According to Semiramis (also known as the “Queen of Heaven”, the “Great Abomination”, the “Mother of All Whores” and the inventor of idolatry) if you want to rule over people, all you need is a “pillar and a post”.

What you do, is you take one object—- a tall vertical supporting column— and you label it a “pillar” and you take another tall vertical supporting column, and label it a “post”, thereby creating a difference between them.

Even if the difference is merely a name or a label, it is enough to fool people into thinking a difference exists.

This is the essence of “divide and conquer”.

You divide people using the same methods. You apply labels to them and exploit their differences:  black and white, rich and poor, short and tall, Catholic and Lutheran, Republican and Democrat, Palestinian and Israeli.

This is one of the essential esoteric teachings of Freemasonry worldwide and it is the foundation plank of the Babylonian Slave System which is now masquerading as the lawful governments of the world.

Just call it something different.

Exploit the differences.

United States v. United States of America.

But what happens when we wake up like the dumb beasts on Christmas Eve and decide to look and think and talk?

Then we notice that Russians and Americans are indistinguishable until they open their mouths, that black people have five fingers and toes just like white people, that most of the time the voting records of Democrats are the same as the voting records of Republicans.

We’ve been fed a line.  Old Semiramis has been at it again.

Having recognized the lies and enslavement of the Babylonian System, and having recognized the “pillar” and the “post” routine being played upon us, what do we do about it?

We see through it.

We stop believing the lie—stop seeing differences where none exist. It’s not a pillar or a post.  It’s a tall vertical support column.

We stop paying any attention to the labels.

We stop playing the game.

We aren’t “United States Citizens” and we aren’t “citizens of the United States” either.

We aren’t “vessels in commerce“.

We aren’t names or labels or numbers.

We aren’t members of political parties.

And at the moment you realize who you are, you set yourself free of all this Babylonian idiocy.  The illusions are shattered like a magic spell, and the simplicity and beauty of life is revealed.

So don’t wait another moment.  Sit down right now and look at what I am telling you and say—– WTH?  What have I been thinking?

CFR Fears Collapse of UN Under

President Trump

Globalists claim UN unfairly targeted by nationalist demagogues who fear black helicopters

The globalist elite are fearful that President-elect Trump and congressional Republicans will use a recent UN resolution harshly critical of Israel as justification to promote America’s exit from the organization.

Stewart Patrick, senior fellow and director of the aptly-named program on International Institutions and Global Governance at the Council on Foreign Relations, lamented the end of the “most multilaterally-inclined US administration in history” and slammed President-elect Donald Trump as “an unapologetic nationalist.”

“Among the many foreign policy uncertainties created by Donald Trump’s election, there is one prediction we can take to the bank: The United Nations is going to get hammered,” he wrote.

“An unapologetic nationalist is bound for the White House, Republicans are in control of both houses of Congress—and the world body is in their crosshairs.”

In response to a recent UN Security Council resolution that harshly criticized Israel’s settlement policy in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, congressional Republicans are pushing numerous bills to cut funding to the UN, or withdraw the United States from the world body completely.

Florida Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen has regularly introduced a bill to alter the funding mechanism for the UN, making America’s contributions to the UN budget a voluntarily amount rather than a legally binding, automatically assessed amount.

The United States contributes roughly 22% of the UN’s total operating budget, amounting to nearly $3 billion in 2016 alone.

The American Sovereignty Restoration Act, introduced by Alabama Representative Mike Rogers in 2015 and currently languishing in the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, would completely withdraw the United States from the UN.

Patrick harshly criticized previous attempts by Congress to challenge the UN, specifically an effort by then-North Carolina Senator Jesse Helms to withhold the United States’ share of the UN’s budget until specific reforms were made.

“Conservative critics, both in and outside government, regularly scapegoat the UN for the failures of its member states,” Patrick suggested. “And because it lacks a domestic constituency, it is an irresistible target for nationalistic demagogues.”

While President Obama once proclaimed himself a “citizen of the world,” Trump has rallied a “populist base deeply skeptical of international organizations, where paranoid fantasies about UN ‘black helicopters’ as a threat to American sovereignty run deep.”

The “paranoid fantasies” referred to by Patrick are far from unfounded, as the United Nations has already violated America’s national sovereignty by seizing control of communities and land through Agenda 21 (now Agenda 2030) and local law enforcement agencies through the Strong Cities Initiative.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

If Trump turns out to be a Nationalist demagogue, I will have to apologize to him, as the U.N. is on my list of shitheads.

My guess is, this lady is a demagogue too!

2016 The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Year.

“What’s past is prologue.” ― William Shakespeare, The Tempest

What a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad year this has been.

Endless wars. Toxic politics. Violence. Hunger. Police shootings. Mass shootings. Economic downturns. Political circuses. Senseless tragedies. Loss. Heartache. Intolerance. Prejudice. Hatred. Apathy. Meanness. Cruelty. Poverty. Inhumanity. Greed.

Here’s just a small sampling of what we’ve suffered through in 2016.

After three years of increasingly toxic politics, the ruling oligarchy won and “we the people” lost. The FBI’s investigation of Hillary’s emails ended with a whimper, rather than a bang. FBI director James Comey declared Clinton’s use of a private email server to be careless rather than criminal. Bernie Sanders sparked a movement only to turn into a cheerleader for Hillary Clinton. Clinton won the popular vote but lost the election. Donald Trump won the White House while the American people lost any hope of ending the corporate elite’s grip on the government.

The government declared war on so-called “fake news” while continuing to peddle its own brand of propaganda. President Obama quietly re-upped the National Defense Authorization Act, including a provision that establishes a government agency to purportedly counter propaganda and disinformation.

More people died at the hands of the police. Shootings of unarmed citizens (especially African-Americans) by police claimed more lives than previously estimated, reinforcing concerns about police misconduct and the use of excessive force. Police in Baton Rouge shot Alton Sterling. Police in St. Paul shot Philando Castile during a traffic stop. Ohio police shot 13-year-old Tyre King after the boy pulls out a BB gun. Wisconsin was locked down after protests erupt over a police shooting of a fleeing man. Oklahoma police shot and killed Terence Crutcher during a traffic stop while the man’s hands were raised in the air. North Carolina police killed Keith Lamont Scott, spurring two nights of violent protests. San Diego police killed Alfred Olango after he removed a vape smoking device from his pocket. Los Angeles police shot Carnell Snell Jr. after he fled a vehicle with a paper license plate.

We lost some bright stars this year. Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia’s death left the court deadlocked and his successor up for grabs. Joining the ranks of the notable deceased were Muhammad Ali, David Bowie, Fidel Castro, Leonard Cohen, Carrie Fisher, John Glenn, Merle Haggard, Harper Lee, George Michael, Prince, Nancy Reagan, Janet Reno, Elie Wiesel, and Gene Wilder.

Diseases claimed more lives. The deadly Zika virus spread outwards from Latin America and into the U.S.

The rich got richer. The Panama Papers leak pulled back the curtain on schemes by the wealthy to hide their funds in shell companies.

Free speech was dealt one knock-out punch after another. First Amendment activities were pummeled, punched, kicked, choked, chained and generally gagged all across the country. The reasons for such censorship varied widely from political correctness, safety concerns and bullying to national security and hate crimes but the end result remained the same: the complete eradication of what Benjamin Franklin referred to as the “principal pillar of a free government.”

The debate over equality took many forms. African-Americans boycotted the Oscars over the absence of nominations for people of color, while the Treasury Department announced its decision to replace Andrew Jackson with Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill. North Carolina’s debate over transgender bathrooms ignited a nationwide fury. Meanwhile, the U.S. military opened its doors to transgender individuals. A unanimous Supreme Court affirmed a Texas law that counts everyone, not just eligible voters, in determining legislative districts. The nation’s highest court also upheld affirmative action, while declaring a Texas law on abortion clinics to be an unnecessary burden on women.

Environmental concerns were downplayed in favor of corporate interests. Flint, Michigan’s contaminated water was declared a state and federal emergency, while thousands protested the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline and its impact on water sources.

Technology rendered Americans vulnerable to threats from government spies, police, hackers and power failures. The Justice Department battled Apple in court over access to its customers’ locked, encrypted iPhones. Microsoft sued the U.S. government over its access to customers’ emails and files without their knowledge. Yahoo confirmed that over half a billion user accounts had been hacked. Police departments across the country continued to use Stingray devices to collect cellphone data in real time, often without a warrant. A six-hour system shutdown resulted in hundreds of Delta flights being cancelled and thousands of people stranded.

Police became even more militarized and weaponized. Despite concerns about the government’s steady transformation of local police into a standing military army, local police agencies continued to acquire weaponry, training and equipment suited for the battlefield. In North Dakota, for instance, police were authorized to acquire and use armed drones. Likewise, the use of SWAT teams for routine policing tasks has increased the danger for police and citizens alike.

Children were hurt. A 17-year-old endangered silverback gorilla was shot preemptively after a 3-year-old child climbed into its zoo enclosure. In Disney World, an alligator snatched a 2-year-old boy off one of the resort’s man-made beaches. A school bus crash in Tennessee killed five children. And police resource officers made schools less safe, with students being arrested, tasered and severely disciplined for minor infractions.

Computers asserted their superiority over their human counterparts, who were easily controlled by bread and circuses. Google’s artificial intelligence program, AlphaGo, defeated its human opponent in a DeepMind Challenge Match. Pokemon Go took the world by storm and turned users into mindless entertainment zombies.

Terrorism took many forms. Brussels was locked down in the wake of terrorist attacks that killed dozens and wounded hundreds. A shootout between a gunman and police wrought havoc on a gay nightclub in Orlando. Terrorists armed with explosives and guns opened fire in Istanbul Airport. A trucker drives into a crowd of revelers on Bastille Day in France. Acts of suspected terrorism take place throughout Germany, including attacks using axes, knives and machetes. Japan undergoes a mass killing when a man armed with a knife targets disabled patients at a care facility. Syria continued to be ravaged by bomb strikes, terrorism and international conflict.

Science crossed into new frontiers. Doctors announced the birth of the first healthy three-parent baby created with DNA from three separate people. Elon Musk outlined his plan to populate Mars.

Tragedies abounded. An Amtrak train derailed outside of Philadelphia. A commuter train crashed through a barrier in New Jersey. Floods in Texas killed nine soldiers stationed at Fort Hood. Heatwaves swept the southwest, fueling wildfires. Flash floods and heavy rain devastated parts of Maryland and Louisiana.

The nanny state went into overdrive. Philadelphia gave the green light to a tax on sugary drinks. The FDA issued guidelines to urge food manufacturers and chain restaurants to reduce salt use.

The government waged a war on cash. Not content to swindle, cheat, scam, and generally defraud Americans by way of wasteful pork barrel legislation, asset forfeiture schemes, and costly stimulus packages, the government and its corporate partners in crime came up with a new scheme to not only scam taxpayers out of what’s left of their paychecks but also make us foot the bill. The government’s war on cash is a concerted campaign to do away with large bills such as $20s, $50s, $100s and shift consumers towards a digital mode of commerce that can easily be monitored, tracked, tabulated, mined for data, hacked, hijacked and confiscated when convenient.

The Deep State reared its ugly head. Comprised of unelected government bureaucrats, corporations, contractors, paper-pushers, and button-pushers who are actually calling the shots behind the scenes, this government within a government is the real reason “we the people” have no real control over our so-called representatives. It’s every facet of a government that is no longer friendly to freedom and is working overtime to trample the Constitution underfoot and render the citizenry powerless in the face of the government’s power grabs, corruption and abusive tactics. These are the key players that drive the shadow government. They are the hidden face of the American police state that has continued past Election Day.

The U.S. military industrial complex—aided by the Obama administration—armed the world while padding its own pockets. According to the Center for International Policy, President Obama has brokered more arms deals than any administration since World War II. For instance, the U.S. agreed to provide Israel with $38 billion in military aid over the next ten years, in exchange for Israel committing to buy U.S. weapons.

Now that’s not to say that 2016 didn’t have its high points, as well, but it’s awfully hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel right now.

Frequently, I receive emails from people urging me to leave the country before the “hammer falls.” However, as I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, there is nowhere in the world to escape from the injustice of tyrants, bullies and petty dictators. As Ronald Reagan recognized back in 1964, “If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on Earth.”

Let’s not take the mistakes of 2016 into a new year with us. The election is over. The oligarchs remain in power. The police state is marching forward, more powerful than ever. All signs point to business as usual. The game continues to be rigged.

The lesson for those of us in the American police state is simply this: if there is to be any hope for freedom in 2017, it rests with “we the people” engaging in local, grassroots activism that transforms our communities and our government from the ground up.

Let’s get started.

DID SECESSION HASTEN THE END OF SLAVERY?

December 27th, 2016 by

http://www.rebelmadman.com/?m=201610

BY Michael Gaddy

*Author’s note: There is a question which deserves much more attention than it receives: Considering Lincoln was willing to make slavery perpetual and to remove it from even congressional action with the Corwin amendment in order to “preserve the Union,” had the Southern states repealed their secession, when would slavery have ended? Not rejoining a Union in which slavery would be perpetual is proof positive the war was not about slavery, nor did the South secede to protect slavery. I believe a substantial case can be made that had the Southern states not seceded and had in fact rejoined Lincoln’s precious Union, slavery would have existed much longer in this country than it did.

“I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery in the States where it exists. I believe I have no lawful right to do so, and I have no inclination to do so.” Abraham Lincoln, First Inaugural Address, March 4, 1861.

When Abraham Lincoln took office in March of 1861, this country had observed as legal the institution of chattel slavery for its entire existence. President Lincoln, having secured not one electoral vote from the Southern States declared in his First Inaugural Address that it was his full intention to use the power of the presidency to perpetuate and protect that onerous institution “in the states where it exists.”

Certainly not taught in our government schools is the fact that two days before Lincoln took the Oath of Office of President, a proposed amendment to the Constitution referred to as the Corwin Amendment passed both houses of Congress and was being sent to the states for ratification. Lincoln spoke of his support for this amendment in his Inaugural address on March 4.

“I understand a proposed amendment to the Constitution—which amendment, however, I have not seen—has passed Congress, to the effect that the Federal Government shall never interfere with the domestic institutions of the States, including that of persons held to service. To avoid misconstruction of what I have said, I depart from my purpose not to speak of particular amendments so far as to say that, holding such a provision to now be implied constitutional law, I have no objection to its being made express and irrevocable.”

History shows that Lincoln was not being truthful when he stated he had not seen the proposed amendment which had passed both houses of congress. Author Doris Kearns-Goodwin in her “political biography” of Abraham Lincoln titled Team of Rivals states the following on page 296.

“He [Lincoln] instructed Seward to introduce these proposals in the Senate Committee of Thirteen without indicating they issued from Springfield. The first resolved that ‘the Constitution should never be altered so as to authorize Congress to abolish or interfere with slavery in the states.’ Another recommendation that he instructed Seward to get through Congress was that ‘all state personal liberty laws in opposition to the Fugitive Slave Law be repealed.”

Dr. Thomas DiLorenzo, author of The Real Lincoln and Lincoln Unmasked declared that Lincoln not only was aware of the proposed amendment but, was in fact, its author. Below is the text of that amendment which was authored/endorsed by Lincoln, passed by both houses of congress and sent personally to the governor of each state by Lincoln himself, proof of which was discovered in 2006 in a museum in Allentown, PA.  This critical piece of history is available in the records of the U.S. House of Representatives, 106th Congress, 2nd Session, The Constitution of the United States of America, Doc. No. 106-214.

“No amendment shall be made to the Constitution which will authorize or give to Congress the power to abolish or interfere, within any State, with the domestic institutions thereof, including that of persons held to labor or service by the laws of said State.”

Prior to Lincoln’s military invasion of the South, Lincoln had done everything within his power to make chattel slavery perpetual throughout the entire country. He had also instructed his Secretary of State William H. Seward to work on federal legislation that would outlaw any attempts to nullify the Fugitive Slave law. Several states in the North had passed laws to prohibit the federally mandated return of fugitive slaves. Lincoln wanted a federal law that would counter such legislation by the states.

Lincoln was more than willing to make the enslavement of the black race perpetual–if it would preserve the Union.

Looked upon by an intelligent eye rather than an emotional one, Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation, which he issued twice, must be seen as simply another political maneuver to preserve/restore the union.

If I could save the Union without freeing any slave, I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves, I would do it. …What I do about Slavery and the colored race, I do because I believe it helps to save this Union.” ~Lincoln in an open letter to Horace Greeley, which appeared in the New York Tribune on August 22, 1862.

Here, again, in his own words, Lincoln states that Slavery was not his primary interest. Lincoln’s primary goal was the preservation of the Union which would protect the interests of the Socialists in his cabinet and armed forces who were the founders of the Republican Party.

The now grossly misunderstood and misrepresented Emancipation Proclamation was political BS plain and simple. The edict freed only the slaves in the states in which Lincoln had no control. It did not free any of the slaves that were currently under the control of the Union Army in occupied territory in any of the Southern states. The questions must be asked: if the Union forces had not achieved what Lincoln considered to be a victory at Antietam, would he have issued the proclamation? If the Army of Virginia had won a demonstrative victory at Antietam, when would Lincoln have issued such a proclamation, if ever?

In Lincoln’s own words to Greeley, he stated he would willingly continue slavery if it would lead to the preservation of the Union. Prior to the beginning of the war, Lincoln wrote and endorsed a proposed amendment to the Constitution which would have prohibited Congress from ever abolishing or interfering with the institution of slavery. In addition, he ordered the effort be made to create a federal law that would nullify any state law that prohibited the return of fugitive slaves. The fact this same man is now referred to as the “Great Emancipator” is a great illustration of the gullibility and ignorance of the masses in our country. Adolph Hitler had the misfortune of coming to power in the wrong country.

Still, the most important question that could be asked is this; If the Southern states had not seceded; if the Union had been preserved without a war; at what point in the history of this country would a new constitutional amendment have been proposed and passed that would have freed the slaves?

Simply stated, if the South had not seceded and defended themselves from the invasion of Union forces, slavery would have been extended in our country indefinitely; the Corwin Amendment guaranteed that. It was the threat of a break-up of the Union and not any act by Abraham Lincoln and his socialist cronies that led to emancipation.

The credit for emancipation should be given to those who challenged and fought against Lincoln, not to the president who “destroyed the Constitution in order to preserve it.” Lincoln’s actions and a war that killed almost a million Americans; a war to ensure a country indivisible, were praised by Karl Marx and Adolph Hitler–need I say more?

Dr. Thomas DiLorenzo:

“Lincoln used war to destroy the U.S. Constitution in order to establish a powerful central government…” This is certainly a strong statement, but in fact Lincoln illegally suspended the writ of habeas corpus; launched a military invasion without consent of Congress; blockaded Southern ports without declaring war; imprisoned without warrant or trial some 13,000 Northern citizens who opposed his policies; arrested dozens of newspaper editors and owners and, in some cases, had federal soldiers destroy their printing presses; censored all telegraph communication; nationalized the railroads; created three new states (Kansas, Nevada, and West Virginia) without the formal consent of the citizens of those states, an act that Lincoln’s own attorney general thought was unconstitutional; ordered Federal troops to interfere with Northern elections; deported a member of Congress from Ohio after he criticized Lincoln’s unconstitutional behavior; confiscated private property; confiscated firearms in violation of the Second Amendment; and eviscerated the Ninth and Tenth Amendments.”

Lincoln and the radical republicans who put him into office held our Constitution in contempt. They knew the Southern states were seceding because of the government’s unconstitutional actions. The South was willing to leave the Union in order to protect their rights under the Constitution.

OK, Rebel, where is your proof Lincoln and the republicans held our Constitution in contempt and as an impediment to their goals and agenda? As the saying goes, “read em and weep.”

Members of Lincoln’s cabinet referred to the Constitution as “the tail of a paper kite” and “the rotten tail of a Virginia abstraction.” The above are credited to Lincoln’s Secretary of War, Edwin Stanton, as is this quote from Stanton, “A written constitution is dangerous to those of the North, for the South is using it as a shield.”

Wendell Phillips, a Boston lawyer and abolitionist said this of the North and the US Constitution, “We confess that we intend to trample underfoot the Constitution of this country.”  Phillips also quoted Daniel Webster as saying the “people of New England are a law-abiding people.” To this Phillips stated, “But I say we are not a law-abiding community. God be thanked for it.”

Thaddeus Stevens, a radical republican member of the US House of Representatives from Pennsylvania was even more emphatic. “The talk of restoring the Union like it was, and the Constitution as it is, is one of the absurdities which I have heard repeated until I have become sick of it. There are many things which make such an event impossible. This Union never shall, with my consent, be restored under the constitution as it is …” “The Union as it was and the Constitution as it is–God forbid it. We must conquer the Southern states and hold them as conquered provinces.”

So, the war was not about slavery, it was about collecting a protectionist tariff and the destruction of the country “under the Constitution.” Those who continue to parrot the opposite are physical slaves to a godless, constitution–less, government and its willing shills and sycophants. More alarming, they are also mental slaves.

IN RIGHTFUL REBEL LIBERTY

Mike

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

It is beyond belief what government controlled education has done to America, for if three generations back had had access to the truth on a nation wide scale they surely would have revolted. Nothing is harder to understand than the present ignorance of true American history. If more people would read the real history of America it would still be a possibility. And one that I would support with my whole being, because this Nation is governed by the most vicious gang of thieves ever to control a nation. The most dangerous thing to any country is the complacency of the people. A few hours of the peoples time reading our true history would infuriate them to the point of rebellion, and leave the Banking Cartel hanging by their throats. Today the average citizen is so self centered or infatuated with entertainment they are unaware of what is and has destroyed our knowledge of what a Nation of free States should and could be. The media industry took up the lies after government schools had prepared our children to be worthless protectors of freedom by instilling a false sense of patriotism by wars against other Nations, and a total misunderstanding of the purpose of governments. We started off by being independent human beings and gradually became willing slaves and ignorant of the power banking would have over the people and their government. You do not have to remain ignorant today because of the works of real patriots like this author and several others who have the courage to not remain ignorant. I recommend to all who can still think to read this book: You Know Something is Wrong When…..: An American Affidavit of Probable Cause (Paperback) by Judge Anna Maria Riezinger & James Clinton Belcher

ISLAM MUSLIMS INCOMPATIBLE WITH 21ST CENTURY HUMANITY

December 24th, 2016 by

 http://newswithviews.com/Wooldridge/frosty1197.htm

By Frosty Wooldridge
December 23, 2016
NewsWithViews.com

This week, Muslims killed nine and wounded 48 in a truck attack in Berlin, Germany. Another Muslim executed a Russian diplomat with eight shots to his back at point blank range. German authorities reported they thwarted two planned attacks in the past week.

For the past four decades, Muslims in all Western countries continue their prime directive dictated by the Quran: “Convert or kill all non-believers.”

Their methods: 9/11 mass murder attacks. Also, lone wolf attacks. They infiltrate governments with their operatives, i.e., Barack Obama and his 10 Muslim aides in the White House, hijra or “seeding” host countries with Muslim immigrants to eventually install Sharia Law. They employ beheadings, be-handings and honor killings that terrify women worldwide. Muslims kill gays, and kill anyone who remains an infidel or non-believer. Worse, you never know which Muslim will kill at what time or place.

When confronted with reality, Muslims kill the truth, they kill the truth messenger and they kill anyone who disagrees with them.

Will it take a Paris, France slaughter once a week to help civilized leaders to deport all Muslims? Will it take a Brussels, Belgium airport bombing once a month to convince leaders to rid their countries of Muslims? How about a Nice, France barbaric attack at weekly intervals to finally help all Western countries to come to the simple conclusion: Muslims and Islam—Incompatible with 21st century humanity.

Notice 1.5 billion “moderate” Muslims do nothing to stop the terror. They don’t speak up. They do not condemn. They don’t lead their religion out of the Dark Ages. Muslim mosques all over Europe store weapons while imams instigate terror attacks. Worse, they spew incredible hate toward all other religions.

In the USA, Muslims commit barbaric acts regularly. Whether it’s honor killings of women or female genital mutilation or arranged marriages or threats to gays—the US State Department and FBI counter terrorism agencies remain on full alert to stop Muslims from terrorizing America 24/7.

But they can never stop lone wolf Muslim killers. That’s why we face another Orlando, Florida slaughter or a San Bernardino or more Ohio State University stabbings.

That’s why Muslim Barack Obama jumped the Syrian migrant level into the USA by 339 percent in the month of December. He wants as many violent Muslims to enter America before his time in the power ends. (Source: Fox News, December 21, 2016, Hannity)

Muslims don’t make any bones about it: they expect to conquer America or die trying. Muhammad gave them 72 virgins as a sexual reward in heaven for their jihad.

“When the sacred months have passed, then kill the infidels wherever you find them. Capture them. Besiege them. Lie in wait for them in each and every ambush but if they repent, and perform the prayers, and give zacat then leave their way free.” Quran Chapter 9:5

In 2002, John Muhammad, the Beltway Sniper, lay “in wait” for various infidels and killed 17 of them. Since then, from Boston to San Bernardino—Muslims carried out killing sprees.

“When Allah revealed to the angels, ‘Truly I am with you. So, keep firm those who have believed. I will strike terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved. So, strike them at the necks and cut off their fingers.’” 8:12

Remember the Muslim who beheaded his co-worker Colleen Hufford in Moore, Oklahoma on September 26, 2014? The liberal media claimed Jah’Keem Yisreal committed workplace violence instead of jihad.

Islam’s dictates become painfully real for individuals who suffer death or injury whether the Boston Marathon bombers or
White Cloud, Minnesota mall knife-wielding Muslim or the Fort Hood killer Major Hassan pretending to be a U.S. Army officer.

“Men are the protectors and maintainers of women because Allah has made one superior to the other and because they spend to support them from their means. Therefore, righteous women are obedient and they guard in the husband’s absence what Allah orders them to guard. And, as to those women from whom you fear disobedience, give them a warning, send them to separate beds, and beat them.” 4:34

Why aren’t feminists in all countries demonstrating to stop all Muslim immigration? How do first world women accept Muslim men who force their women into black bags and stone them to death for being raped? How about the 20,000 honor killings annually in Muslim dominated countries? Anyone got a problem with that ritual?

How do you defend from such barbarism in the 21st century?

Since we already suffer 3.3 million Muslims within our country, we must defend against them harshly and effectively.

Solution: we Americans demand all Muslim immigration stopped. We as a people must deport any Muslim or Muslim organization that advocates Sharia Law. Start with C.A.I.R. and the Islamic Society of America, Muslim Brotherhood and others. We must monitor all mosques with mandated video coverage. We must deport anyone who espouses individual or collective violence toward our citizens. Ban the Burka or hijab that destroys a woman’s right to her individuality. Deport or jail any Muslim imam who speaks or organizes anyone toward violence. Do not allow Muslims into the military, period.

Mandate that any Muslim that commits female genital mutilation, an honor killing or arranged marriage to be jailed and deported after time served.

In other words, make America so harsh against this violent, barbaric and incendiary religion—that they repatriate themselves back into their own countries—where they can practice their barbarism without consequences.

Historian Adnre Servier said, “Islam was not a torch, but an extinguisher. Conceived in a barbarous brain for the use by a barbarous people, it was, and it remains, incapable of adapting itself to civilization. Whatever it has dominated, it has broken the impulse toward progress and checked the evolution of society.”

Final solution: Islam mandates a violent political-economic-religious system diametrically opposed to a free republic and in violation of our U.S. Constitution. Demand the prohibition of Islam in America. Enforce the McCarren-Walter Act of 1952.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

To Frost’s list of undesirables I would add all liberals and RINOS, plus all  those who support Corporate Governance. America was supposed to be a Republic of Free States and Free People. Not corporate slaves. Corporations have only one objective, and that is to make profits for their stock-holders, so do not complain if you are ignorant of the theft of your freedom. The information is available to all who are intelligent enough to recognize they need to do some research. Presently you do not own anything of value. Woe to all you who believe you have an obligation to support taxation on your possessions. You have been brain washed by the education and media industries. Not even your body belongs to you, or your children!

There Will Be Swamp: “Trump Cabinet Picks Confirm Creatures Of Washington Still Rule The Earth”

December 23rd, 2016 by

http://alt-market.com/articles/3075-there-will-be-swamp-trump-cabinet-picks-confirm-creatures-of-washington-still-rule-the-earth

This article was written by Michael Krieger and originally published at Liberty Blitzkrieg

While I’m not a Dodd-Frank fan, it’s not because it was too harsh, but because it didn’t really do much of anything. It was the typical neoliberal bait and switch, designed to look tough for public consumption, while merely making tweaks around the edges of a financial system that requires systemic, paradigm level change.

Trump’s support of repealing Dodd-Frank tells you all you need to know. A Trump Presidency will see Wall Street felons who should be in prison, running as wild and free as ever.

He will be the same thing to distressed working class whites that Obama was to the black community. A fake messiah and a shyster.

– From May’s post: Donald Trump’s True Colors Emerge as He Snuggles up to Wall Street

The fact that Steve Mnuchin was a Goldman Sachs partner is the least of my concerns when it comes to the man. Indeed, if someone wanted to create a playing card deck of sleazy Wall Street financial crisis opportunists, it’d be hard not to include Steve Mnuchin.

What exactly am I talking about? Specifically, I’m referring to the collapse of IndyMac (renamed One West), and the generous helping of government welfare Mnuchin and his partners received upon purchasing the failed banking institution. This is a financial crisis saga that is unknown to most, despite having received some extensive coverage over the past year. One of the best articles on the topic was written by David Dayen in his piece, Donald Trump’s Finance Chair Is the Anti-Populist From Hell. Here are a few excerpts:

Donald Trump’s first major staff selection since securing the Republican nomination, national finance chairman Steven Mnuchin, co-founded and manages the hedge fund Dune Capital. Not only did he make partner at Goldman Sachs, so did his father in the 1960s. With over 30 years of experience at the top levels of finance, Mnuchin was present for every recent major banking innovation, including those that brought the country to the brink of economic collapse.

Mnuchin’s presence in the campaign reveals how the qualities Trump loyalists projected on their hero don’t measure up to the truth. They have venerated him throughout the Republican primary for rejecting the dirty business of pay-to-play politics, and for populist vows to protect the ordinary worker. But in selecting Mnuchin, not only has Trump submitted to the realities of presidential campaign finance; he’s chosen one of the most notorious bankers in America to carry it out.

When I heard Mnuchin’s name last week, I immediately remembered the front lawn of his mansion. Back in 2011, local housing activists and the Occupy movement in Los Angeles camped out on that lawn to save the home of Rose Mary Gudiel, a La Puente, California, resident who faced eviction after being just two weeks late on one mortgage payment. The activists threatened to move all of Gudiel’s furniture into Mnuchin’s $26 million Bel Air estate if the eviction wasn’t stopped. Twenty police officers and a helicopter met the protesters.

Why was Mnuchin’s front lawn the focal point for the protest? Because years after forming Dune Capital in 2004, Mnuchin’s hedge fund purchased the failed lender IndyMac, one of America’s largest home lenders and a leading distributor of Alt-A mortgages, a subprime hybrid which did not require borrowers to accurately state their incomes. After IndyMac failed, Dune led the investment group that purchased it from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in 2009, renaming it OneWest Bank. Mnuchin became OneWest’s principal owner and chairman.

OneWest accomplished these foreclosures through fraud. Erica Johnson-Seck, a vice president of foreclosure and bankruptcy for OneWest, explained in a July 2009 deposition that she “robo-signed” 6,000 foreclosure-related documents per week, spending just 30 seconds on each sworn affidavit that attested to the veracity of all relevant information in the case. Johnson-Seck admitted to not reading the documents before signing them, to not knowing how the records were generated, and to not signing in the presence of a notary, all of which made the affidavits she signed false evidence in court.

The OneWest subsidiary Financial Freedom executed 39 percent of all foreclosures on reverse mortgages between 2009 and 2015, despite servicing only 17 percent of the market, according to data from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) obtained by the California Reinvestment Coalition. OneWest disclosed in its most recent annual report that it’s under investigation for this disproportionate share of “widow foreclosures” by HUD’s Inspector General. The victims include 103 year-old Myrtle Lewis of North Texas, who OneWest put into foreclosure after her insurance coverage lapsed; Karen Hunziker, who got a foreclosure notice from OneWest ten days after her husband passed away in 2014; and a host of others.

Trump’s loyal fans aren’t likely to scrutinize Mnuchin’s record, but they should. You can measure political candidates in part by who they associate with. The foreclosure history in Mnuchin’s past reflects an extreme mentality of profit at all costs, and hardly a viewpoint of standing up for the little guy. Trump as populist was always something of a pose, covering for a deep nationalism and antipathy to immigrants. The Mnuchin pick just brings that into sharper relief.

Trump’s main money-chaser has profited off the suffering of ordinary Americans for years. There’s no reason to believe Trump will offer a better deal to the working class.

Moreover, an article published in The Nation covered some details of the sweetheart deal the government gave Mnuchin and team for the privilege of turning around to abuse average Americans. Here’s an excerpt from, The Worst of Wall Street: Meet Donald Trump’s Finance Chairman.

The Mnuchin group paid FDIC $1.5 billion for the bank, far less than the value of IndyMac’s assets. The FDIC was so desperate to unload IndyMac that Mnuchin and his colleagues were able to obtain, as part of the purchase deal, a so-called “shared loss” agreement from the FDIC which reimbursed these billionaires for much of their costs for foreclosing on people unlucky enough to have mortgages from IndyMac.

Within a year, the group that the Los Angeles Times called a “billionaires’ club of private financiers” had paid themselves dividends of $1.57 billion. In other words, the FDIC took much of the risk by subsidizing the bank’s troubled assets, while Mnuchin and his colleagues pocketed the profits.

The California Reinvestment Coalition—a nonprofit organization that pushes banks to reinvest in low income communities and communities of color—determined from Freedom of Information Requests that the FDIC had already paid out over $1 billion to reimburse OneWest for the cost of over 35,000 foreclosures in California and an unknown number in other states. CRC also estimated that the FDIC will eventually pay out another $1.4 billion for the costs associated with even more foreclosures in the future.

OneWest opened its doors with 33 branches and roughly $16 billion in assets. Mnuchin engineered its growth by purchasing two other failed institutions—First Federal Bank of California and La Jolla Bank—getting the FDIC to agree again to additional “loss share” arrangements so that the owners had little to lose. After these purchases, OneWest had 73 retail branches and $26 billion in assets. It also serviced billions of dollars of mortgage loans on the behalf of third parties, such as Fannie Mae. In multiple surveys of California housing counselors, OneWest was ranked among the worst mortgage servicers in the state.

Nice deal if you can get it. Oh, and there’s also this.

In July 2014, Mnuchin arranged to sell OneWest to the CIT Group for $3.4-billion—more than double what they paid for the bank five years earlier. CIT Group, a holding company that owned a Salt Lake City-based on-line bank, wanted to buy OneWest for its low-cost deposits and its network of Southern California retail branches. The consolidated bank now has assets of about $60 billion, ranking it among the nation’s 40 largest banks.

Under the terms of the acquisition, CIT agreed to pay Mnuchin $4.5 million a year for three years as the bank’s vice-chairman. Because he relinquished that post in March 31 of this year, Mnuchin was given a $10.9 million severance package, according to the Wall Street Journal.

In CIT Group’s most recent annual report, the bank disclosed that it had received multiple subpoenas in 2015 from the Office of Inspector General at the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) related to the servicing of reverse mortgages by Financial Freedom.

CRC’s Gonzalez said that, in light of Mnuchin’s new role in the Trump campaign, “HUD should release more information about its investigation of OneWest’s subsidiary.”

Believe it or not, it gets even more interesting from here. For example, you may be interested to know who one of Mnuchin’s partners was in the IndyMac deal. Yep, you guessed it: George Soros.

The Wall Street Journal reports:

In 2002, Mr. Mnuchin left Goldman and later was hired to run a credit fund set up by billionaire George Soros.

In 2004, Mr. Mnuchin and two former Goldman colleagues founded hedge fund Dune Capital Management LP with financial backing from Mr. Soros. Dune soon expanded into the entertainment business, striking up a film-financing deal with a unit of 21st Century Fox. Among the films Dune financed was “Avatar,” one of the all-time box office hits.

In 2008, IndyMac Bank in Pasadena, Calif., collapsed in one of the largest bank failures in U.S. history. Mr. Mnuchin led a group of investors, including funds run by Mr. Soros and other hedge-fund and private-equity titans, who bought it from the government for about $1.5 billion. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation agreed to cover a portion of any future loan losses, a lucrative arrangement for Mr. Mnuchin and his partners. Regulators who negotiated with Mr. Mnuchin found him to be the kind of detail-oriented person who would “know the cost of every pencil,” according to a person familiar with their thinking.

Considering many diehard Trump supporters consider Soros to be the spawn of Satan, I’m curious to see the intellectual contortions necessary to justify this relationship.

Moving along, the sad thing is none of this is surprising to me. From day one, I felt that Trump was way too cozy with Wall Street, and wouldn’t do a thing to rein in financial sector abuses. I warned about it on several occasions. See:

Draining the Swamp? Wall Street is Already Loving Donald Trump

Donald Trump’s True Colors Emerge as He Snuggles up to Wall Street

A Nation of Sheep, Afraid of Words

In light of this appointment, I want to revisit something I wrote in a recent post:

To conclude, this article is primarily written for all my readers who are either Trump supporters, or who reluctantly voted for him. My message to you is that we need to hold this man’s feet to the fire. The election is over, and you got your desired outcome. Now is not the time to be a cheerleader. Now is not the time to behave exactly like Obama zombies did after he became an obvious betrayal. What allowed Obama to do all the bad things he did, was the fact that his supporters made endless excuses for him. Don’t make excuses for Trump. If you do, your life will get a lot worse and this country will decay far more into an authoritarian oligarchy than it already has. It is up to you to make sure he doesn’t become the Wall Street puppet I always feared he would be.

If you give cover to Trump to appoint swamp creatures to his cabinet, you have no right to criticize Obama for having done the same. Let’s grow up and start rallying around ideas, not cheerleading political figures.

Federal Reserve Initiates End Game As Trump Heads To White House

December 22nd, 2016 by

http://alt-market.com/articles/3091-federal-reserve-initiates-end-game-as-trump-heads-to-white-house

12-22-2016-12-36-41-pmBy Brandon Smith

For years, alternative economic analysts have been warning that the “miraculous” rise in U.S. stock markets has been the symptom of wider central bank intervention and that this will result in dire future consequences. We have heard endless lies and rationalizations as to why this could not be so, and why the U.S. “recovery” is real.  At the beginning of 2016, the former head of the Dallas branch of the Federal Reserve crushed all the skeptics and vindicated our position in an interview with CNBC where he stated:

“What the Fed did — and I was part of that group — is we front-loaded a tremendous market rally, starting in 2009.It’s sort of what I call the “reverse Whimpy factor” — give me two hamburgers today for one tomorrow. I’m not surprised that almost every index you can look at … was down significantly.” [Referring to the results in the stock market after the Fed raised rates in December.]

Fisher continued his warning (though his predictions in my view are wildly conservative or deliberately muted):

“…I was warning my colleagues, “Don’t go wobbly if we have a 10-20 percent correction at some point. … Everybody you talk to … has been warning that these markets are heavily priced.”

Here is the issue stocks are a mostly meaningless factor when considering the economic health of a nation. Equities are a casino based on nothing but the luck of the draw when it comes to news headlines, central banker statements and algorithmic computers. Today, as Fischer openly admitted, stocks are a purely manipulated indicator representing nothing but the amount of stimulus central banks are willing to pour into them through various channels.

Even with the incredible monetary support pooled together by international financiers, returns on equities investments continue to remain mostly flat.  It would seem that the propping up of indexes like the Dow has been only for the sake of keeping up appearances. For many people, revenue is barely being generated.

Unfortunately, the majority of Americans do not care to educate themselves on the finer points of finance. Their only relation to the health of the economy is their daily glance at the Dow. If it is green, or at all time highs, they assume that all is well, even if their gut is telling them something is not quite right.

The elites that stand at the helm of the Federal Reserve understand this dynamic very well. They are not stupid. They know that the whole of the global economy could be in a shambles but as long as stocks remain positive the masses will continue to ignore reality until the flames of destabilization are at their very doorsteps.

With this fact in mind one might think that the Fed would consider it in their best interest to keep stimulus measures operating indefinitely; but that is not what they are doing.

In fact, the Fed along with other central banks like the ECB has been slowly peeling back pillars of support from markets that have been in place since 2008-2009 and leaving the system open to a crisis event that should have been dealt with years ago. I examined this process of deliberate destabilization in my article ‘The Global Economic Reset Has Begun.’

In that piece I outlined the three major pillars holding up the U.S. market system and certain parts of our economy and how they were being systematically removed. The first pillar was the use of bailouts and quantitative easing measures. These were diminished through the implementation of the Fed “taper,” which I predicted would happen three months prior that year.

The second pillar was the use of near zero interest rates, which allowed numerous banks and corporations to access low-cost and no-cost overnight loans from the Fed. These companies then used these loans in large part to support a never-ending program of stock buybacks, which reduced the stock pool and artificially boosted the values of the remaining stocks.  I predicted in August of 2015 that the Fed would hike interest rates and that this would be the beginning of the end for the stock buyback bonanza. The Fed hiked rates in December of that year.

This process of removing backdoor manipulation through low interest rates should be our main concern right now. Early in 2016 I believed that the Fed would reach a position in which it would finally unleash a series of rate hikes. I did not think they would be so blatant as to wait until right after the U.S. presidential election to do so. I was wrong.

This is why I eventually predicted the launch of a series of rate hikes starting right after the election of Donald Trump in my article ‘World Suffers From Trump Shell Shock  Here’s What Will Happen Next.’ The Fed has now once again hiked interest rates with assertions that they will be “accelerating” such hikes throughout 2017.

As I have been arguing for most of the past year, the election of Donald Trump was inevitable and would precede the triggering of the final stage of our ongoing economic crisis. I came to realize that the Fed’s timing of their latest rate hike is highly strategic. Not only does it set the stage for a series of hikes that will crush U.S. stock markets this coming year and finally shock the public out of their fiscal stupor, but it also maneuvers the crisis right into the lap of Donald Trump and the conservative movements that support him.

Beyond this, it perpetuates an increasing Left/Right division in America. Think about it  during a fiscal crisis under Trump, tiggered by accumulating Fed rate hikes, liberals will immediately set upon Trump as the culprit, while conservatives will immediately defend Trump as a victim of Federal Reserve meddling.

The Federal Reserve and the mainstream media are already composing the narrative by stating that Trump’s potential economic policies and a widening budget deficit would REQUIRE higher rates at a faster pace in order to be accommodated.

I have heard arguments from some that this tactic would simply not work. That people would “never buy” a narrative in which Trump and conservatives are blamed for a market collapse that was at least eight years in the making. I have to say, this view is incredibly naive.

I understand why people would want to embrace the notion that the public is as savvy as the liberty movement when looking at economic events, but this simply isn’t reality. A large portion of the U.S. population identifies with the “Left” end of the political spectrum. We have already seen how they react in the face of a Trump election win. They are predisposed to believe that Trump is responsible for a market crash regardless of the facts. Not to mention, much of the rest of the world is economically ignorant and will likely jump on the anti-conservative bandwagon during a crisis as well.

But the real master stroke of this strategy on the part of the elites is that it creates the perfect platform for the destruction of the U.S. dollar’s world reserve status  the third and final pillar I mentioned months ago that is supporting our economic system.

Imagine that the Fed’s rate hike frenzy sparks an open feud between the central bank and Trump? Some people might say “Good! Shut the bastards down!” However, this is exactly what the elites want. With the Fed “at odds” with the president of the U.S., faith in the U.S. dollar will plummet. Its world reserve status will be destroyed. And instead of being blamed on central banks, the majority of people around the world will claim it was the fault of Trump.

With a historically sufficient excuse for the end of dollar dominance in hand, the elites can move forward with their great global reset, which includes the replacement of the dollar with the IMF’s special drawing rights as the go-to reserve currency mechanism. The SDR basket is an essential bridge in the formation of a single global monetary authority and a true single global currency.

I believe that the Fed will not only continue hiking interest rates throughout 2017, but that some of these rate hikes may be LARGER than many people expect (50 basis points or more). I believe this will be designed to foster extreme tensions between the executive branch and the central bank.

A few months ago I would have said that Trump may or “may not” be aware of this dynamic and the potential that he is a scapegoat. Now that I have seen Trump’s cabinet picks which include neo-con and Goldman Sachs alumni, I have little doubt that he is fully cognizant of the plan.  I will be writing more on the issue of Trump as a “Trojan horse” in my next article.  In the meantime I would point out that all of the elements of psychological support for stock markets will also disappear in the face of a Trump verses establishment narrative.

All those leftist media outlets cherry picking economic stats and telling half truths to support the recovery lie now have no reason to continue cheerleading for the economy. I expect that propaganda rags like Reuters and Bloomberg will quickly change their tune with Trump in the Oval Office and begin a consistent chorus of negative financial data. Not only will the Fed remove all support from the system, but the mainstream media will be pounding day traders with the kind of “doom and gloom” headlines that they have been criticizing us for over the years.

Make no mistake, the election of Trump may have some in the liberty movement ready to pack up their preps and forget about any national crisis in their lifetimes, but the truth is, vigilance is needed now more than ever. I said it before the election and I’ll say it today  do not get comfortable; the times are about to get even more interesting.

The War on Cash and Then on Gold…

December 21st, 2016 by

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2016/12/clive-maund/war-cash-gold/

5-30-2016 12-01-46 PMBy Clive Maund

The global financial system continues to groan under the strain of the accumulated weight of trillions of dollars worth of debt and derivatives, which have built up to even more fantastic levels than those that precipitated the near collapse in 2008, thanks to the policy of solving liquidity problems near-term by creating even more debt and derivatives, Quantitative Easing being the most obvious example. However, while the majority consider the situation to be hopeless, there is actually “light at the end of the tunnel”.

If only a way could be found to freely tap the funds of savers at will, by imposing duties or taxes on bank accounts, with the additional option to appropriate savers’ funds on occasion as required, then the systemic liquidity problems will be solved. Banks need never fear solvency problems again and they can simply fall back on the account holder’s funds to meet any obligations. There are in fact already names for these restorative operations, they are called “bails-ins” and NIRP (Negative Interest Rate Policy).

Current Prices on popular forms of Gold Bullion

Unfortunately, any immediate attempt to implement bail-ins and NIRP on a large scale will backfire because, faced with being charged significant sums for the privilege of keeping their money in the bank, savers will simply withdraw their funds and keep them as cash at home, or maybe even invest in Precious Metals. It is, therefore, imperative that these escape routes are blocked off.

We have already seen an interesting “trial balloon” in recent years with respect to bails-ins. This was the celebrated Cyprus bail-in. When Cyprus banks were about to go belly-up a couple of years ago, they saved themselves by raiding customers’ accounts, which is more palatably described as a bail-in. The reaction of global savers to this action by the Cyprus banks was one of horror and revulsion and they made it plain that they weren’t going to stand idly by and watch banks plunder their funds – they would withdraw them as cash if any such threat should appear over the horizon. This reaction set the great minds of the banking community to work on how to stop savers withdrawing their funds in the face of these threats. The solution was and is simple – abolish cash! Thus we have seen a production of the 500 Euro note in the European Union stopped so that it gradually fades into oblivion and in the US Larry Summers has proposed the abolition of the $100 bill, which accounts for most of the money in circulation. The idea is to implement the policy for a global cashless society in stages – if it is done all at once the public will revolt. They need to be trained to go cashless and this will take time. By starting with high denomination notes you actually remove most of the currency in circulation at a stroke, but the masses can still buy cigarettes and candy bars at street corner shops with small denomination notes. The excuse given for the removal of the notes is that it impedes organized crime and money laundering etc, which is, of course, a convenient smokescreen.

With plans for a cashless society already well advanced, it was time for another trial balloon. India was selected. Anxious to demonstrate his credentials as a card-carrying member of the New World Order, and oblivious to the effects of the operation on the hapless citizenry of his country, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi went ahead with the withdrawal of two key banknotes. This caused chaos across the country, especially in rural areas where many don’t even have bank accounts, and citizens often had to travel long distances to get to banks to change these banknotes, only to find that the banks had in many cases run out of smaller denomination notes. Despite the economic dislocation and suffering experienced by the masses including some deaths, the experiment was deemed a success by the elites, as they had gotten away with it, with the cowed and impotent citizenry accepting it as their fate – what they should have done is rioted until the measures were withdrawn. Globally, the plan, therefore, is to keep chipping away at it until the cashless society is universally accepted, the only cash likely to remain being small denomination notes and coins suitable for paying street vendors and bus fares etc.

The arrival of the cashless society will not only mean that banks will be able to avail themselves of citizens funds as and when they please, it will also mean that the banks, and by extension, the government, will know all your financial business, what you do and when. Tax evasion will be impossible, and eventually, you will not be able to do business with companies that are not approved of by the government.

With the escape route into cash set to be blocked off, that leaves Precious Metals, gold, and silver, gold as a store of value and silver more for everyday transactions. Gold bugs and others, especially survivalists, and many wealthy investors see this as THE way to escape the rapacious grasp of the banks and the government and are busy squirreling away fortunes into overseas vaults etc. However, it is unfortunate that if you can think of this, so can they, so can the banks and the government, and they have plans for you and your gold hoard. Remember, their power is absolute, no-one dare stands up to them and they can and will do what they like, changing the law as required to suit their purposes. They are much more powerful than President Roosevelt, who in the 1930’s, in an act of naked piracy, seized the gold of US citizens, and furthermore their modern powers of surveillance and tracking are much more sophisticated than anything back then. Thus we can expect governments to declare the holding of gold (and silver) to be illegal and to demand forfeiture to the government in exchange for nominal compensation. Vendors of gold bars will be closed down and mints will not sell retail gold. Unlike the 1930’s this be a be a coordinated global campaign, a kind of witch hunt if you will, and there will be no corner of the world that is safe, just as they finished off private banking in Switzerland. Those buying gold and stashing it in various pseudo-anonymous remote foreign depositories will be in for a nasty shock as these vaults are arbitrarily raided and plundered, with the local and international law being changed as required to facilitate this. Nothing will stand in the way of a system that will not permit alternatives.

We will end on a positive note. No-one really wants to see a complete systemic collapse, which is what will happen if banks don’t avail themselves of savers funds quite soon, least of all the controlling elites at the top of the pyramid who live lives of scarcely imaginable opulence and luxury and wish to continue doing so. Such a collapse would lead to bank accounts being frozen, and a breakdown of the distribution system leading to anarchy and hand-to-hand fighting in the streets for essentials like food and gasoline. Should we not, therefore, be grateful to our illustrious masters who have ingeniously thought of a way out of the current impasse, by availing themselves of your funds as required? Is it not a small price to pay to go cashless and forego your privacy and independence, and forfeit your gold and silver on demand?

It is tempting to blame others for all this, especially those in control of the system, but don’t forget that for decades you voted for people who routinely lied before elections, and told you what you wanted to hear, that you could have it all right now and to hell with the future – well, that future has now arrived.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

Ok, so the media, including we who are attempting to warn everyone is painting a scary picture of an inconceivable catastrophe. NOW WHAT? Do we shit or go blind when there is no way to buy products to sustain our lives? May I suggest that IF we lose all ways to barter because we do not have the cash on hand to buy some of everything in sight, like a truck load of food, gas, guns, ammo, generators, shovels, hammers and nails, and a host of other things we will need; that can only mean one thing! We’re shit out of luck, and pretty pissed off at the government. So, while supplies are still available, buy yourself a reloading press and all the assorted tools, primers, powder, case’s, and bullets needed to make your own ammo, because if things are that bad, ammo is going to be the next currency. Need I remind you to buy weapons also, because every swinging dick in America is going to want what you have and not have anything to buy it with. Your elected representatives will be underground and protected by the military, so forget about shooting them. Your friends and family may or may not be trustworthy also! Now don’t you feel better knowing what to do when the crap hits the fan? THE END!

Trump Can’t Stop It: “The People Who Have Been Orchestrating The Collapse Have Not Halted Their Agendas”

December 20th, 2016 by

http://www.dcclothesline.com/2016/12/18/trump-cant-stop-it-the-people-who-have-been-orchestrating-the-collapse-have-not-halted-their-agendas/

by Jeremiah Johnson

There are some very somber, pragmatic articles circulating as of late that present a true snapshot of the difficulties the U.S. faces after eight years of Obama.  One of these articles is a well-written, thought-provoking piece by Susan Duclos of All News Pipeline, entitled We are Facing the Most Important Battle of All at the Most Dangerous Moment in History.  The piece shows what we’re up against and cautions all of us not to rely on the “magic fix” of Trump’s victory to side rail our preparations and vigilance.  Here is an excerpt from that excellent article:

“We at ANP are noting a lot of optimism from investors with stocks soaring,  to economic confidence reaching new highs, to small business owners, to household spending and even prepping has hit a “multi-year low,” all the articles I am reading are crediting the election of Donald Trump as reason for all this optimism, but as much as I hate to rain on everyone’s parade… now is the most dangerous time in history, not a time to assume just because one man was elected, all the wrongs will be made right, the failing economy will automatically just magically fix itself.”

Susan deserves special thanks, as well as Stefan Stanford; their coverage of developments has been spot-on and unwavering in their attempts to present objective and factual reporting, while warning readers akin to modern Paul Reveres that the battle is not over by any means.  In reality, it is not even close to being over.  I recommend reading the article’s section toward the beginning under “THE ECONOMY IS COLLAPSING” paragraph introduction for statistics on where we stand economically at this moment in time.

There was a piece released by Michael Snyder of the Economic Collapse Blog on December 8th entitled It is Like a Nuclear Bomb Went Off in the Prepping Community, another timely piece that warns of the complacency settling in now that most conservatives believe that Trump will be the vaccine for the country’s illnesses.  Here is an excerpt from that article:

Not since the election of Ronald Reagan has the mood on the right shifted in such a positive direction so suddenly.  But now that everyone is feeling so good about things, very few people still seem interested in prepping for hard times ahead.  In fact, it is like a nuclear bomb went off in the prepping community.

As the publisher of The Economic Collapse Blog, I am in contact with a lot of people that serve the prepping community.  And I can tell you that sales of emergency food and supplies have been crashing since Donald Trump’s surprise election victory.  Firms that help people relocate outside of the United States have seen business really dry up, and I know of one high profile individual that has actually decided to move back to the country after Trump’s victory.

It is almost as if the apocalypse has been canceled and the future history of the U.S. has been rewritten with a much happier ending.  Personally, I am quite alarmed that so many people are suddenly letting their guard down, but it is difficult to convince people to be vigilant when things seem to be going so well.

Mike’s sentiments are completely accurate and I agree with them wholeheartedly.  The people who have been orchestrating the collapses of national governments (Ukraine, Libya, and Egypt, for example) and have been funding the “fundamental transformations” of other areas, (such as Syria and Yemen) have not halted their agendas.  And, why would they?  There are hundreds of billions of dollars at stake that have already been invested in the planned collapse of all the nations of the world and the absorption into one global governance split (as written in earlier articles) into three areas to promote “homogeneity” and management along lines of ethnic, cultural, and genotypical similarities.

It appears as if the U.S. may take a little bit longer than expected, now.  “May” is still the deciding word.  Remember: the 9-11 attack was what enabled Bush Jr. to propel the U.S. toward a police state.  The John Warner Defense Act was signed in 2006, and the Patriot Act did not originate under Obama, but under Bush.  You can see the “Overton Window” principle and the resultant paradigm shifts as you observe each successive election and term of office…the “back and forth” from (supposedly) Conservative to Liberal administrations.  Reagan (8 years) and Bush Sr. (4 years, when the decline began), followed by Clinton (8 years) and then Bush Jr. (8 years) and then Obama (8 years) …and here’s Trump for at least 4 years.

The Republican administrations gave a few “small pushes” toward globalism, while the Democrats gave “huge pushes” that moved the line of what the public could tolerate further along the path… alternatingly scaling back with the Republican administration that followed.

The globalists need the illusion of the two-party system to enable a “reprieve” in the minds of the people with the rise of a Bush or a Trump…but the reprieve is merely an illusion.

If these Marxist traitors forced their agenda on the people all at once, there would have been a revolution in its inception.  They alternate: destroy the society and the culture to the max under a Democrat administration, and then “scale back” a bit under a Republican administration while still nipping away at the edges with an “Act” here, or a “piece of legislation” there.

The proof to this pudding is that Trump will not completely clean house and redo the existing political, economic, and social order when he takes office.  Already he has reneged on campaign pledges to repeal Obamacare and build a complete physical barrier between Mexico and the U.S.  He is not going to deport the illegal aliens.  He is going to emplace several people in his cabinet who are known to be either in the pockets of the corporations (such as Mnuchin), or have stances that diametrically oppose his own campaign pledges (such as his selection for White House Chief of Staff who supports amnesty for illegal aliens).

It may take them a little longer, but Trump will not be able to undo the current course toward the collapse of the United States and the relinquishing of national sovereignty in favor of global governance.  He may be (wittingly or unwittingly) helping it along.  I believe the former will be the case.  Remember Bush Jr.’s departure from the White House?  He gave Obama a manila file folder, marked “From 43 to 44,” in reference to their sequential order as presidents.  Wonder what was in it, don’t you?

Wonder what Obama will be handing “Number 45” before (and if) he departs?  There should be no doubt in anyone’s mind that there is an agenda that Trump will follow that is larger than his own.  The global manipulators behind the scenes have handed the American people their “champion” and a slight reprieve to avoid a revolution that would have been far from bloodless.  We’re still in a mess overall, and Trump will either knuckle under to their demands in the manner of the aforementioned pattern of their choosing, or they’ll remove him from office.  Meanwhile it is important not to lose focus, to stay aware, and continue to prepare for the eventual collapse, regardless of what the majority does or doesn’t do in denial of the true situation.

The Radical Jesus: How Would the Baby in a Manger Fare in the American Police State?

By John W. Whitehead

“Jesus is too much for us. The church’s later treatment of the gospels is one long effort to rescue Jesus from ‘extremism.’”—author Gary Wills, What Jesus Meant

Jesus was good. He was caring. He had powerful, profound things to say—things that would change how we view people, alter government policies and change the world. He went around helping the poor. And when confronted by those in authority, he did not shy away from speaking truth to power.

Jesus was born into a police state not unlike the growing menace of the American police state.

But what if Jesus, the revered preacher, teacher, radical and prophet, had been born 2,000 years later? How would Jesus’ life have been different had he be born and raised in the American police state?

Consider the following if you will.

The Christmas narrative of a baby born in a manger is a familiar one.

The Roman Empire, a police state in its own right, had ordered that a census be conducted. Joseph and his pregnant wife Mary traveled to the little town of Bethlehem so that they could be counted. There being no room for the couple at any of the inns, they stayed in a stable, where Mary gave birth to a baby boy. That boy, Jesus, would grow up to undermine the political and religious establishment of his day and was eventually crucified as a warning to others not to challenge the powers-that-be.

However, had Jesus been born in the year 2016…

Rather than traveling to Bethlehem for a census, Jesus’ parents would have been mailed a 28-page American Community Survey, a mandatory government questionnaire documenting their habits, household inhabitants, work schedule, how many toilets are in your home, etc. The penalty for not responding to this invasive survey can go as high as $5,000.

Instead of being born in a manger, Jesus might have been born at home. Rather than wise men and shepherds bringing gifts, however, the baby’s parents might have been forced to ward off visits from state social workers intent on prosecuting them for the home birth. One couple in Washington had all three of their children removed after social services objected to the two youngest being birthed in an unassisted home delivery.

Had Jesus been born in a hospital, his blood and DNA would have been taken without his parents’ knowledge or consent and entered into a government biobank. While most states require newborn screening, a growing number are holding onto that genetic material long-term for research, analysis and purposes yet to be disclosed.

Then again, had his parents been undocumented immigrants, they and the newborn baby might have been shuffled to a profit-driven, private prison for illegals where they would have been turned into cheap, forced laborers for corporations such as Starbucks, Microsoft, Walmart, and Victoria’s Secret. There’s quite a lot of money to be made from imprisoning immigrants, especially when taxpayers are footing the bill.

From the time he was old enough to attend school, Jesus would have been drilled in lessons of compliance and obedience to government authorities, while learning little about his own rights. Had he been daring enough to speak out against injustice while still in school, he might have found himself tasered or beaten by a school resource officer, or at the very least suspended under a school zero tolerance policy that punishes minor infractions as harshly as more serious offenses.

Had Jesus disappeared for a few hours let alone days as a 12-year-old, his parents would have been handcuffed, arrested and jailed for parental negligence. Parents across the country have been arrested for far less “offenses” such as allowing their children to walk to the park unaccompanied and play in their front yard alone.

Rather than disappearing from the history books from his early teenaged years to adulthood, Jesus’ movements and personal data—including his biometrics—would have been documented, tracked, monitored and filed by governmental agencies and corporations such as Google and Microsoft. Incredibly, 95 percent of school districts share their student records with outside companies that are contracted to manage data, which they then use to market products to us.

From the moment Jesus made contact with an “extremist” such as John the Baptist, he would have been flagged for surveillance because of his association with a prominent activist, peaceful or otherwise. Since 9/11, the FBI has actively carried out surveillance and intelligence-gathering operations on a broad range of activist groups, from animal rights groups to poverty relief, anti-war groups and other such “extremist” organizations.

Jesus’ anti-government views would certainly have resulted in him being labeled a domestic extremist. Law enforcement agencies are being trained to recognize signs of anti-government extremism during interactions with potential extremists who share a “belief in the approaching collapse of government and the economy.”

While traveling from community to community, Jesus might have been reported to government officials as “suspicious” under the Department of Homeland Security’s “See Something, Say Something” programs. Many states, including New York, are providing individuals with phone apps that allow them to take photos of suspicious activity and report them to their state Intelligence Center, where they are reviewed and forwarded to law-enforcement agencies.

Rather than being permitted to live as an itinerant preacher, Jesus might have found himself threatened with arrest for daring to live off the grid or sleeping outside. In fact, the number of cities that have resorted to criminalizing homelessness by enacting bans on camping, sleeping in vehicles, loitering and begging in public has doubled.

Viewed by the government as a dissident and potential threat to its power, Jesus might have had government spies planted among his followers to monitor his activities, report on his movements, and entrap him into breaking the law. Such Judases today—called informants—often receive hefty paychecks from the government for their treachery.

Had Jesus used the internet to spread his radical message of peace and love, he might have found his blog posts infiltrated by government spies attempting to undermine his integrity, discredit him or plant incriminating information online about him. At the very least, he would have had his website hacked and his email monitored.

Had Jesus attempted to feed large crowds of people, he would have been threatened with arrest for violating various ordinances prohibiting the distribution of food without a permit. Florida officials arrested a 90-year-old man for feeding the homeless on a public beach.

Had Jesus spoken publicly about his 40 days in the desert and his conversations with the devil, he might have been labeled mentally ill and detained in a psych ward against his will for a mandatory involuntary psychiatric hold with no access to family or friends. One Virginia man was arrested, strip searched, handcuffed to a table, diagnosed as having “mental health issues,” and locked up for five days in a mental health facility against his will apparently because of his slurred speech and unsteady gait.

Without a doubt, had Jesus attempted to overturn tables in a Jewish temple and rage against the materialism of religious institutions, he would have been charged with a hate crime. Currently, 45 states and the federal government have hate crime laws on the books.

Rather than having armed guards capture Jesus in a public place, government officials would have ordered that a SWAT team carry out a raid on Jesus and his followers, complete with flash-bang grenades and military equipment. There are upwards of 80,000 such SWAT team raids carried out every year, many on unsuspecting Americans who have no defense against such government invaders, even when such raids are done in error.

Instead of being detained by Roman guards, Jesus might have been made to “disappear” into a secret government detention center where he would have been interrogated, tortured and subjected to all manner of abuses. Chicago police “disappeared” more than 7,000 people into a secret, off-the-books interrogation warehouse at Homan Square.

Charged with treason and labeled a domestic terrorist, Jesus might have been sentenced to a life-term in a private prison where he would have been forced to provide slave labor for corporations or put to death by way of the electric chair or a lethal mixture of drugs.

Either way, whether Jesus had been born in our modern age or his own, he still would have died at the hands of a police state. Indeed, as I show in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, what Jesus and other activists suffered in their day is happening to those who choose to speak truth to power today.

Thus, we are faced with a choice: remain silent in the face of evil or speak out against it. As Nobel Prize-winning author Albert Camus proclaimed:

Perhaps we cannot prevent this world from being a world in which children are tortured. But we can reduce the number of tortured children. And if you don’t help us, who else in the world can help us do this?

The Only Adult in the Room Or Stop Being Stupid Part 4

December 17th, 2016 by

Have you listened to the arguments and accusations about purported Russian spying and hacking –supposedly to interfere in the US elections?

I have taught school all my life.  Even as a teenager, I taught Church School.

I’ve taught grade school, middle school and high school students and as a TA in college I have taught adults, too.  One of the things that teaching forces you to do, is to learn.

Ironically, you can’t teach anyone else anything without learning things yourself. You are just learning different things than your students.

They are learning to spell or to write coherent sentences or unravel the meaning of statistics or discovering the evidence of electrical current or learning the names of stars.

You are learning how people think and how they react to new information and being tasked to answer questions nobody in your text books bothered to answer.

So, one of the things I have learned and which any decent teacher learns very early on, is to discern when a student is “flibberty-gibbeting”—- trying to escape perdition (or at least a red ink pen) by arguing a non-related non-argument in answer to an actual fact or problem.

The actual fact or problem is that John Podesta’s emails are evidence of filthy crimes and cheating and nastiness beyond belief.

And all Hillary and Obummer want to whine about is how they got caught.

Oh, it was so unfair that criminals and psychopaths and child molesters were exposed—-oh, those terrible, sneaky Russians!  Those devious Republicans! Oh, my! Oh, my!

(Don’t pay attention to the evils — the hideous, immoral, venal, corruptions–exposed by the leaked emails.)

(Don’t screw together your logic circuits and say— who cares how this filth was discovered or who discovered it?)

What’s important is that the emails are true, that leading members of the Democratic Party are criminals and pedophiles and deserve to be rounded up and prosecuted.

What they are trying to do now, unsuccessfully, is to argue a technicality in the court of public opinion.

They are trying to say that how they were caught or the identity of those who caught them, is more important than the crimes and acts of immorality they have committed.

And that simply isn’t true.

They are trying to say, without any credible proof, that the Russians were trying to undermine Hillary.

Looks to me like Hillary undermined herself, by participating in this nastiness as a major player and by hiring John Podesta—-failures of both morality and judgment that she can blame on nobody else in the world.  Not even Bill.

As for the “Democratic Process” which the Democrats constantly invoke, except for now, when it yielded a result they don’t like—- let me remind everyone on the planet that a democracy requires a mandate of 51% of the population and that all this drama is being fomented by less than 30% of the population on average counting both sides, Republican and Democrat.

Let me also remind everyone that this vaunted presidential election is a private corporate election, not intrinsically different, better, or more important than the election of a new CEO to lead Dairy Queen, International.  It has nothing to do with the actual government owed to this country.

When you put all the hype and provably false assumptions aside, there’s nothing here to get excited about.  It’s just Situation Normal for the United States which is a filthy little cesspool on our shores, being mismanaged as it always has been by European powers, and which is no more “American” than a goat is a sheep.

So stop being stupid.  Be glad that someone, somewhere, made the effort to begin draining the swamp, sucking up the septic, and cleaning up the vomit. It had to be done.

Whether we like it or not, a great deal more of similarly dirty and thankless work has to be done.  The entire governmental structure of the planet needs to be flushed and composted and turned into something worthwhile. Who knows?  Maybe when it is all said and done, we can grow a rose bush?

The True History of the Income Tax and IRS Again

December 16th, 2016 by

http://www.paulstramer.net/2016/12/the-true-history-of-income-tax-and-irs.html

12-16-2016-11-04-54-amBy Anna Von Reitz

The first income tax was called “Peter’s Pence” and it was collected along with a Confession of Sins on April 15 every year in both England and France beginning in the early 1100’s as an extra mandatory “offering” to pay for the cost of the Crusades.

Sound familiar?  A tax on income….. a confession (filing)….due on April 15….to support the cost of a war?

Fast forward to the “American Civil War” — a tax on income fails the constitutional test, but is imposed on all “territorial citizens”, that is, federal civilian and military employees and those born in the “territories and possessions” of the United States.

American state nationals are protected under the provisions of the Constitution(s) but federal citizens are not. Federal citizens can be taxed to the moon and back, and imposed upon and even killed by the whim of Congress acting as a plenary oligarchy operating a foreign municipal city state government.

Look at Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 and read Justice Harlan’s dissenting opinion in Downes v. Bidwell and the rest of the Insular Tariff cases.  You will see what has gone on here, how and why.  You won’t like it a bit, but you will catch on.

The first modern “Internal Revenue Service”—then as now– was operated entirely in international jurisdiction by privateers running first out of Barbados and later removed to Puerto Rico.  The personnel responsible for collecting the tax are Merchant Marine Warrant Officers called “Withholding Agents”. The personnel responsible for oversight of all these Merchant Mariners and federal corporation operators are Internal Revenue Agents.

Abraham Lincoln fundraised for the war effort by selling “1040 Bonds”—- so called because these bonds mature in either 10 or 40 years.  The revenue realized by the sale is used to pay off war debt.

Today, the funds from the yearly collection of “1040 Forms” results in the issuance of more bonds based on the labor and assets of the people, but with the federal government and its “federated state” franchises being the beneficiaries.

Up to World War II, most Americans were not subject to the “federal income tax” at all—- only federal civilian employees, military personnel, African Americans, people born in Puerto Rico, Guam, etc., federal welfare recipients and federal dependents (wards of state such as political asylum seekers), and actual corporations that held their charters under United States auspices were required to file as a condition of their employment or else their receipt of “benefits” from the Public Charitable Trust set up for the relief of poor black plantation slaves who were displaced by the Civil War or the “privilege” of a public charter to do “indemnified” business.

Then, as we entered WWII, Congress passed The Victory Tax—- allowing non-citizens, that is, people who were not federal employees, not political asylum seekers, not African American, etc., to “voluntarily” pay the federal income tax as a patriotic gesture in support of the war effort.

Millions of patriotic American state nationals signed up and gave an average of two bucks extra a month to the government via direct contribution at their workplace, collected by their employers.

There was no specific end date attached to The Victory Tax, because there was no specific known date for the end of the war, so the tax was supposed to end with the “end of hostilities”——meaning in real life, it should have no longer been collected from American state nationals as of August, 1945.

Instead, the Federales kept right on collecting—-and enforcing the collection— of federal income taxes from people who were never federal citizens and who never knowingly or voluntarily received any charter to operate as federal corporations, and who should have been released from any obligation upon the Japanese surrender.

This is why generations of Internal Revenue Commissioners and other IRS higher-up employees have stood in front of the TV cameras and described this as a “voluntary tax”.

You were misinformed about the nature of the tax and you were misinformed and told that it applied to you, when in fact it never did.

The word “income” itself by definition is a corporate accrual.  Your wages, salaries, tips, and other earnings are private property.

So what’s going on here?

A gigantic, vicious, self-interested  fraud.

The fact is that by far the vast majority of Americans are naturally exempt from the federal income tax, and if you are, you can “revoke your election to pay”.

If you are an average American state national who is self-employed or employed in the private sector, you never really owed the federal income tax in the first place— that is, if you were born on the land of one of the sovereign states and are not voluntarily choosing to operate as a federal corporation named after YOUR NAME, not a federal employee (United States Citizen), not a federal dependent (citizen of the United States), not African American, not born in Puerto Rico, etc. — you are paying a tax you don’t owe, one that never applied to you, and one that can’t be forced upon you if you correctly object.

As you can see, there are people and there are organizations (actual corporations) that do owe the federal income tax, but there are also millions upon millions of people and organizations who do not and who never did owe any federal income tax who are being coerced and extorted out of large portions of the value of their labor under false pretenses and criminally self-interested legal presumptions.

The last time I looked, the “revocation” clause was located at Section 6013 of the Internal Revenue Code, Title 26.   It gets moved around a bit, thanks to shuffling of pages and sections, but it remains as it has to remain as remedy for the crime being perpetuated against the people of this country.

You are free to send Notice to the Commissioner(s) of Revenue declaring your decision to “revoke my election to pay federal income taxes” at any time, and once you do this, you can NEVER pay federal income taxes again—by law.

This will, I know, be a great disappointment to many…..

However, there are a couple of caveats yet to be observed.

Your letter of revocation must be proven to be received, so you have to  keep your mailing receipt and a copy of your letter and a return receipt, if at all possible, to prove that you sent your correspondence and that it was received by the (now three) IRS, Internal Revenue Service, and INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE Commissioners.

You have to remember that the federal fiscal year ends June 30 and begins July 1 of each year and that “tax years” lag behind normal calendar years.  Thus, if you wish to stop paying taxes effective with the federal tax year of 2012, you would make your revocation of election effective July 1, 2011—-the prior year.

And you should be at some pains to explain that you “made a mistake” and that you were never actually a volunteer Warrant Officer in the Merchant Marine Service and were confused about what a “Withholding Agent” was when you signed your prior 1040 forms.

Now that you know, you won’t be confused again….

The submission of a 1040, 1065, or any other “federal” tax form creates the presumption that you are either a “United States Citizen” (employee) or “citizen of the United States” (slave) or operator of a federal corporation (YOUR NAME) or an actual business corporation with a federal charter.  This presumption can be rebutted with a “revocation of election to pay” or simply never filing any federal tax forms to begin with and standing your ground as a private American state national—so long as you are not naturally a member of one of those groups who are actually required to pay federal income taxes.

If you have already made the mistake of filing paperwork as a “Withholding Agent”, the act of doing so creates a “novation contract” which is a repetition of performance contract—–another legal presumption that you are in fact a volunteer Warrant Officer in the Merchant Marines and that you will be filing tax forms again the next year.

This is what gives rise to “Failure to File” charges.

However, now that you have admitted your mistake and that you know what a Withholding Agent is —and know that you are not a Withholding Agent—it would be illegal inducement to perjure yourself to require you to file anything saying that you were voluntarily acting in that capacity, wouldn’t it?

Yes, indeed.  It would.

One of the most curious facts is that if you file a 1040 or other form and you make any mistakes at all—- on purpose or not — you can be held accountable for a felony and up to five years in prison and all sorts of fines.  But if you never file anything at all, the most you can be charged with is a misdemeanor and up to a year in jail.

This is because when you claim under penalty of perjury to be a federal officer —- a Withholding Agent— and fail to perform your duty, it is a serious crime under martial law.  But when you claim no such official capacity and are merely presumed to be a “federal citizen” in the first place, the court has nothing but a legal presumption backing its actions against you and no actual evidence provided by your wet-ink signature on a 1040 or other filing.

So bust their presumptions. If you aren’t naturally subject to federal territorial or municipal jurisdiction, nor overjoyed with the “service” you are receiving from the “federal government” corporation and its federated “states of states”—– claim your exemption. Revoke your election to pay federal income taxes.  Stop paying the Beast that is offering to eat you.

It is your right and at some point, your responsibility, to see to it that your money is funding the actual government that is owed to you and not a fly-by-night foreign subcontractor making false claims against you and fleecing you blind.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

It has become clear to me after numerous conversations with people I was trying to help, the average person is so intimidated by the I.R.S. they will not even consider standing up to them. Ditto, with just about any branch of the corporate government, and look at what the E.P.A. is doing to millions of property owners. Americans simply do not have the courage to defend their self, or their family. What a bunch of pussies! Will the real Americans please stand up!

Incrementalism, Regionalism and Revolution

by Kathleen Marquardt

This is an article I wrote in 2012, and I am running it now in hopes that those who think Trump is our knight in shining armor and is going to wipe out all the evil/anti-western culture things that are now in our government policies. Even if he tries, he can’t. These policies are embedded in every level of local, state, and federal government. We can hope that he is able to steer the ship of state away from the far left it has been going in. But, we the people will still have the job of getting these policies out of our local governments, some of which have been part of our laws and regulations for over 100 years.

revolution – (rev-loo-sh-n)
1 a forcible overthrow of a government or social order in favor of a new system.
( the Revolution) the American Revolution.
(often the Revolution) (in Marxism) the class struggle that is expected to lead to political change and the triumph of communism.

How many times have you heard someone say, “They (government) will only get my guns over my dead body.” Or, “Don’t worry, we patriots are locked, loaded and ready; we will save the Republic,”? Or “I HAVE MY GUNS AND AMMO, WHEN THEY COME TO GET THEM WITHOUT “CAUSE” THEY SHOULD PACK A LUNCH AND BRING BODY BAGS!” I spent some time wondering when all this was going to be sparked; what was going to be the incident that would bring about an uprising of the people.

To all those who carry that sentiment in their hearts, sorry, you are way too late. The globalists have been taking away our rights and conditioning us for slavery over the past hundred years. They bypassed the revolution and have co-opted us with barely a whimper. The sparks are many but way too small to be noticed by the naked eye.

Oh, there are plenty who can see exactly what is going on and can see who are the perpetrators of this take-over of America. But most of America is just wondering what hit them. If it could be explained in sound bites, we might get somewhere but the answer is not terribly complicated — just long.

So how did we get co-opted, and how did it start so long ago? I won’t go to the beginning. To know the early history of the American road to serfdom, read Fabian Freeway: High Road to Socialism in the U.S.A. 1884-1966 by Rose L. Martin (Jan 1, 1966), or The Creature from Jekyll Island : A Second Look at the Federal Reserve by G. Edward Griffin (May 1998). There are many more books and also videos that expose the early foundations of our downfall.

The result of Fabian planning, or better put, scheming is something called Communitarianism. This is the version of Collectivism or Socialism that is being foisted on the entire world. A simple definition is that the rights of the individual must be balanced against the interests of society as a whole. Where have we heard that before? We have been pummeled with the social justice notion of promoting the common good over that of the individual; that we must think of the community, the earth, our global neighbors, everything but us and our individual freedoms and rights.

But as Tibor Machan pointed out in 1991, “Communitarians wish to place community and individual on a collision course, saying there is some kind of balance that is needed between the rights of individuals and the rights of the community. But if we consider that “community” means simply a lot of other people than oneself, this makes for majority rule. If we consider that such other people usually leave it to a few who will speak out in their behalf, we will have a few community representatives dictating to the rest of us what we must do and what our “responsibilities” are. Communitarians are interested in diminishing the decision-making power of people as individuals. Yet, it is just such power that is required for a morally responsible life, including one that does full justice to our moral responsibilities to others.” [Link]

But that presupposes those in power care whether their form of governance promotes responsible behavior. The globalists or Communitarians are saddled with having a desired outcome (the reduction of 85% of the people on the planet, making slaves of the rest and taking all the land in the world for themselves {nothing about responsible behavior}) but, because that outcome might enrage most of the populace, they must disguise their desired end in touchy, feel-good doublespeak so that the people will not only accept it but use it as their guiding light. So far they have achieved their aims far better and easier than one would hope by using the environment as the club to beat us with: if you don’t quit using air conditioning . . . if you don’t quit building fences . . . if you don’t quit making dust you are going to destroy the earth. (At least they have quit with the global warming scare for the most part.)

Regionalism is the means to complete the final stage of taking our private property rights from us and firmly embed us in Communitarianism. It started in the 60s with Urban Renewal and Workable Programs for Community Development. Under Urban Renewal there were two types: redevelopment and rehabilitation. In redevelopment, “the land and its title move from the owner to the local public urban renewal agency (LPA). Formerly taxed, the property becomes tax-exempt and ceases to bear a share of the city expenses. The owner is out. The LPA may: (a) sell the land to a redeveloper, (b) retain the land for parks, streets, and other public uses or lease it out.”[1]

Under urban renewal rehabilitation, “the land title remains with the owner (theoretically). Actually, due to urban renewal punishment, most property owners are forced out, losing their land and title. The “fix up” idea is put in motion under urban renewal conservation. Forced to comply, homeowners may either choose to knuckle under to years of debt and interest, or they may sell cut-rate and move out.”[2]

But as Jo Hindman pointed out in her book, “planning assistance from the Federal government has been readily available to local communities which subscribe to urban renewal’s . . . city razing-rebuilding” since the National Housing Act of 1949 was passed. That was over 50 years ago and it wasn’t the first means of achieving their evil ends.

Today the globalists are using the very same means, sometimes calling them by different names — Wildlands Project, Livable Communities — but often using the same ones, i.e., urban renewal, preservation. We are to live in Smart Growth Communities, the designs of which were originally designed by Communists for East Germany. At least one-half of our own country will be “off limits” to humans; of the rest much will be wildlife corridors and buffer zones. We will be relegated to human settlement areas — zoos for humans as the wildlife roams free.

We rail about “them” and want to “throw the bums out” of office. But who are the bums? The Democrats? Yes. And the Republicans. As Dr. John Coleman says, “In every election since Calvin Coolidge ran for the White House, the Committee of 300* has been able to plant its agents in key positions in government so that it matters not who gets the White House post. For example, every one of the candidates who ran for the Presidency, from the time of Franklin D. Roosevelt, were selected, some like to call it (sic) ‘hand-picked,’ by the Council on Foreign Relations. . ..”[3]

We, America and the UN, are fighting wars around the world. None of them legitimate; all of them for the same reason as taking our property — to bring us to a One World Government. After WW1, the winning powers rearranged much of the Middle East and Eastern Europe, putting rival sects and peoples together and telling them to form governments and get on with life. For a long time I wondered why intelligent people would do this; why Sunnis and Shiites and Kurds would be expected to live in peaceful coexistence for ever after. Then I realized that it must be by design; the globalists WERE too intelligent to do it by mistake. The globalists want strife and turmoil in those areas. They want to be able to use the excuse of instilling Democracy to go in and make war. Read 1984 again to comprehend their thinking.

All of this is being done slowly, like water on a rock, wearing away at our property rights and our freedom. They offer no scenarios where it would be understandable to “lock and load.” They are far too sinister and devious. Many of the same people who say “over my dead body,” have fallen for the ruses the globalist use to relieve them of their land. They don’t realize when the key moment is happening and they are succumbing to the oily talk of facilitators and their shills, the bureaucrats and the Non-governmental Organizations working hand in hand to relieve us of everything we hold dear — our lives and liberty.

Our values, attitudes and beliefs are being brainwashed out of our children in school, on TV, in the playground. The belief system that made America, call it Western Culture or Judeo-Christianity, is anathema to those who would rule the world. In the Declaration of Interdependence (a nice play on words?) it is stated:

Moral codes that prevail today are often rooted in ancient parochial and tribal loyalties. Absolutistic moral systems emerged from the values of the rural and nomadic societies of the past; they provide little useful guidance for our post-modern world. We need to draw on the moral wisdom of the past, but we also need to develop a new, revisionary ethic that employs rational methods of inquiry appropriate to the world of the future, an ethic that respects the dignity and freedom of each person but that also expresses a larger concern for humanity as a whole. The basic imperative face by humankind today is the need to develop a world-wide ethical awareness of our mutual interdependence and a willingness to modify time-hardened attitudes that prevent such consensus.

Yes, we are in need of a new moral code, according to the globalists; one that is not absolutistic so obviously moral relativity is wanted in the New World Order. While they say that they wish to show respect for the “dignity and freedom of each person,” they add that a big need is “a larger concern for humanity as a whole.” Social Justice wrought large. Our “time-hardened attitudes,” the Judeo-Christian ethics of our Forefathers, must be eradicated.

To introduce you to one of the “they” of the globalist/Communitarian useful idiots, here is a description of Amitai Etzioni who works, as Niki Raapana tells it, “deftly behind the scenes” on the obscure Communitarian Network.

He directs “a coalition of individuals and organizations who have come together to shore up the moral, social, and political environment. We are a nonsectarian, nonpartisan, transnational association…The Communitarian Network investigates issues and policies such as the balance between rights and responsibilities in society, community justice, multiculturalism, the community’s moral voice, and developing global society.” The buzzwords of sustainable development, and all of them are being used, very successful, to destroy property rights and individual freedom yet they are the accepted lexicon of today’s world.

In 1964, John Stormer wrote None Dare Call It Treason which, like Jo Hindman and others, told us what was happening, how our birthright was being sold to the lowest bidder. Look at just one of the things he told us:

A key “piece” in the blueprint for revolution described by Senator Jenner is an interpretation of the U.S. Constitution which permits the Constitution to be changed — or even abolished — by a treaty. Article VI provides:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in State shall be bond thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary, notwithstanding.

As interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court, this means that treaties supersede the Constitution.[4]

In the past 50 years we have seen treaties used to make law and change the law of the U.S. to be more in line with UN sentiments, an early one being the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918. Since then there have been so many Treaties and Protocols (a treaty or international agreement that supplements a previous treaty or international agreement.

A protocol can amend the previous treaty, or add additional provisions.) that the normal person cannot keep up with them. Just a few that affect us especially because they are being used to destroy the Constitution are: UN Conference on the Human Environment (Stockholm 1972) Brundtland Commission Report, 1983 Our Common Future, 1987 Earth Summit (1992) Rio Declaration on Environment and Development Agenda 21 (1992) Convention on Biological Diversity (1992) ICPD Programme of Action (1994) Earth Charter Lisbon Principles UN Millennium Declaration (2000) Millennium Ecosystem Assessment (2005). These are some of the treaties relating to Agenda 21.

Between the incrementalism and regionalism, the globalists or Communitarians have executed a revolution; one realized without a shot being fired (other than all the mayhem committed in the Middle East as the byproduct of the world-change). So that is the revolution that has taken place and is still going on — executed not by patriots but by tyrants; executed not to restore the republic but to destroy it once and for all.

Cousin Bubba — Call Out to Serious Historical Researchers

Yes, I have groups of serious historical researchers working with me from all over the world now, and that’s great— but this morning we are all being called upon to consider a question of such gravity that it requires asking for even more help from more people, indeed, for everyone on the planet to get involved to whatever extent is practical.

Here is what has surfaced over the past few years of prodding and poking at the BEAST— the Belgian Electronic Asset System.  To begin getting a handle on this, read the following reprint of a Lexology news blurb from three and a half years ago:

________________________________

Belgium June 6 2013

On Thursday 30 May, the Belgian Parliament approved the overhaul of the Belgian legislation on security interests in movable assets

Under the new legislation, an electronic National Pledge Register will be established so that a pledge on movable assets (tangible as well as intangible) could be created by a mere agreement of the parties without dispossession of the assets. Important are further, amongst others, the simplification of the enforcement rules (enforcement without prior court authorization), the facilitation of a pledge over a fluctuating pool of assets or a universality of assets and the possibility to create pledges in the name of a security trustee to the benefit of third parties as beneficiaries.

The final text can be found here. The law will enter into force through publication of a Royal Decree, and ultimately on 1 December 2014.

An assessment of the law’s impact on financing transactions will be provided upon publication of the Royal Decree in the Belgian State Gazette.

__________________________________

So what are these people talking about?  Pledges? “Without dispossession of assets”?  Moveable assets?

They are talking about you and your supposed “pledge” of all you are and have and own to the “government of the United States of America” as well as the same supposed “pledges” made by the Belgian people in support of their government.  It’s the same system.  It’s the same thing.  Without all the euphemisms, it all adds up to the same thing: feudalism.

Modern feudalism.  And you are the serfs.

According to the perpetrators of this “voluntary” enslavement— you agreed to this status, knowingly and willingly, and pledged yourself, your labor, your land, your good name, your copyrights and patents and everything else “material and immaterial” to the benefit of your friendly local government services corporation in exchange for the Nanny State providing you with whatever level of “services and benefits” it is convenient for your Masters to provide.

Let’s look at some legal definitions—

Look up the word “pledge”— originally the act of a serf pledging his allegiance to a king or local robber baron in exchange for protection.  That is what you have supposedly engaged in— pledging.

And then recall the endless reiteration of “The Pledge of Allegiance” with a more jaundiced eye: “I pledge my allegiance to the flag of the United States of America…..and to the Republic for which it stands…..”

So what is a “flag” actually?  It is a symbol standing for a nation in international admiralty, like a visual logo or icon or trademark used to identify ships in commerce and war.   So you are pledging—giving yourself to an icon?  Really?

And who or what or which “United States of America” owns the icon at this point?

The bankrupted and long defunct religious non-profit corporation calling itself “The United States of America” or the similarly bankrupted commercial corporation calling itself “the United States of America” or the United States of America (Minor)— a consortium of territorial Insular States plus the District of Columbia (calling itself the “State of New Columbia”) or the United States of America (Major)—a consortium of fifty-seven (57) incorporated “states of states” acting as an international commercial conglomerate?

When the cat is away, the mice will play—- and boy, howdy, have they ever played fast and loose with your good name and your property interests!

Before we go onward, let’s ask another salient question about “The Pledge of Allegiance”—- since when did the Republic ever need any other organization to “stand for” or “represent” it?  Hmm?

Answer—- when the same rats responsible for this whole situation fraudulently involved the Republic in bankruptcy proceedings that had nothing to do with the Republic, and falsely claimed that the American people and their actual states of the Union were responsible for the debts of the perpetrators.  That placed the Republic in the clutches of the bankruptcy Trustees— the “US Trustees” and the “Custodian of Alien Property” took control and title to you and all your assets.

Look up the definition of “moveable assets”.   You are a moveable asset.  So is your house.  Your car. Everything you own and the title to everything you have.  All “moveable assets”.

Fascinating.

And how did they do this?

Via a process of “hypothecation”— look that one up.  Basically, it’s another name for institutionalized fraud.  On the basis of whatever proof they can contrive, they can claim that they have permission to sign you up as a “surety” —- read that, “collateral” backing their debts, and they can do it as the Belgian article says, “without dispossession of the asset”.

Imagine this situation: Reckless Cousin Bubba needs a car loan.  Fast Freddie needs to make a car sale.  But nobody in their right mind would give Cousin Bubba a car loan….. so what happens?

Cousin Bubba offers you and your good name and your assets as collateral for a car loan to Fast Freddie.  Fast Freddie readily agrees and very quietly, without you knowing it at all, he “hypothecates” a debt against your name and estate—- places a lien and “title” on it—-and sells Cousin Bubba a car, backed by your supposed promise to pay if Cousin Bubba defaults.

Now just replace the name “Cousin Bubba” with “Government of the United States” — whatever those five words really stand for—- and “Fast Freddie” with Bank of England or whatever other bank applies—-and ask yourself, “What can go wrong?”

Well, having already purchased a car on your credit, Fast Freddie is anxious to sell Bubba a house, too— and Bubba is eager to have a place of his own, so they just “hypothecate” another “loan” to Bubba for a house…. And then, of course, he needs new appliances and landscaping, a pool, a motor home, an F-35 fighter jet….

And it is all getting stacked up against you and your credit and you are never told a word about any of this.  Not a word.

Pretty soon, Cousin Bubba (represented by the members of the United States Congress) is panting from the effort of keeping up with all those loan payments.  He can’t even keep up with the interest owed on all those loans….. that’s what the Grace Commission reported to Ronald Reagan about “US Government debt” back in the 1980s.

So having maxxed out your credit and having given up a “title” on everything you own including the value of your labor over the course of your lifetime, what else does Bubba do?

Oh, he “volunteers” your unborn children into slavery and “hypothecates” debt against the value of everything they will ever inherit and all they will produce and the value of their labor, too.

But in the end, Maggie Thatcher proves correct—- thirty years down the track, Cousin Bubba can’t borrow any more.  He has finally “run out of other people’s money” and Fast Freddie is so glutted he figures he doesn’t need any more sales.

So what is the key to this situation for you and for me?  It’s called the “Alien Masterfile Account” and “Alien Birth Certificate” —- also an account.

This account is very peculiar, because instead of using numbers, it uses your name written in “American Sign Language” (otherwise known as “Glossa”— look it up in Black’s Law Dictionary, Fourth Edition) —- to create a “sign” that appears to be your name only written in all capital letters: JOHN HENRY DOE.

It’s an “alien” account because you aren’t really a “United States Citizen” nor are you a “citizen of the United States”. Both these political statuses translate as either — “federal corporation employee obligated to obey and serve the government” or as “slaved owned by government”.   As an American state national, you are “alien” with respect to the federal government and the federal corporation(s), including the “federated” State of State franchises.  So they routinely call you an “alien” in your own country.

Look up Title 26, the old IRS Code—- and what do you see referred to constantly?  “Non-resident aliens”.  That’s you, folks, in the language of fraud known as “Federalese”.

And where is the nexus of all this chicanery, falsehood, and fraud?   It’s the “PCT”—- the Public Charitable Trust, set up by Congress for the welfare relief of poor black plantation slaves displaced by the Civil War.

Supposedly, you knowingly and willingly “pledged” away your land and your labor and everything you are and own, including the copyright to your given name, in order to receive “benefits” from the Public Charitable Trust and have your estate “insured” — with the nearest government corporation “State of State” franchise named as your beneficiary, of course.

And where are the records of all this crappola kept for Fast Freddie’s convenience?  Well, in the BEAST catalog system, of course, and locally, on our shores, by the Depository Trust Corporation (DTC and DTTC).

If you aren’t boiling mad, if you aren’t beside yourself, if you aren’t ready to stand up and do something about this situation, then, Good Joe, you certainly ought to be.  I am.  But following my dictum of “Keep Calm and Get Even”— what I want you all to address your attention toward is this question: was there ever a Declaration of War at the onset of the American Civil War (aka War of Secession) and if so, who or what made it?

No corporation on Earth has the right to declare war.  The most they can do is declare a police action and pretend its war.

I very much suspect that no actual, factual, lawful Declaration of War starting the American Civil War was ever made by any properly empowered government, just as no actual, factual Peace Treaty ending the Civil War exists.  I very much suspect that all that has gone on here has been purely criminal and private in nature, a matter of “warring” commercial corporations—- gangs of thieves overrunning everything—- the transplanted Dutch East India commercial corporation versus the British East India commercial corporation, for example—- just feeding off the people and assets of this country like two giant bloated tape worms, neither one of which have any honest claims or any right to be here.

Call it “Fast Freddie” and “Fast Eddie”—- the “United States of America” and the “United States” standing for the “Federal Reserve System” and the “International Monetary Fund” —- both dishonest, both benefiting from what I shall term “Modern Commercial Feudalism” and all feeding off the fraudulent practice of “hypothecation of debt” against innocent and uninformed people who have been deliberately misled and systematically lied to and defrauded.

And the same “system” has been extrapolated worldwide— Belgium, France, Germany, Japan, India….

I postulate that there was never any actual “war between the states”— only a “war” between two foreign commercial corporations in the business of providing “governmental services”.

Okay, researchers nationwide— got your motors running?

I know that there is no Peace Treaty officially ending the American Civil War.

See if you can find me a valid Declaration of War starting it?

And ask me, why is this important?

Well, folks, if there was no valid Declaration of War starting the American Civil War and no valid Peace Treaty ending it, then literally— there was never such a war according to any agreed upon definition of what “war” is.

Every action undertaken by any of these governmental services corporations since then, including the vicious fraud schemes involving “pledging” and “hypothecation” and “liens on titles”— which is all identity theft and theft of credit and surreptitious enslavement of “moveable assets”—- is nothing more or less than vast and entrenched international crime.  It is owed no political solution. It is owed nothing but determined worldwide prosecution.

DO WE THINK OR DO WE FEEL?

December 13th, 2016 by

http://www.rebelmadman.com/?p=592

“Five percent of the people think;
ten percent of the people think they think;
and the other eighty-five percent would rather die than think.” ~ Thomas Edison

One of the great problems brought to us at the cost of billions of dollars, all courtesy of the Public Fool System, is an almost total loss of cognitive discourse when it comes to addressing problems we encounter as a society and as a country. We have abandoned cognitive thought for the much less demanding delusion by emotion, or how we “feel.” This, of course, has been reinforced by the print and electronic media and the ever-present email forward.

Last evening, in a discussion with an otherwise very intelligent lady, the conversation turned to government corruption. Throughout this elongated verbal exchange, the lady’s constant answer to each question asked or facts presented, was either, “I can’t believe that …” or “I won’t believe that …” Having been at that point in discussions on numerous occasions, I immediately recognized the no-win paradigm of  “I will not change my mind regardless of how many facts are presented.” Thus, the price we must pay for the loss of cognitive discourse. ODs note: Cognitive dissonance is the inability to change long held contrary views, or anxiety that results from simultaneously holding contradictory or incompatible attitudes, beliefs, or the like, as when one likes a person but disapproves of one of his or her habits.

Part of the price paid is our inability to understand why imposing the failed concept of democracy on other countries and peoples, at the point of a gun or threat of a bomb or missile, is the ultimate expression of hypocrisy. Do we understand that this form of government we seek to force others to accept is a form of government we ourselves do not trust and are seeking to reject by peaceful means?

If you were a citizen of another country, would you readily accept implementation of our present dysfunctional government as a replacement for the one you have? Would you not reject the forced/violent implementation of a government of another country here in America, no matter what their claims of benefits?

Almost every presidential election, we throw off the existing tyrant in order to give power to another tyrant in waiting; political party affiliation means nothing. The problem is: the government assumed by the new executive is staffed with bureaucrats and other politicians who make the government corrupt beyond repair. The same people Patrick Henry called the “federal sheriffs” and claimed they would “eat out our sustenance” back in 1788.

While we readily seek a new leader for the Executive, we re-elect our legislative members at the rate of 90+%, even when their approval rating is less than 10%. Installing a new leader for this corrupt enterprise is analogous to giving a priest a machine gun. From the works of Robert LeFevre:

“Government is an agency of force which can and must be employed against every deviationist. And this is only to say again that the government must oppose the individual. Therefore the “good” man in government is like a priest with a machine gun. The mechanism does the harm. The man who operates it merely pulls the trigger.”

So, when George W. Bush said in his Second Inaugural address:

“It is the policy of the United States to seek and support the growth of democratic movements and institutions in every nation and culture, with the ultimate goal of ending tyranny in our world.”

What Bush II really meant was: our government intends to provide “every nation and culture,” by force if necessary, a crushing national debt, perpetual wars for perpetual peace, free stuff for those who produce nothing, regular scheduled attempts at disarming law-abiding citizens, an ever-growing and tyrannical police state, health care administered by bureaucrats at prohibitive, unaffordable costs, complete and total indoctrination of the children in the Marxist Socialist concepts and rejection of the governing principles upon which the country was founded.

Can we really question why the people of other countries would resist the spread of such a government? Our Founders certainly did; they fought a revolution to throw off a government eerily similar to the one we now have and are trying to force on others, using bullets, bombs, and missiles as encouragement.

Did we as a country not allegedly resort to war when Hitler and Stalin sought to force a tyrannical form of government on us? Do we deny to others that which we once claimed as our right and duty?

Several years ago, I sought to illustrate how hypocritical our position of seeking to deny various forms of weapons to other countries was/is. Our government and its shills in the media and elsewhere claim other countries should not possess the very weapons our country has in its possession. Is this not the identical claim made by many of the leaders of our own government and their shills in the media and Hollywood when it comes to our individual possession of firearms similar to those in the possession of employees of our government? (Federal sheriffs)

By any chance, is the government which other countries fear not the same government we ourselves fear and mistrust? We repeatedly claim our Second Amendment is not about hunting or target shooting, but about protecting ourselves from an out of control, tyrannical government. Would you deny the people of another country the right and weapons to protect themselves from the same government you fear?

At some point in time, I hope that we will begin to see ourselves as the people in other countries see us and that we will begin to understand that the government we do not trust, no longer represents the ideals and morality that the remaining good people in this country hold dear. Of course, this will require a return to cognitive thinking and the abandonment of the principle of emotion over logic; a small step with enormous potential.

“The Ministry of Peace concerns itself with war, the Ministry of Truth with lies, the Ministry of Love with torture and the Ministry of Plenty with starvation. These contradictions are not accidental, nor do they result from ordinary hypocrisy: they are deliberate exercises in doublethink”  ~George Orwell, 1984

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

We must all accept the fact that America, by surreptitious means is a gigantic CORPORATION, and not a government of the people, or for the people, and most assuredly NOT by the people. A CITIZEN is a corporate slave, and we free people are State Nationals that have re-acquired our independence from the corporation. But we do not have a snow-balls chance in hell of enforcing our status until there are millions of us willing to be reeducated and involved in our rightful governance. WAKE UP PEOPLE!  Out of ignorance of the facts we allowed this monster to grow into an uncontrollable master, and I for one, do not accept any master but Jesus Christ. I do not need any moral guidance other than the Ten Commandments to be a useful, honest, and compassionate man. However, I will not stand for being subjected to tyrannical corporate governance, when my studies have proven that I am a natural born human being who owes no allegiance to any corporation. The simplicity of our countries return to Nation States and non corporate local governance will be akin to a rebirth of individuality and freedom. All it takes is for the right people to explore and reproduce the method of enslavement and the method of escape. God willing you will shortly be reading these methods written by the very best author’s in America, and presented concisely, comprehensibly, and inspiringly. Throw away your infatuation with entertainment and THINK! Do you want to be a free man or a slave?

Trump Cabinet Picks Confirm Swamp Creatures in Washington Still Rule The Earth

By Michael Krieger

See:

11-11-2016-7-24-06-amIn light of this appointment, I want to revisit something I wrote in a recent post:

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

I believe I told you folks before the election that Trump had to have been hanging on the Bankers coat tails in order to build his empire. What were you thinking? Did you forget that “weasels and foxes run together”? Trump will prove to be a white OBUMA. Take that to the bank! THERE IS NO WAY TO CONVERT A CORPORATION INTO A REPUBLIC, AND CORPORATIONS HAVE ONLY ONE OBJECTIVE….. MAKING PROFITS!  ABANDON THE CORPORATE U.S.A. AND FORM JURAL ASSEMBLIES, NON CORPORATE COUNTIES, AND EVENTUALLY NON CORPORATE STATES.

America’s Plunge from Republic to Empire

December 2nd, 2016 by

http://www.fff.org/explore-freedom/article/americas-plunge-republic-empire/

by Wendy McElroy November 29, 2016

We have crossed the boundary that lies between Republic and Empire. If you ask when, the answer is that you cannot make a single stroke between day and night. The precise moment does not matter. There was no painted sign to say, “You now are entering Imperium.” Yet it was a very old road and the voice of history was saying: “Whether you know it or not, the act of crossing may be irreversible.” And now, not far ahead, is a sign that reads: “No U Turns.”

— Garet Garrett

It is difficult to pinpoint the moment at which America crossed from Republic into Empire but guidelines exist for doing so. In his treatise Rise of Empire (1952), the libertarian journalist Garet Garrett declared the “first requisite of Empire” to be “the executive power of government shall be dominant.” Arguably, the power most intimately connected to Empire or imperialism is conducting foreign policy, especially war.

America’s plunge into imperialism is evident in its abandonment of a constitutional clause. Article I, Section 8, Paragraph 11 (the “War Powers Clause”) reads, “[The Congress shall have power …] To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water.” The form of the declaration is not specified but the need to go through Congress is. The ability to declare war is coupled with other congressional powers over foreign affairs — namely, issuing letters of marque and reprisal as well as defining rules of capture on land and water. Congress is granted exclusive power over what are (or were) key areas of foreign policy.

The purpose was to rein in the executive, the president, by blocking his ability to declare war and otherwise initiate foreign conflicts. Having recently broken away from a monarchy, the Framers were determined to prevent one from arising on American soil. Since a defining power of monarchy was what William Blackstone referred to as “the sole prerogative of making war and peace,” the Constitution repudiated that kingly prerogative. James Madison wrote in a letter to Thomas Jefferson (circa 1798), “The constitution supposes, what the History of all Governments demonstrates, that the Executive is the branch of power most interested in war, and most prone to it. It has accordingly with studied care vested the question of war to the Legislature.”

Even Alexander Hamilton, an advocate of centralized power, found it necessary to reassure the public that ratification of the Constitution would not give the executive the power to declare war. In The Federalist Papers, he explained, “The President is to be Commander in Chief of the army and navy of the United States. In this respect his authority would be nominally the same with that of the King of Great-Britain, but in substance much inferior to it. It would amount to nothing more than the supreme command and direction of the military and naval forces … while that of the British King extends to the declaring of war and to the raising and regulating of fleets and armies; all which, by the Constitution under consideration would appertain to the Legislature.” In short, the president would have the authority to conduct war once a declaration had been approved by Congress.

As well as restraining the executive, the War Powers Clause makes war less likely for several reasons. A vote in Congress promotes public debate on the issues surrounding war, including whether there is sufficient cause for a declaration; such debate allows objections and alternatives to be considered. Moreover, an open debate makes false claims less likely to prevail. A vote from hundreds of politicians drawn from the entire nation is more likely to reflect the will of constituents — the people — than the “vote” of one man; a war to benefit a faction of society could be opposed by those who would pay the price. A delay, even one counted in hours, allows for negotiation or other circumstances to change.

Despite the War Powers Clause, World War II was the last war for which Congress issued an official declaration of war. Korea, Vietnam, the Persian Gulf, Afghanistan, Iraq, and the shifting police actions in the Middle East originated through the action of presidents in a fashion akin to those of kings or dictators.

The War Powers Clause has been supplanted by Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 2 which states, in part, “The President shall be Commander in Chief of the army and navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual service of the United States.” The clause is interpreted to mean that the executive has a “right” to declare hostilities without involving Congress.

How did the executive wrest the power to create empire away from Congress? In brief: the Korean War.

The Korean War watershed

In 1951, the anti-interventionist Sen. Robert A. Taft contested the constitutionality of the Korean War. He stated, “[In] the case of Korea, where a war was already under way, we had no right to send troops to a nation, with whom we had no treaty, to defend it against attack by another nation, no matter how unprincipled that aggression might be, unless the whole matter was submitted to Congress and a declaration of war or some other direct authority obtained.”

The Korean War (June 25, 1950 – July 27, 1953) is often viewed as a footnote to World War II. In reality, it was a pivot point in American foreign policy. Subsequent wars bear the fingerprints of Korea.

Since America’s early days, presidents have sent troops into combat abroad without a declaration of war. In the 19th century, however, such conflicts were usually limited and minor. The Barbary Wars (1801–1805, 1815) against tribute-seeking pirates in the Mediterranean are an example. Thirty-five Americans died in action; 64 were wounded. By contrast, 54,246 Americans died in Korea, with 103,284 being wounded. The goal of the Barbary Wars was to prevent pirate attacks on American shipping vessels; the Korean War was open-ended and politically motivated. And the Barbary Wars were sanctioned by the passage of at least ten congressional statutes.

The Founding Fathers envisioned circumstances in which a presidential response to aggression would not require congressional approval. A resolution brought before the Constitutional Convention by Madison and Elbridge Gerry reserved the power to initiate war to Congress but “with the reservation that the president need not await authorization from Congress to repel a sudden attack on the United States.” The independence of action was meant to counter a sudden attack and not to conduct a sustained conflict.

Korea did not attack America. Nor did the two nations have a treaty. Nevertheless, Harry Truman was eager to intervene.

Three years before, on March 27, 1947, he had announced the Truman Doctrine by which America pledged to assist any country that resisted communist aggression. In the wake of World War II, the United States and Soviet Union vied for global dominance through a Cold War (circa 1947–1991). The Soviet Union encouraged the spread of communism in order to expand its sphere of influence; the United States pursued containment by extending military and financial aid to “vulnerable” nations. The Truman doctrine had been vigorously resisted in Congress by isolationist Republicans who viewed it as a program for imperialism. Rep. George Bender of Ohio accused Truman of authorizing “a program of military collaboration with all the petty and not so petty dictators.” The president was aware of how difficult it would be to push war in Korea through Congress. And, yet, Korea epitomized the Cold War politics upon which Truman focused.

Why? Prior to World War II, Korea had been a colony of Japan. After Japan fell, America and Russia divided the peninsula at the 38th parallel, with America in the South, Russia in the North. Subsequent negotiations toward unification failed. Then, in June 1950, North Korea invaded the South with the backing of Soviet tanks and equipment.

How did America join the warfare? Congressman Howard Buffett explained,

On June 25, 1950, the U.N. Security Council demanded a cease-fire and called on members to render every assistance to the United Nations in the execution of this resolution. Nothing was said about entering the conflict…. But at 12 o’clock noon, on June 27, President Truman ordered United States air and sea units to give the Korean Government troops cover and support. That order put our military forces into the Korean civil war on the side of the South Koreans. At 10:45 that evening, 11 hours later, the Security Council requested members of the U.N. to supply the Republic of Korea with sufficient military assistance to repel invasion.

The later request was actually a recommendation rather than a demand to live up to UN commitments. The resolution read, “Recommends that the Members of the United Nations furnish such assistance to the Republic of Korea as may be necessary to repel the armed attack and to restore international peace and security in the area.” [Emphasis in the original.] In an article entitled “Bush versus I.F. Stone …. and Eisenhower,” John Nichols commented, “Instead of going to Congress and asking for a formal declaration of war, the president [Truman] gamed the system by claiming that U.S. participation in the United Nations required him to send American boys to again die in Asia not five years after World War II had finished.”

Since Truman, it has become common for presidents to draw upon global authority in order to commit American troops to war without Congressional approval.

Conclusion

Prior to World War II, a strong current of noninterventionism influenced American foreign policy. The noninterventionists believed that America fared best when it did not militarily intrude into the affairs of other nations except in strict self-defense. World War II derailed their objections but, when war ended, noninterventionism reemerged within some circles.

The Korean War occasioned a neglected episode of history called “The Great Debate” on the propriety of the Korean War and wider principles, for example, when and by whom a declaration of war should be made. The noninterventionists and the U.S. Constitution lost.

One reason was the presence of a new argument — that nuclear war would require an immediate response from the president, who could not waste time seeking congressional approval. But that alleged need cannot explain why the Korean War was declared through what one historian called “a wink and a smile.” Nor does it justify presidential declarations thereafter when nuclear war was not threatened. Moreover, if nuclear war was ever plausibly threatened, it could be viewed through the lens of Madison’s and Gerry’s resolution. That is, a sudden attack required an exception to the otherwise exclusive right of Congress to declare war. As it was, the mere possibility of such an attack was enough to de facto strip Congress of that right in all subsequent circumstances.

George Friedman, geopolitical forecaster, explained how the transfer of that power affected the American Republic. “If there is a single point where these matters [Republic and Empire] converge, it is in the constitutional requirement that Congress approve wars through a declaration of war and in the abandonment of this requirement since World War II. This is the point where the burdens and interests of the United States as a global empire collide with the principles and rights of the United States as a republic.” Empire won.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

Ms McElroy is no doubt an articulate and intelligent lady, but she is dead wrong on the period when we became an empire, as that happened when we became a Corporation and subsequent events were then enabled with the International Investment Banking Cartel replacing the Republic. What followed was the intellectual deterioration of the common populace, and the acceptance of tyranny in government. The birth of the United Nations would never have occurred except for the Bankers intervention.

“THE SOVEREIGN CITIZEN” Bond vs. UNITED STATES

December 1st, 2016 by

10-1-2016-9-27-38-amDON’T BE STUPID PUPPETS!

First published as “THE SOVEREIGN CITIZEN

by Judge Dale, retired

Thursday, 11 April 2013

Our federal government has instructed our federal, state and local police agencies that everyone who purports to be a SOVEREIGN should be TREATED as a TERRORIST!

They have also brainwashed the American public into believing that being a SOVEREIGN is anti-American and unpatriotic! Perhaps this is “The POT calling the KETTLE black”?

WHAT IS SOVEREIGNTY? It is the inherent right and prerogative of a civilized people to rule itself, and to dictate all of the forms and conditions of the institutions it sets up to carry out this rule. Ironically, the U.S. SUPREME COURT agrees with those people whoclaim to be SOVEREIGN citizens of the American Republic!

Bond vs. UNITED STATES, 529 US 334 – 2000, The Supreme Court held that the American People are in fact Sovereign and not the States or the Government. The court went on to define that local, state and federal law enforcement officers were committing unlawful actions against the Sovereign People by the enforcement of the laws and are personally liable for their actions.

Bond v. United States, 529 US 334 – 2000 – Supreme Court – Cited by 761 litigants in other cases.

Bond v. US, 131 S. Ct. 2355 – 2011 – Supreme Court – Cited by 306 “ “

Bond v. US, 1 F. 3d 631 – 1993 – Court of Appeals, 7th – Cited by 66 “ “

What are the implications of this 2000, U. S. Supreme Court ruling?

1] The delegates to the first Federal Convention prohibited the use of corporations by all governments representing the American Republic. Therefore, all of these corporate governments and their corporate laws are a usurpation of the organic Constitution of the United States of America. All State Governments are now sub-corporations of the Federal Government, making all Courts and all law enforcement personnel, corporate federal agencies or employees. [See: James Madison Journal of the Federal Convention, Vol. 2, P. 722] and[Pull up your State Code on your PC and search the Code for the words “District of Columbia” and “Federal Government.” You will receive about 1000 references linking your state to the federal government.]

2] The state and federal government is a corporation and therefore the Congress, State Legislatures, CityCouncils, Municipalities and all State and Federal Courts are corporate entities posing as Constitutionalbranches of government.

3] Corporations are privately owned businesses, meaning that the Corporate United States belongs to one or more private individuals, which is always governed by a Board of Directors. The Corporate United States is privately owned by a group of European Royal and Elite individuals tied to the Federal Reserve System and the letters of incorporation are recorded in the Vatican. The President of the United States is actually the CEO of the United States and the Congress and all others are corporate employees. Everything they do is in the interest of the corporate owners! I can’t access those documents because of National Security.

4] In order to promulgate and enforce Criminal Laws to govern the SOVEREIGN public, government must be SOVEREIGN too, which is an accepted RULE of LAW derived from the, Ancient Law of Kings. Corporations are not and can never be SOVEREIGN. They are not real; they are a fiction and only exist on paper.

5] Therefore, all laws created by these government corporations are private corporate regulations called public law, statutes, codes and ordinances to conceal their true nature. Do the Judge and your lawyer know about this? You bet they do!

6] Since these government bodies are not SOVEREIGN, they cannot promulgate or enforce CRIMINAL LAWS; they can only create and enforce CIVIL LAWS, which are duty bound to comply with the LAW of CONTRACTS. The Law of Contracts requires signed written agreements and complete transparency! Did you ever agree to be arrested and tried under any of their corporate statutes? For that matter, did you ever agree to contract with them by agreeing to be sued for violating their corporate regulations? Citations and Complaints are contracts but they lack transparency because you were never told what might happen to you if you agree to contract, and that you had a right to refuse the accommodation!

7] Do any of Americas Courts have Jurisdiction over a SOVEREIGN? Yes … but only by your consent to be judged by the Court. Can they compel (Summon or Subpoena) you to appear or participate in their process? No … they can’t compel you and Yes … they can ask but you can reject the accommodation in writing and nothing can be done about it because you have refused to give the court jurisdiction over you!

8] Enforcement of these corporate statutes by local, state and federal law enforcement officers are unlawful actions being committed against the SOVEREIGN public and these officers can be held personally liable for their actions. [Bond v. U.S., 529 US 334-2000]

9] There being no Constitutional Criminal Laws or Transparency in the American Justice System, everyone arrested, convicted and sentenced to prison under these CIVIL LAWS are in prison by CONSENT and therein, all American Jails are actually DEBTORS PRISONS!

10] Most of the County and State Prisons and all of the Federal Prisons are privately owned corporate businesses for profit, which kick back to the sentencing Judges. The Bureau of Prisons Privatization

Management Branch provides general oversight, for these institutions. So if you are convicted in these Courts, you can expect to serve some jail time! Now you know why America has such high prison populations!

11] Can the State Government and Courts take Custody of your children? Only with your consent, otherwise their agents and officers can be held personally liable for their actions! Orphans are a different matter and can become wards of the Court until emancipated.

Corporate governments are a usurpation of the organic American Constitution and this corporatist onslaught in America has since its creation, been an ANTI-SOVEREIGN and TERRORIST REGIME and are in fact the real TERRORIST and TRAITORS to the American Republic.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

It makes me sick to hear so many people complaining about the Government when they intentionally remain ignorant of the solution. We can band together and expatriate from the corporate monster and rebuild our States, Counties and Nation all without a civil war, and once again own ourselves and property with no taxes save what we all agree on. Get it through your head folks, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is an illegal corporation and has no real authority over us. If just a hundred million people would get off their back side and do some reading, we would have the rest of the country mad enough to set things right. It can be done if you would only learn what they have done to us all, or how many people have been murdered to make the Banker richer.

A 1, 2, 3, PUNCH THAT DOOMED AMERICA’S CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC

November 30th, 2016 by

By Ron Ewart

NewsWithViews.com

“Progressivism started out as a social movement in response to the injustices of the industrial revolution and government corruption. Like many such movements, Progressivism began as a worthy cause. But the Democrats saw a political opportunity and adopted Progressivism as their party platform. It then evolved into a means to an end ….. perpetual political power. It further evolved into European-style socialism, which it is today. Ignorant, weak Americans bought Progressive-style government dependency hook, line and sinker and they liked it. All that ‘free’ stuff only cost them a vote for the providers-in-thief ….. and their liberty.” Ron Ewart

THE NUMBER 1 PUNCH:

There were two polar-opposite happenings created out of the industrial revolution. First, capital was created at an unprecedented rate and the using of that capital for political purposes became commonplace, leading to massive corruption. Some have said that there was so much capital in the hands of an elite few, they could buy the presidency ….. or have one assassinated. Second and far worse, workers were being treated inhumanly, as if they were beasts of burden.

Throughout history, injustices have always created movements acting against those injustices. That a movement would rise against industrial revolution abuses was a foregone conclusion and about circa 1890 that movement became known as Progressivism. The movement’s goals were to eliminate waste and corruption in government and bring efficiency to government practices. Its parallel goals were to support worker’s compensation, child labor laws, minimum wage legislation, daily and weekly labor limits, a graduated income tax and allowing women to vote. With one exception, it is hard to argue that most of what the movement wanted were positive social goals, depending on your perspective. The exception was the graduated income tax, which we will go into later. It is also hard to argue that the movement was directly responsible for the centralization and increase in federal power to achieve those goals.

According to historian William Leuchtenburg: “The Progressives believed in the Hamiltonian concept of positive government, of a national government directing the destinies of the nation at home and abroad. They had contempt for the strict construction of the Constitution by conservative judges, who would restrict the power of the national government to act against social evils and to extend the blessings of democracy to less favored lands. The [Progressive’s] real enemy was ‘particularism’, state rights and limited government.”

After over 100 years of Progressivism, they still have contempt for the strict construction of the Constitution and they hate conservative judges. Most of the movement’s goals have been realized, with the exception of eliminating waste, fraud, abuse and corruption in government and greater government efficiency. Thanks to Progressivism, we now have a very powerful, centralized, in-efficient, hopelessly in debt, corrupt federal government who directs every aspect of our lives on the guise of social and now environmental justice.

But like most movements, the original goals, once realized, were never enough. Progressives have built up enormous political power through the electorate and like all people with power, they want more. The way to get more power is to “buy off” more voters with social promises without regard to the financial consequences and demean and demonize those who oppose them.

Those that hold the Progressive mindset have been hugely successful and have brought a majority of the people, most of government, academia, public education and the news media into the fold. Unfortunately, a free and prosperous people have paid an enormous price in the open and notorious assault on their liberties and the exponential rise in federal debt.

However, a surprising reversal took place in the presidential election of 2016, but that reversal may have a short life span because the Progressive side of the political spectrum has the majority votes, thanks to 100 plus years of institutionalized Progressivism.

THE NUMBER 2 PUNCH:

But one of the questions of the Progressive movement was how to pay for all the federal social programs that had been and would be passed into law, or by bureaucratic rule making. The old constitutional ways of taxation would not produce enough revenue to pay for a growing federal entitlement budget.

Prior to the 16th Amendment, excise taxes and duties were the primary sources of revenue to pay for federal government operations, in compliance with constitutional mandates. But government has been trying for 204 years to get around those constitutional limits and even proposed an income tax to fund the war of 1812. Fortunately, the tax was never implemented.

During the Civil War, Congress passed an income tax provision to fund that war. The tax started out at 3% on $800 of income and then was quickly raised to 5% on income over $600 in the following year. Surprisingly, the Congress let the Civil War Tax expire in 1872.

But after the expiration of the Civil War tax, the call for a graduated income tax became the rallying cry of the Greenback movement, the Labor Reform Party, the Populist Party and the Democrat Party. In 1887, the Socialist Labor Party jumped on board as well. The Democrat Party succeeded in passing the income tax law of 1894 and proposed an income tax amendment in their 1908 party platform. With Democrats in control of Congress and with the help of some very prominent industrialists and bankers, a graduated income tax Amendment to the Constitution was passed in 1909 and later ratified in 1913 by Congress and the states. The 16th Amendment authorized the creation of the Federal Reserve and Internal Revenue Service, in spite of constitutional prohibitions. (Government never has enough money to fund all the “great” things it wants to do and never misses an opportunity to raise taxes.)

Private bankers staff the Federal Reserve. They owe no concrete allegiance to the federal government, with the exception that the President gets to appoint the seven members of the Board of Governors for 14 years. The Board of Governors, unilaterally, determines Federal Reserve Policy without Congressional oversight, or audit. They can print money and then loan it to the federal government at interest. To make sure that those massive loans were collateralized, the 16th Amendment indentured the people of America, whose lifetime incomes became that collateral through the graduated income tax, enforced by the Gestapo-like Internal Revenue Service and its code of 74,000 pages of regulations. Once again, liberty was diminished by the Progressives.

Hopefully, it has not gone unnoticed that the Democrats, Progressives, socialists and labor parties have all been primary advocates for a graduated income tax to pay for all the social programs they have invented ….. to buy votes. The creation of the Federal Reserve and the Internal Revenue Service has essentially turned American taxpayers into indentured debt servants for an ever more powerful, growing federal government. The fact is ladies and gentlemen, “You Are An Involuntary Servant to Almighty Government” but 90% of the American people don’t realize it, or don’t care, especially if they are receiving the lush benefits from our government who is over generous with “our” money. In the land of the free and home of the brave, being “an involuntary servant to almighty government” is a contradiction of every principle of unalienable rights and individual freedom.

THE NUMBER 3 PUNCH:

Which takes us to the Number 3 Punch, the Great Depression. What really caused a nation to plunge into economic chaos? From the “Foundation for Economic Education” we learned that:

“The Great Depression created a widespread misconception that market economies are inherently unstable and must be managed by the government to avoid large macro-economic fluctuations, that is, business cycles. This view persists to this day despite the more than 40 years since Milton Friedman and Anna Jacobson Schwartz showed convincingly that the Federal Reserve’s monetary policies were largely to blame for the severity of the Great Depression. In 2002 Ben Bernanke made this startling admission in a speech given in honor of Friedman’s 90th birthday: ‘I would like to say to Milton and Anna: Regarding the Great Depression, you’re right. We did it. We’re very sorry.'”

Ben Bernanke is sorry?!!! Well good for him! When will the people learn that when government starts “tweaking”, the people should be freaking ….. out. To the detriment of every American’s freedom and pocket book, government is “tweaking” all the time.

The Great Depression, a Federal Reserve caused event, plunged America not only into economic chaos and over 20% unemployment, bread lines, the loss of the gold standard and virtually national bankruptcy, it plunged Americans ever deeper into the socialism that the Progressives have been preaching and longing for since 1890. One could easily conclude that the Great Depression was created on purpose to further enslave the people to government.

Besides the many programs of FDR’s New Deal that included government subsidies for just about everyone, including the farmers, Democrat Progressives, under the 12-year reign of FDR, first or second dictator of America, (Wilson may have been the first) gave us going-broke Social Security and made Americans ever more dependent on government, a Progressive’s and Keynesian economic professor’s dream come true. (Later, Democrats would add the Great Society, Medicare, Medicaid and Obama Care to the Progressive mix, making Americans even more dependent and more in debt.)

In contrast and long overdue, the presidential election of November 8th, 2016 was a repudiation of Obama, Clinton and everything else Progressive. The failures and corruption of a Progressive government were on the ballot that day and they lost to a breath of fresh air called freedom, in the embodiment of a brash billionaire, a ferocious, plain speaking, irredeemable government outsider, with a mandate to “drain the swamp.”

Nanny government was soundly defeated that day, at least from an Electoral College perspective. It remains to be seen whether that breath of fresh air will last, or will be overwhelmed again by the putrid, anti-American smell of Progressivism, or worse, maybe even fascism.

Through Progressivism, America has evolved into a mob Democracy, without any regard to constitutional limits, a mostly ignorant, greedy mob that has neither the mental capacity nor the interest to discern whether government is their enemy, or their friend. Almost every person over 70 knows instinctively that government is always a dreaded enemy if allowed to go unchecked. The Constitution was supposed to be that check on power but only if the people held the government to the mandates of that Constitution.

But now the fate of America is left in the hands of the people under 70, who for a least three generations, have been steeped in a noxious brew of never-ending Progressivism.

It remains to be seen whether the “One, Two, Three Punch” we have described in this article, has “Doomed America’s Constitutional Republic” forever, or whether there is a chance to reverse course. That chance would have been lost forever if Hillary Clinton had been elected president. Progressivism would have been irreversibly entrenched in government and the entire body politic, until a violent revolution dismantled it, a revolution that always occurs when government sets its sights on “absolute power”, as have the Progressives for the last 126 years.

The Tyranny at Standing Rock: The Governments Divide and Conquer Strategy Is Working

By John W. Whitehead

“We must, indeed, all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.”— Benjamin Franklin, as quoted in The Works of Benjamin Franklin

Divide and conquer.

It’s one of the oldest military strategies in the books, and it’s proven to be the police state’s most effective weapon for maintaining the status quo.

How do you conquer a nation?

Distract them with football games, political circuses and Black Friday sales. Keep them focused on their differences—economic, religious, environmental, political, racial—so they can never agree on anything. And then, when they’re so divided that they are incapable of joining forces against a common threat, start picking them off one by one.

What we’re witnessing at Standing Rock, where activists have gathered to protest the Dakota Access Pipeline construction on Native American land, is just the latest incarnation of the government’s battle plan for stamping out any sparks of resistance and keeping the populace under control: battlefield tactics, military weaponry and a complete suspension of the Constitution.

Militarized police. Riot and camouflage gear. Armored vehicles. Mass arrests. Pepper spray. Tear gas. Batons. Strip searches. Drones. Less-than-lethal weapons unleashed with deadly force. Rubber bullets. Water cannons. Concussion grenades. Arrests of journalists. Intimidation tactics. Brute force.

This is what martial law looks like, when a government disregards constitutional freedoms and imposes its will through military force.

Only this is martial law without any government body having to declare it.

This is martial law packaged as law and order and sold to the public as necessary for keeping the peace.

These overreaching, heavy-handed lessons in how to rule by force have become standard operating procedure for a government that communicates with its citizenry primarily through the language of brutality, intimidation and fear.

What Americans have failed to comprehend is that the police state doesn’t differentiate.

In the eyes of the government—whether that government is helmed by Barack Obama or Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton—there is no difference between Republicans and Democrats, between blacks and whites and every shade in the middle, between Native Americans and a nation of immigrants (no matter how long we’ve been here), between the lower class and the middle and upper classes, between religious and non-religious Americans, between those who march in lockstep with the police state and those who oppose its tactics.

This is all part and parcel of the government’s plan for dealing with widespread domestic unrest, no matter the source.

2008 Army War College report revealed that “widespread civil violence inside the United States would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security.” The 44-page report goes on to warn that potential causes for such civil unrest could include another terrorist attack, “unforeseen economic collapse, loss of functioning political and legal order, purposeful domestic resistance or insurgency, pervasive public health emergencies, and catastrophic natural and human disasters.”

Subsequent reports by the Department of Homeland Security call on the government to identify, monitor and label right-wing and left-wing activists, military veterans and sovereign citizens as extremists (the words extremist and terrorist are used interchangeably in the reports).

These reports indicate that for the government, anyone seen as opposing the government—whether they’re Left, Right or somewhere in between—is labeled an extremist.

Divide and conquer.

What the government has figured out is that as long as its oppression is focused on one particular group at a time—inner city blacks, gun-toting ranchers, environmental activists, etc.—there will be no outcry from the public at large.

The liberal left will not speak up for the conservative right.

The rightwing will not speak up for the leftwing.

The economic elite will not speak up for the economically disadvantaged and vice versa.

The ranchers will not speak up for the environmentalists, and the environmentalists will not speak up for the ranchers.

The Democrats will not criticize endless wars, drone killings, militarized police, private prisons, etc., when sanctioned by their candidate. Same goes for the Republicans.

Are you starting to get the picture?

What we’re dealing with is a full-blown case of national hypocrisy.

For too long now, the American people have allowed their personal prejudices and politics to cloud their judgment and render them incapable of seeing that the treatment being doled out by the government’s lethal enforcers has remained consistent, no matter the threat.

The government’s oppressive tactics have not changed.

The same martial law maneuvers and intimidation tactics used to put down protests and muzzle journalists two years ago in Ferguson and Baltimore are being used to flat-line protesters and journalists at Standing Rock this year.

The same infiltration and surveillance of ranch activists opposing the Bureau of Land Management in Oregon and Nevada over the past several years were used against nonviolent anti-war protesters more than a decade ago. That same mindset was embodied in the use of surveillance against those who gathered for Barack Obama’s inauguration eight years ago.

The same brutality that was in full force 20-plus years ago when the government raided the Branch Davidian religious compound near Waco, Texas—targeting residents with loud music, bright lights, bulldozers, flash-bang grenades, tear gas, tanks and gunfire, and leaving 80 individuals, including two dozen children, dead—were on full display more than 50 years ago when government agents unleashed fire hoses and police dogs on civil rights protesters, children included.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

The sticking point is not whether Americans must see eye-to-eye on these varied issues but whether they can agree that no one should be treated in such a fashion by their own government.

Our greatest defense against home-grown tyranny has always been our strength in numbers as a citizenry.

America’s founders hinted at it again and again. The Declaration of Independence refers to “one people.” The preamble to the Constitution opens with those three powerful words: “We the People.” Years later, the Gettysburg Address declared that we are a “government of the people, by the people, for the people.”

Despite these stark reminders that the government exists for our benefit and was intended to serve our needs, “We the People” have yet to marshal our greatest weapon against oppression: our strength lies in our numbers.

Had 318 million Americans taken to the streets to protest the government’s SWAT team raids that left innocent children like Aiyana Jones or Baby Bou Bou dead or scarred, there would be no 80,000 SWAT team raids a year.

Had 318 million Americans raised their voices against police shootings of unarmed citizens such as Alton Sterling and Walter Scott, there would be far less use of excessive force by the police.

Had 318 million Americans stood shoulder-to-shoulder and rejected the ruling oligarchy, pork barrel legislation, profit-driven prisons, endless wars and asset forfeiture schemes, government corruption would be the exception rather than the rule.

Had 318 million Americans told the government to stop drilling through sacred Native American lands, stop spraying protesters with water cannons in below-freezing temperatures, stop using its military might to intimidate and shut down First Amendment activity, and to stop allowing Corporate America to dictate how the battle lines are drawn, there would be no Standing Rock.

Unfortunately, 318 million Americans have yet to agree on anything, especially the source of their oppression.

This is how tyrants come to power and stay in power.

Authoritarian regimes begin with incremental steps. Overcriminalization, surveillance of innocent citizens, imprisonment for nonviolent—victimless—crimes, etc. Slowly, bit by bit, the citizenry finds its freedoms being curtailed and undermined for the sake of national security.

No one speaks up for those being targeted. No one resists these minor acts of oppression. No one recognizes the indoctrination into tyranny for what it is.

As I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, historically this failure to speak truth to power has resulted in whole populations being conditioned to tolerate unspoken cruelty toward their fellow human beings, a bystander syndrome in which people remain silent and disengaged—mere onlookers—in the face of abject horrors and injustice.

Time has insulated us from the violence perpetrated by past regimes in their pursuit of power: the crucifixion and slaughter of innocents by the Romans, the torture of the Inquisition, the atrocities of the Nazis, the butchery of the Fascists, the bloodshed by the Communists, and the cold-blooded war machines run by the military industrial complex.

We can disassociate from such violence. We can convince ourselves that we are somehow different from the victims of government abuse. We can treat news coverage of protests such as Standing Rock and the like as just another channel to flip in our search for better entertainment. We can continue to spout empty campaign rhetoric about how great America is, despite the evidence to the contrary. We can avoid responsibility for holding the government accountable. We can zip our lips and bind our hands and shut our eyes.

In other words, we can continue to exist in a state of denial.

Whatever we do or don’t do, it won’t change the facts: the police state is here.

“There comes a time,” concluded Martin Luther King Jr., “when silence is betrayal.”

The people of Nazi Germany learned this lesson the hard way.

A German pastor who openly opposed Hitler and spent the last seven years of Nazi rule in a concentration camp, Martin Niemoller warned:

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

The people of the American Police State will never have any hope of fighting government tyranny if we’re busy fighting each other.

When all is said and done, the only thing we really need to agree on is that we are all Americans.

So if this isn’t your fight—if you believe that authority is more important than liberty—if you don’t agree with a particular group’s position on an issue and by your silence tacitly support the treatment meted out to them—if you think you’re a better citizen or a more patriotic American—if you want to play it safe—and if don’t want to risk getting shot, tased, pepper-sprayed, struck with a baton, thrown to the ground, arrested and/or labeled an extremist—then by all means, remain silent. Stand down. Cower in the face of the police. Turn your eyes away from injustice. Find any excuse to suggest that the so-called victims of the police state deserved what they got.

But remember, when that rifle (or taser, or water cannon, or bully stick) finally gets pointed in your direction—and it will—when there’s no one left to stand up for you or speak up for you, remember that you were warned.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

Regardless of who you hate, and believe me I am as bad as anyone reading this, if you have any intelligence at all, then you must see that John is absolutely right on this subject. I do not support his continued allegiance to the Bar, but on this subject he has nailed it. Think for a minute about who and what you are, and consider the truth about having been brainwashed by our government controlled education and media industry’s, now just who are you loyal to? Are you stupid enough to think being a hard core liberal or conservative makes you an American? Do you call yourself an American by hating everyone but your political ideology? We are all in this shit-hole together and the Banking Cartel has no favorites. Does it not make more sense to turn your hatred on those who are responsible for manipulating the whole damn country into becoming a war zone against their neighbor? It is true that our government is a putrid agent of the Banking Cartel, and directly responsible, but just who is supporting them? Is it you? The time has come for all Americans to reject this government in all its corporate forms, and revert to the Declaration of Independence for guidance. Let the bastards know you will not stand by and be slaves to tyranny. If we had a real Republic and honest currency, the scumbags in DC would have no wind in their sails. The Media pukes would have to support us or go belly up. The military would have to choose between the Banking Cartel and their loved ones, and ditto for the killer cops. A tyrannical government is no different than the most insane killer, and needs to be done away with. Remember this, the Banking Cartel must have degenerate politicians to function, and ditto for soldiers to kill for them, so take out the bankers and protect your freedom. Call for a world wide illumination of the International Banking Cartel. Let them have no place to hide.

The AntiTrump Riots are a Smoke Screen: The Real Goal is, Eliminate the Electoral College

Many seem bewildered by the anti-Trump riots and demonstrations. And many keep trying to find a reasonable response. Give it up. You can’t reason with them with words.

Here is my take. They know full well that they aren’t going to overturn the election. These privately funded forces are being used to create pressure to destroy the Electoral College so they won’t have to deal with it next election. This is how the Left operates. Make a big deal over here to force the hidden agenda over there. The plan is to make enough trouble that Congress will move to abolish the EC to get some peace.

For clues on who is behind this effort one only has to watch to see which member of  Congress proposes such action. The answer of course is California Senator Barbara Boxer. It only took a week after the election for her to come to the rescue of the broken and distraught Left.

Meanwhile, hidden forces are now meeting with and brow beating members of the Electoral College to get them to change their vote from the true winner of their state and vote out Trump.

The danger is real and gaining ground. But it didn’t start with this election result. A campaign to eliminate the Electoral College and “let the people elect the president,” has been gaining steam for several years. A group called “National Popular Vote Interstate Compact,” http://www.nationalpopularvote.com/ started in 2006, has won commitments from eleven states to award their electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote. These include, Maryland, New Jersey, Illinois, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, Massachusetts, California, New York, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. These states control 165 electoral votes. They only need states representing 105 more electoral votes to join and the Electoral College will be a thing of the past. Meanwhile, such legislation is under consideration in Missouri, Oklahoma and Arizona, to name a few.

When a state passes legislation to join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, it pledges that all of that state’s electoral votes will be given to whichever presidential candidate wins the popular vote nationwide. These bills will take effect only when states with a majority of the electoral votes have passed similar legislation. States with electoral votes totaling 270 of the 538 electoral votes would have to pass NPV bills before the compact kicks in and any state’s bill could take effect.

As usual, it’s easy to get people to join this cause – yet another sound bite based on emotion rather than knowledge or logic. “Let the people decide.” “It’s the American way.” “It’s Democracy at work.” Yep, that’s why America was never set up as a democracy. Here’s another sound bite for you – “Democracy is a lynch mob.” Here’s another one – “Democracy is three wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.” Majority rule violates the rights of minorities. It’s not a good thing.  Get the picture?

The United States was created by the individual sovereign states. They were already free and independent governments on their own. As they came together to create a central government they feared it would grow too strong and overpower the states, making them subjugated to the central government. So, to prevent that, the states created the Electoral College to make the election of the President a STATE election.

Throughout history, certain factions have challenged the legality of the Electoral College. Opponents point out that our President is actually elected by 538 virtually unknown people who are members of 51 small delegations in fifty States and the District of Columbia. Moreover, in most states the electors are not even bound to vote for the candidate that won the popular vote. In fact, many Constitutional scholars believe that’s just what the founders intended, 538 independent thinkers, bound to no one. There is reason and logic behind the idea.

The Founding Fathers, particularly those from small States, were very concerned that they would be smothered by the larger states. Under the representative republic (not a democracy) established by the founders, the United States is made up of fifty sovereign States. Under the Constitution, except for limited powers specifically defined for the central government, power for the rule of law is intended to reside in the States.

To deal with the problem, the founders decided on a compromise that would establish two chambers for the Congress; the House of Representatives, whose size would be dictated by the population in each state and the Senate in which every state would get two representatives, regardless of its size or population. You see, in the beginning, the states appointed Senators to be their representatives in Congress. But, like these so-called scholars of today who want to wreck the Electoral College, previous “experts” came up with the idea that Senators should be elected by the people – “It’s only fair,” went the mantra! The result is an imperial Senate that answers to no one but their own elite club members. That’s what happens when you mess with the real genius of the Constitution.

The same problem arose in deciding how to select a President, the one nationally-elected official. Here again there was the fear that election by popular vote would overwhelm the will of smaller States. Again, compromise was reached to address the issue in a fair and equitable manner in order to maintain the power of the states. Each state was assigned a number of presidential electoral votes equal to its representation in the House and the Senate. In each state, the electors would vote for a President and Vice President. The candidate receiving the largest number of electoral votes would be elected.

Under the plan, the connection to the popular vote was the selection of state electors. The popular vote was to be used to select individuals trusted by the people to select the President. Each presidential candidate has a slate of electors committed to them. As the people vote for a candidate, they are actually electing his/her slate of electors. Again, the selection of electors goes directly to local control of the process. Under the Constitution, even the smallest state was assured at least three votes in the process. To provide a further check to protect the smaller states, in the event no candidate won a majority of the electoral vote, the names of the top five would go to the House of Representatives, where each state delegation would cast one vote for one of the candidates. In this process each state, again, is equal.

To understand the Electoral College one must realize that the Founders considered the states as the dominate power in the nation. Election of the office of President was a bit like the selection of the Chairman of the Board, with the states serving as the board of directors for the nation. The great mistake Electoral College opponents make is to believe the President was supposed to be elected by the people. It was never the plan.

There are fundamental and often regional differences in how Americans view the role of government and the leaders they elect to run it. Little wonder those who seek to strengthen the power of the central government prefer that elections be decided by the popular vote. It’s a great sound bite- but the results will not give “the people” the “fair” result they desire.

Such a move will eliminate the power of individual states in favor of elections decided by the population of large, politically liberal cities. I’ve actually heard it said by residents of California, San Francisco, in particular, “why do we even let people in Ohio and Iowa vote?” Such elitism is behind the “National Popular Vote” movement which apparently believes that only the East and West Coasts count. The rest is just flyover country.

Keep these facts in mind as we watch the enforcement of Sustainable Development policies that lead to Smart Growth cities. The stated plans of such ideas are that most people will eventually be ‘persuaded” to leave the rural areas and migrate to the cities. In addition, we now are witnessing the invasion of illegal immigrants who normally land in such communities and swell their size.

The “feel good” propaganda of the National Popular Vote movement insists that a popular vote would not change the face of the nation. However, by design or not, the fact is their scheme plays right into the hands of the Sustainablists who openly seek top down control through the establishment of mega cities. By forcing the massive majority of citizens into such areas, a majority vote in just a few will drown any other area in the nation.

In such a planned agenda for the 21st Century, individuals living in the majority of the nation’s territory will quickly learn how little their “popular vote” counts if the Electoral College is abandoned by the “National Popular Vote” scheme. Those smaller states (and therefore their votes) may have no impact on the election of the President, just as our founders feared. Control by a few over the many can only be defined as tyranny.

The abolishment of the Electoral College would, in fact, establish an election tyranny giving control of the government to the massive population centers of the nation’s Northeastern sector, along with the area around Los Angeles. If these sections of the nation were to control the election of our nation’s leaders, the voice of the ranchers and farmers of the Mid and Far West would be lost, along with the values and virtues of the South. It would also mean the end of the Tenth Amendment and state sovereignty.

Not happy to even let the states decide if they want to support the idea of the National Popular vote or not, the hard Left has manufactured the unrest in the streets to pressure a fast solution. Senator Boxer has answered the call with immediate legislation to end the Electoral College. Her bill masquerades as the answer to the people’s unrest. And the deal is done. Just like that. In the end, the result will have nothing to do with Donald Trump. He is just the convenient excuse.

Allow that to happen now and the great silent majority of middle America in this nation will never again have a fair say in who is elected our president. And that is the true goal of today’s unrest.

Tom DeWeese is one of the nation’s leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, personal privacy, back-to-basics education and American sovereignty and independence.
