barbarian in our nature.

I get a real kick out of young people with the golden gift of wordsmithing, and this kid has it in spades. I would give everything I own to have his skill so I could make plain as day all the information on humanity and governments I have digested over the years, but alas I’m stuck with the vocabulary of a rabid dog, a drunken sailor, and mental midget. It is up to each of you to learn all you can on how to stimulate everyone you know, to read and learn the truth about how Americans were beguiled from the getgo. Maybe I’ll send him a copy of You Know Something is Wrong When…..: An American Affidavit of Probable Cause by Anna Maria Riezinger and Paul Alan Snover, and see how he responds. Read this review: Anna and James should receive National support for this gift to America. Now there is no excuse to continue supporting the political system that enslaves us, and every reader should make it a personal obligation to promote this work. I envision a hundred million people reading this book over and over until they can recite verbatim the skullduggery used to rob, rape, and pillage millions of unsuspecting Americas; not to mention the trillions of dollars these Tyrant Bankers have made from our ignorance. This fiasco is akin to a Preacher in a mega Church raping the women thereof and getting away with it for years, because they had so much faith in him. I will demand every family member and friend read this magnificent piece of research. More praise and info on this book will continue to be available at http://scannedretina.com/ and http://anationbeguiled.com This book is vital in comprehending the breakdown of western civilization as it covers suppressed US history & discusses the broken treaties & ignorance of jurisdictions! It also gives proper insight to writing Tort Affidavit and where to notify! Bravo! Many will be able to overcome the tyranny of ignorance and start living in peace! Order it here:

When police officers shoot people under questionable circumstances, Dr. [William J.] Lewinski is often there to defend their actions. Among the most influential voices on the subject, he has testified in or consulted in nearly 200 cases over the last decade or so and has helped justify countless shootings around the country.
His conclusions are consistent: The officer acted appropriately, even when shooting an unarmed person. Even when shooting someone in the back. Even when witness testimony, forensic evidence or video footage contradicts the officer’s story.
He has appeared as an expert witness in criminal trials, civil cases and disciplinary hearings, and before grand juries, where such testimony is given in secret and goes unchallenged. In addition, his company, the Force Science Institute, has trained tens of thousands of police officers on how to think differently about police shootings that might appear excessive.
A string of deadly police encounters in Ferguson, Mo.; North Charleston, S.C.; and most recently in Cincinnati, have prompted a national reconsideration of how officers use force and provoked calls for them to slow down and defuse conflicts. But the debate has also left many police officers feeling unfairly maligned and suspicious of new policies that they say could put them at risk. – New York Times, August 2, 2015
Police shootings have been a major news topic for a year now, dating back to when a Ferguson, Missouri officer killed Michael Brown in August 2014. Social media and video evidence have convinced many Americans police kill citizens far too frequently and without just cause.
Even if we believe this (as your correspondent does), we must also admit that some police shootings are justifiable. Law enforcement officers often have to enter dangerous situations and sometimes they must defend themselves or others with deadly force.
Police officers have the same right to self-defense as civilians, but they also have an additional legal duty that citizens do not. Their oaths obligate police to protect the public from harm, even at the risk of the officer’s own life.
People are forgetting that last clause. Note the last sentence in our NYT excerpt. Police officers are “suspicious of new policies that they say could put them at risk.”
To be a police officer is to have an inherently risky occupation. We do not conscript anyone into the police. They accept the obligation freely, with full awareness of the risks that go with it. Society gives them privileges like carrying weapons, and protective equipment like body armor. These reduce potential harm, but the risk of harm never disappears.
Police leaders sometimes say their officers’ #1 job is to “come home alive.” That is completely wrong. The police officer’s #1 job is to protect and serve the people in his jurisdiction. That duty overrides his own right to self-preservation. If the two ever conflict, protecting the innocent must outweigh protecting the police.
Consider an example. Suppose a police officer encounters a young child, say 8-10 years old, carrying what appears to be a real pistol. The child raises the object as if to fire. Should the officer fire first?
I would argue the answer is no. No adult, police or civilian, may ever legitimately kill a child. Children are prima facie innocent of criminal intent.
The police officer in this example should not even draw his own weapon because shooting the child should not be an option. He can try to subdue the child with non-lethal force, but he must not kill.
If this reaction costs him his own life, then we should mourn and honor his sacrifice. He acted heroically. A child now lives because he died.
Shooting the child would have been the opposite of heroic: an act of pure selfishness.
Situations are never so clear in reality, of course. Maybe it was a toy gun or some other innocuous object. If it was real, then whoever gave it to the child deserves severe punishment, but the child does not deserve to die. Police must protect the innocent even at the cost of their own lives.
We who are not police officers should not envy the split-second decisions they must make. Yet they are in that position because they asked to be in it.
Policing is an intrinsically risky occupation. Those who do not wish to take these risks should find other work. Someone who can’t recognize the limits of his own right to self-defense has no business wearing a badge.
I make no apologies for past comments on killer cops, but the author is dead on in this clear as a bell commentary. If the cops are more concerned about their own welfare than the people they serve and protect, they should not be cops. PERIOD! However, I still hold the entire force accountable for not standing up and making the changes themselves. That’s a part of serve and protect. They should have never allowed this system of tyranny to exist to begin with, and should not have to be forced to change it. You can always tell there is a problem when they are unfriendly and refuse to engage in conversation.

The drama over Greece’s financial crisis continues to dominate the headlines. As this column is being written, a deal may have been reached providing Greece with yet another bailout if the Greek government adopts new “austerity” measures. The deal will allow all sides to brag about how they came together to save the Greek economy and the European Monetary Union. However, this deal is merely a Band-Aid, not a permanent fix to Greece’s problems. So another crisis is inevitable.
The Greek crisis provides a look into what awaits us unless we stop overspending on warfare and welfare and restore a sound monetary system. While most commentators have focused on Greece’s welfare state, much of Greece’s deficit was caused by excessive military spending. Even as its economy collapses and the government makes (minor) cuts in welfare spending, Greece’s military budget remains among the largest in the European Union.
Despite all the hand-wringing over how the phony sequestration cuts have weakened America’s defenses, the United States military budget remains larger than the combined budgets of the world’s next 15 highest spending military’s. Little, if any, of the military budget is spent defending the American people from foreign threats. Instead, the American government wastes billions of dollars on an imperial foreign policy that makes Americans less safe. America will never get its fiscal house in order until we change our foreign policy and stop wasting trillions on unnecessary and unconstitutional wars.
Excessive military spending is not the sole cause of America’s problems. Like Greece, America suffers from excessive welfare and entitlement spending. Reducing military spending and corporate welfare will allow the government to transition away from the welfare state without hurting those dependent on government programs. Supporting an orderly transition away from the welfare state should not be confused with denying the need to reduce welfare and entitlement spending.
One reason Greece has been forced to seek bailouts from its EU partners is that Greece ceded control over its currency when it joined the European Union. In contrast, the dollar’s status as the world’s reserve currency is the main reason the US has been able to run up huge deficits without suffering a major economic crisis. The need for the Federal Reserve to monetize ever-increasing levels of government spending will eventually create hyperinflation, which will lead to increasing threats to the dollar’s status. China and Russia are already moving away from using the dollar in international transactions. It is only a matter of time before more countries challenge the dollar’s reserve currency status, and, when this happens, a Greece-style catastrophe may be unavoidable.
Despite the clear dangers of staying on our recent course, Congress continues to increase spending. The only real debate between the two parties is over whether we should spend more on welfare or warfare. It is easy to blame the politicians for our current dilemma but the politicians are responding to demands from the people for greater spending. Too many Americans believe they have a moral right to government support. This entitlement mentality is just as common, if not more so, among the corporate welfare queens of the militarily-industrial complex, the big banks and the crony capitalists as it is among lower-income Americans.
Congress will only reverse course when a critical mass of people reject the entitlement mentality and understand that the government is incapable of running the world, running our lives and running the economy. Therefore, those of us who know the truth must spread the ideas of, and grow the movement for, limited government, free markets, sound money and peace.

How many of you remember my past warning about building a one hundred million re-educated people force as the only possible way to defeat this foreign owned imposter government we live under. Concerning your recent statement about incarcerating American citizens who disagree with our governments political policies, I am requesting further information on your idea’s of what kind of actions would put the average political dissident in with the radicals you would incarcerate.
To wit: Would Dr. Ron Paul qualify after posting the following article on the internet? Do We Need to Bring Back Internment Camps? http://www.thedailybell.com/editorials/36439/Ron-Paul-Do-We-Need-to-Bring-Back-Internment-Camps/?uuid=D61DE0D0-0752-0845-33435892AAF62EB6
How about Attorney John Whitehead for posting this article? Freedom or the Slaughterhouse? The American Police State from A to Z
Or for that matter: What would you personally do to me after reading the articles I post on my sites?
Sir: If you believe we who are obsessed with bringing back the America we grew up with and were then willing to die for, should be incarcerated along with the ragheads who want their promised virgins, than I hope you have the balls to try and personally arrest me and I’m older than you.
If by chance, after reading the following articles by Retired Judge Anna von Reitz at http://scannedretina.com/anna-von-reitz-alaska/ you are still convinced we are a danger to America, and traitors, then I accuse you publicly of being a cowardly traitor to the principles of the Constitution, freedom in general, and the oath you took to defend America and the Constitution. Officers at police academies have always been trained in de-escalation, but there has been less emphasis on such methods over the past 20 years. A recent Police Executive Research Forum survey of 281 police agencies found that the average young officer received 58 hours of firearms training and 49 hours of defensive tactical training, but only eight hours of de-escalation training.
The training regimens at nearly all of the nation’s police academies continue to emphasize military-style exercises, including significant hours spent practicing drill, formation and saluting, said Maria R. Haberfeld, a professor of police science at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
Many police officials now say that even while these approaches might have helped reduce crime, they have also impeded officers’ ability to win the public’s cooperation and trust.
“If we ask people instead of telling them, and if we give them a reason for why we’re doing something, we get much less resistance,” said Gary T. Klugiewicz, a retired Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office captain and former chairman of the now defunct American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers, who trains police in de-escalation techniques. “If we just started to treat people with dignity and respect, things would go much better.” – New York Times, June 27, 2015
The curriculum in most police academies is heavy on firearms and self-defense techniques. This is necessary but not sufficient. Police need public cooperation for one simple reason: They are usually outnumbered. Top marksmanship will not help one officer control a hostile crowd of 10, 50, or 100 people. His best weapon is the ability to get them on his side.
An arms-race mentality is just one sign police in many places have forgotten this principle. Armored vehicles take the place of common courtesy. This strategy may have reached its limit. The new solution is, as the trainer quoted above says, to “treat people with dignity and respect.”
That this idea faces deep resistance from police is a sign of how much needs to change. Fortunately, their resistance is increasingly futile. Elected officials are growing tired of the legal settlements generated by overenthusiastic “broken windows” policing. Moreover, police chiefs are realizing the soft touch is more effective at keeping the peace.
What would help even more, of course, is an end to the unwinnable War on Drugs. Petty drug possession, or the suspicion thereof, is the catalyst for many unpleasant – and too often, deadly – police-citizen encounters. Imprisonment for those offenses simply creates larger numbers of better-trained criminals who then branch out into non-drug offenses.
The trend toward “open carry” gun laws in many states may be the final straw. How do you police an armed society? You start with dignity and respect. Police would do well to start practicing it.
About twenty years ago I was going through a period of insomnia and would go to a local restaurant at three in the morning so I would not wake my wife who was still working and arising around 5 am. This was also a coffee stop location for the local and county police and I would try to instigate a conversation with them, but was met with silence or outright hostility time after time until I just gave up. It really was a friendly attempt on my part to socialize with them, but they were obviously trained to refrain from citizen relationships. I considered this an affront to me personally and to the community as a whole. It was many years later before I understood the affects of a change in their training. Now, I would not piss on them because of their hostility, and if they needed help that would be tough shit. I have zero respect for all of them, because it only takes one of them to change this situation by calling out the training program. Why do they think they are going to get respect by being hard asses? An unfriendly cop is a thorn in any society’s backside! If they want respect, they should learn how to give it.

Foundation of global government cemented with passage of secretive bill
June 24, 2015
One of the most devastating blows to US sovereignty since the country’s founding was dealt today as the Senate handed President Obama his Trans-Pacific Partnership victory.
Despite massive opposition from the American people, Tea Party Republicans and a majority of Democrats, Obama was granted fast-track authority by a 60-38 vote.
Sections of the TPP published by Wikileaks have revealed the treaty’s vast influence over multiple areas including individual rights, internet freedom and even the rule of law itself. Unelected corporate boards and the President can now wield unprecedented control over almost every aspect of human activity.
“If you read, write, publish, think, listen, dance, sing or invent; if you farm or consume food; if you’re ill now or might one day be ill, the TPP has you in its crosshairs,” Wikileaks’ Julian Assange wrote.
Secret TPP chapters regarding immigration also grant President Obama an even greater ability to erode the country’s Southern border.
“Obama will be able to finalize all three of the Obamatrade deals, without any Congressional input…” notes Breitbart.
The TPP, which covers 12 countries and more than 40% of the world’s economy, will place North America under the same global government structure as the European Union, where laws are increasingly crafted outside of public influence.
WAKE THE HELL UP AMERICA
The scumbags in congress/senate have just sold us out completely, and there is no possibility of recourse as there is no possibility of organizing a rebellion without secret communication. All of the brave men and women who have been warning you to take action will now be hunted down and disposed of. There is no active constitution or common law left, and the military has been sanitized of patriots. Even with my extraordinary vocabulary of foul verbal expressions I find myself unable to express how putrid this travesty of justice is. And the most horrible part of all this is the majority of Americans have not the courage to stand up and refuse to obey. America has just committed suicide with their complacency. They are just plain stupid, and congress/senate is full of the most degenerate sons of bitches on earth. I hope those bastards die of the most agonizing/painful disease known to humanity.
