As the National Defense Authorization Act 2014 heads to Obama's desk as an even more draconian piece of legislation than it was previously, states have taken notice and are beginning to intensify their efforts to nullify it.
Michigan was the latest to opt for full nullificationafter Governor Rick Snyder (R) signed bill SB0094 into law.
New Hampshire has now taken a critical step toward nullification with the introduction of their billHB1279, scheduled to be formally presented on January 8th, 2014.
New Hampshire's bill has bipartisan support among its five sponsors, and is based on the model legislation of The Tenth Amendment Center. While other states like Michigan have offered some opposition contained in their legislation, many lack the thorough resistance being proposed by the "Live Free or Die" state of New Hampshire.
The following analysis introduces the bill:
This bill prohibits the state, political subdivisions, and the national guard from participating in enforcement of the counterterrorism detainment provisions of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act.
The full text is as follows:
PROTECTION FROM MILITARY ACTION
642:1 Protection Against Military Action Within New Hampshire. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, no New Hampshire agency, political subdivision, or employee of either acting in his or her official capacity, and no member of the New Hampshire national guard when such member is serving in the national guard, may knowingly engage in any activity that aids an agency of or the armed forces of the United States in the execution of 50 U.S.C. section 1541 as provided by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, Public Law 112-18, section 1021, or any other similar law, order or regulation, in the investigation, arrest, detention, extra-judicial transfer to foreign jurisdictions or entities, military tribunal or trial, of any person within the United States. Nothing herein shall be interpreted to prevent cooperation with federal civilian authorities not acting pursuant to 50 U.S.C. section 1541, as provided by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, Public Law 112-18, section 1021, or any other similar law, order, or regulation.
Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2015.
This type of legislation is essential, as it prohibits the much-needed local cooperation required by such federal dictates as the NDAA. It also closes the gaps left in other states' legislation.
Michael Boldin explains:
It bans indefinite detention assistance to not just the U.S. Armed Forces, but any federal agency. It also broadens the scope beyond the specific sections of the 2012 NDAA to “any other similar law, order or regulation.” (emphasis added) [Source]
The Tenth Amendment Center comments on the significance of the strategy behind their model legislation:
Our research shows that at least 80% of all federal enforcement actions rely heavily on such “partnerships,” and that’s a very conservative estimate. The Liberty Preservation Act would ban this law enforcement participation.
When the federal government carries out an enforcement action, it not only relies on state or local law enforcement to carry the burden of much of the physical enforcement actions, it also relies heavily on logistics and information-sharing with state agencies. Whether the information is provided by fusion centers (which are often heavily funded by states and operated by them) or through sharing agreements, the Liberty Preservation Act would ban such actions. It would also ban all logistics assistance, setting up road blocks, putting on handcuffs, use of state or local jail or prison facilities, and the like.
As James Madison said, such a “refusal to cooperate” when done in multiple states can effectively stop federal acts by creating “obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.”

The Liberty Preservation Act – and local ordinance – bans participation with or assistance in any way with any federal act which purports to authorize the indefinite detention of a person within the United States. James Madison, known as the Father of the Constitution, gave us a blueprint for stopping federal overreach. In Federalist 46, he argued that a “refusal to comply with officers of the Union” along with other actions at the state and local level would create a situation where the federal government would have an almost impossible time enforcing their acts. When several states join together and do the same, Madison said it would “present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.”

In the Virginia Resolutions of 1798, Madison wrote that “in case of a deliberate, palpable, and dangerous exercise” of power by the federal government, states “have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil.” Thomas Jefferson, in the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798, wrote that “where powers are assumed which have not been delegated, a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy”
“that every State has a natural right in cases not within the compact to nullify of their own authority all assumptions of power by others within their limits: that without this right, they would be under the dominion, absolute and unlimited, of whosoever might exercise this right of judgment for them”
Indefinite Detention represents just the kind of dangerous, palpable evil Madison was talking about, and the assumptions of power that Jefferson was talking about.
Our model legislation is based on the principles and advice of James Madison and Thomas Jefferson. It’s not going to be easy, and there’s no guarantee of success. But, if we sit back and wait for the federal government to stop its own indefinite detention programs, we’ll wait forever.
So, as those founders advised, we’re taking action without the feds, and taking every step possible to create “obstructions,” and a “refusal to comply with officers of the Union,” as Madison advised. The goal is to get enough states and localities on board so that indefinite detention is rendered null and void, as Jefferson advised.
INDEFINITE DETENTION REPEALED?
While some believe that the 2013 NDAA eliminated indefinite detention, it did not. Dianne Feinstein introduced a very weak amendment to 2013 – and it failed anyway. 2012 indefinite detention provisions remain intact – and the Obama administration is aggressively defending them in court today.
Last year, Federal Judge Katherine Forrest struck down these indefinite detention powers as unconstitutional and issued a temporary court order blocking their use. That order was revoked by an appeals court and indefinite detention powers remain while the case is currently on appeal but not decided.
Additionally, when Judge Forrest asked Obama administration attorneys if the federal government was using indefinite detention in violation of her temporary order blocking it, they refused to confirm, leaving the door open for potential use of these powers in secret, even in outright defiance of an order from the federal courts.
All attempts to stop indefinite detention on a federal level – in courts and the congress – have so far failed. It remains the so-called “law of the land” and deserves to be nullified.
Some opponents of these efforts claim that the U.S. Constitution’s “supremacy clause” prevents your local community from taking action. But this is a complete misunderstanding, not only of the supremacy clause, but of the local legislation as well. There is absolutely ZERO serious dispute about the fact that the federal government cannot “commandeer” the states (or their political subdivisions, local governments) to carry out its laws. None. Even the Supreme Court has affirmed this multiple times.
In the 1842 case, Prigg v. Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court ruled that States couldn’t be required to help the feds carry out programs to capture and return runaway slaves.
In the 1992 case, New York v. United States, the Supreme Court ruled that Congress couldn’t require states to enact specified waste disposal regulations.
In the 1997 case, Printz v. United States, the Supreme Court ruled that the federal government could not command state law enforcement authorities to conduct background checks on prospective handgun purchasers.
In the 2012 case, National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius, the Supreme Court ruled that a significant expansion of Medicaid was not a valid exercise of Congress’s spending power, as it would coerce states to either accept the expansion or risk losing existing Medicaid funding.
In each case, the Supreme Court made it quite clear that, in their opinion, the federal government cannot require the states to act, or even coerce them to act through a threat to cut funding. Their opinion is correct. If the feds pass a law, they can sure try to enforce it if they want. But the states, and your local communities, absolutely do not have to help them in any way.
While there is no silver bullet to stop Indefinite Detention, you have an option. Wait for the federal government to give up this power, or resist it in any way possible.
These steps are just the first step of what will likely be a multi-year campaign to resist, refuse to comply, and nullify the unconstitutional indefinite detention regime.
Once these first steps are moving forward in a number of states, the next – more aggressive – levels of resistance can take place successfully.
In the end, Rosa Parks already proved it. Saying “No!” can change the world.

Beginning in January, the Department of Homeland Security will begin the phased implementation of a national identity card.
Your ID may still look like a state-issued driver's license, but the federal government will require all state IDs to be fully compliant with DHS standards under the REAL ID Act by May 2017.
Some of those standards may seem like a good idea at first blush. For instance, to obtain a compliant ID, a person will supposedly be required to submit a valid birth certificate or proof of citizenship or legal permanent residence.
Considering the porous nature of the U.S. border, this sounds like it may help with the illegal alien problem.
Also, the IDs will have new security features to prevent counterfeiting, they will contain your personal information on both a magnetic strip and a bar code, and the IDs will only be issued in state facilities where all the employees have undergone security and criminal background checks.
This will cause obvious problems in states such as California, where one of the worst-kept secrets is that if you know the right person at the DMV, you can get an ID regardless of validating documents, stories of buying IDs at flea markets are plentiful, and there is a brisk trade in birth certificates and baptism records.
But the DHS push for verified IDs may actually add to the pressure on Congress to pass amnesty for illegal’s, rather than lead to enforcement of our immigration laws. The Democratic Party is desperate to inflate its voter base with the millions of illegal immigrants in this country, and it won't stand for law enforcement officials getting in the way of securing power well into the future.
Another feature of the national ID cards is that they will be compliant with the standards of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative.
On its surface, compliance with the WHTI will allow you to travel throughout North, Central and South America, including the Caribbean and Bermuda.
The WHTI will be phased in first for air travel, then for ground and sea travel.
Both the WHTI and the national ID are the results of laws passed by Congress in 2004 and 2005 in response to recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.
The big catch to having a WHTI-compliant national ID, though, is that not only is it yet another route for tracking you and putting your personal information in the government's spying apparatus, but any person who doesn't have their ID won't be able to travel anywhere legally. The TSA will prevent you from air travel, with trains and boats soon to follow. Of course, driving anyplace without a license is a good way to get tossed in the slammer already, and hidden in the DHS's security protocols are plans for establishing freeway checkpoints and roadblocks where you will be asked for your papers.
Should any state not comply with the federal regulations, its entire population will be barred from travel until it gets in line.
The day of the free-wheeling American will soon be over. All for your convenience and safety, of course.
Now, will you get off your dead ass and get busy in the patriot community? Fifty million people complaining every damn day will drive them out of their cock-roach mind. Learn how to call your State reps, and tell them you will vote them out of the damn country. The alternative is going to be a living hell on earth, as a National I.D. is nothing compared to home searches without restitution for damages.
And these two things are just a drop in the tyrants bucket. Wait until they steal your savings, & retirement accounts, and all you’re other investments. Wait until social services take’s your children away because you let them play outside alone.

When the Industrial Revolution began in Britain, in the late 1700s, there was lots of money to be made by investing in factories and mills, by opening up new markets, and by gaining control of sources of raw materials. The folks who had the most money to invest, however, were not so much in Britain but more in Holland. Holland had been the leading Western power in the 1600s, and its bankers were the leading capitalists. In pursuit of profit, Dutch capital flowed to the British stock market, and thus the Dutch funded the rise of Britain, who subsequently eclipsed Holland both economically and geopolitically.
In this way British industrialism came to be dominated by wealthy investors, and capitalism became the dominant economic system. This led to a major social transformation. Britain had been essentially an aristocratic society, dominated by landholding families. As capitalism became dominant economically, capitalists became dominant politically. Tax structures and import-export policies were gradually changed to favour investors over landowners.
It was no longer economically viable to simply maintain an estate in the countryside: one needed to develop it, turn it to more productive use. Victorian dramas are filled with stories of aristocratic families who fall on hard times, and are forced to sell off their properties. For dramatic purposes, this decline is typically attributed to a failure in some character, a weak eldest son perhaps. But in fact the decline of aristocracy was part of a larger social transformation brought on by the rise of capitalism.
The business of the capitalist is the management of capital, and this management is generally handled through the mediation of banks and brokerage houses. It should not be surprising that investment bankers came to occupy the top of the hierarchy of capitalist wealth and power. And in fact, there are a handful of banking families, including the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers, who have come to dominate economic and political affairs in the Western world.
Unlike aristocrats, capitalists are not tied to a place, or to the maintenance of a place. Capital is disloyal and mobile – it flows to where the most growth can be found, as it flowed from Holland to Britain, then from Britain to the USA, and most recently from everywhere to China. Just as a copper mine might be exploited and then abandoned, so under capitalism a whole nation can be exploited and then abandoned, as we see in the rusting industrial areas of America and Britain.
This detachment from place leads to a different kind of geopolitics under capitalism, as compared to aristocracy. A king goes to war when he sees an advantage to his nation in doing so. Historians can ‘explain’ the wars of pre-capitalist days, in terms of the aggrandisement of monarchs and nations.
A capitalist stirs up a war in order to make profits, and in fact our elite banking families have financed both sides of most military conflicts since at least World War 1. Hence historians have a hard time ‘explaining’ World War 1 in terms of national motivations and objectives.
In pre-capitalist days warfare was like chess, each side trying to win. Under capitalism warfare is more like a casino, where the players battle it out as long as they can get credit for more chips, and the real winner always turns out to be the house – the bankers who finance the war and decide who will be the last man standing. Not only are wars the most profitable of all capitalist ventures, but by choosing thewinners, and managing the reconstruction, the elite banking families are able, over time, to tune the geopolitical configuration to suit their own interests.
Nations and populations are but pawns in their games. Millions die in wars, infrastructures are destroyed, and while the world mourns, the bankers are counting their winnings and making plans for their postwar reconstruction investments.
From their position of power, as the financiers of governments, the banking elite have over time perfected their methods of control. Staying always behind the scenes, they pull the strings controlling the media, the political parties, the intelligence agencies, the stock markets, and the offices of government. And perhaps their greatest lever of power is their control over currencies. By means of their central-bank scam, they engineer boom and bust cycles, and they print money from nothing and then loan it at interest to governments. The power of the elite banking gang (the ‘banksters’) is both absolute and subtle…

The End of Growth – Banksters vs. Capitalism
It was always inevitable, on a finite planet, that there would be a limit to economic growth. Industrialisation has enabled us to rush headlong toward that limit over the past two centuries. Production has become ever more efficient, markets have become ever more global, and finally the paradigm of perpetual growth has reached the point of diminishing returns.
Indeed, that point was actually reached by about 1970. Since then capital has not so much sought growth through increased production, but rather by extracting greater returns from relatively flat production levels. Hence globalisation, which moved production to low-waged areas, providing greater profit margins. Hence privatisation, which transfers revenue streams to investors that formerly went to national treasuries. Hence derivative and currency markets, which create the electronic illusion of economic growth, without actually producing anything in the real world.
For almost forty years, the capitalist system was kept going by these various mechanisms, none of which were productive in any real sense. And then in September 2008 this house of cards collapsed, all of a sudden, bringing the global financial system to its knees.
If one studies the collapse of civilisations, one learns that failure-to-adapt is fatal. Is our civilisation falling into that trap? We had two centuries of real growth, where the growth-dynamic of capitalism was in harmony with the reality of industrial growth. Then we had four decades of artificial growth – capitalism being sustained by a house of cards. And now, after the house of cards has collapsed, every effort is apparently being made to bring about ‘a recovery’ – of growth! It is very easy to get the impression that our civilisation is in the process of collapse, based on the failure-to-adapt principle.
Such an impression would be partly right and partly wrong. In order to understand the real situation we need to make a clear distinction between the capitalist elite and capitalism itself. Capitalism is an economic system driven by growth; the capitalist elite are the folks who have managed to gain control of the Western world while capitalism has operated over the past two centuries. The capitalist system is past its sell-by date, the bankster elite are well aware of that fact – and they are adapting.
Capitalism is a vehicle that helped bring the banksters to absolute power, but they have no more loyalty to that system than they have to place, or to anything or anyone. As mentioned earlier, they think on a global scale, with nations and populations as pawns. They define what money is and they issue it, just like the banker in a game of Monopoly. They can also make up a new game with a new kind of money. They have long outgrown any need to rely on any particular economic system in order to maintain their power. Capitalism was handy in an era of rapid growth. For an era of non-growth, a different game is being prepared.
Thus, capitalism was not allowed to die a natural death. Instead it was brought down by a controlled demolition. First it was put on a life-support system, as mentioned above, with globalisation, privatisation, currency markets, etc. Then it was injected with a euthanasia death-drug, in the form of real-estate bubbles and toxic derivatives. Finally, the Bank of International Settlements in Basel – the central bank of central banks – pulled the plug on the life-support system: they declared the ‘mark-to-market rule’, which made all the risk-holding banks instantly insolvent, although it took a while for this to become apparent. Every step in this process was carefully planned and managed by the central-banking clique.
The End of Sovereignty – Restoring the Ancien Régime
Just as the financial collapse was carefully managed, so was the post-collapse scenario, with its suicidal bailout programs. National budgets were already stretched; they certainly did not have reserves available to salvage the insolvent banks. Thus the bailout commitments amounted to nothing more than the taking on of astronomical new debts by governments. In order to service the bailout commitments, the money would need to be borrowed from the same financial system that was being bailed out!
It’s not that the banks were too big to fail, rather the banksters were too powerful to fail: they made politicians an offer they couldn’t refuse. In the USA, Congress was told that without bailouts there would be martial law the next morning. In Ireland, the Ministers were told there would be financial chaos and rioting in the streets. In fact, as Iceland demonstrated, the sensible way to deal with the insolvent banks was with an orderly process of receivership.
The effect of the coerced bailouts was to transfer insolvency from the banks to the national treasuries. Banking debts were transformed into sovereign debts and budget deficits. Now, quite predictably, it is the nations that are seeking bailouts, and those bailouts come with conditions attached. Instead of the banks going into receivership, the nations are going into receivership.
In his book, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, John Perkins explains how the third world has been coerced over the past several decades – through pressure and trickery of various kinds – into perpetual debt bondage. By design, the debts can never be repaid. Instead, the debts must be periodically refinanced, and each round of refinancing buries the nation deeper in debt – and compels the nation to submit to even more drastic IMF diktats. With the orchestrated financial collapse, and the ‘too big to fail’ scam, the banksters have now crossed the Rubicon: the hit-man agenda is now operating here in the first world.
In the EU, the first round of nations to go down will be the so-called PIGS – Portugal, Ireland, Greece, and Spain. The fiction, that the PIGS can deal with the bailouts, is based on the assumption that the era of limitless growth will resume. As the banksters themselves know full well, that just isn’t going to happen. Eventually the PIGS will be forced to default, and then the rest of the EU will go down as well, all part of a controlled-demolition project.
When a nation succumbs to debt bondage, it ceases to be a sovereign nation, governed by some kind of internal political process. Instead it comes under the control of IMF diktats. As we have seen in the third world, and is happening now in Europe, these diktats are all about austerity and privatisation. Government functions are eliminated or privatised, and national assets are sold off. Little by little – again a controlled demolition – the nation state is dismantled. In the end, the primary functions left to government are police suppression of its own population, and the collection of taxes to be handed over to the banksters.
In fact, the dismantling of the nation state began long before the financial collapse of 2008. In the USA and Britain, it began in 1980, with Reagan and Thatcher. In Europe, it began in 1988, with the Maastricht Treaty. Globalisation accelerated the dismantling process, with the exporting of jobs and industry, privatisation programs, ‘free trade’ agreements, and the establishment of the regulation-busting World Trade Organisation (WTO). Events since 2008 have enabled the rapid acceleration of a process that was already well underway.
With the collapse, the bailouts, and the total failure to pursue any kind of effective recovery program, the signals are very clear: the system will be allowed to collapse totally, thus clearing the ground for a pre-architected ‘solution’. As the nation state is being dismantled, a new regime of global governance is being established to replace it. As we can see with the WTO, IMF, World Bank, and the other pieces of the embryonic world government, the new global system will make no pretensions about popular representation or democratic process. Rule will be by means of autocratic global bureaucracies, which will take their orders, directly or indirectly, from the bankster clique.
In his book, The Globalization of Poverty, Michel Chossudovsky explains how globalisation, and the actions of the IMF, created massive poverty throughout the third world over the past several decades. As we can see, with the dramatic emphasis on austerity following the collapse and bailouts, this poverty-creation project has now crossed the Rubicon. In this new world system there will be no prosperous middle class. Indeed, the new regime will very much resemble the old days of royalty and serfdom (the ancien régime). The banksters are the new royal family, with the whole world as their dominion. The technocrats who run the global bureaucracies, and the mandarins who pose as politicians in the residual nations, are the privileged upper class. The rest of us, the overwhelming majority, will find ourselves in the role of impoverished serfs – if we are lucky enough to be one of the survivors of the collapse process.
Today Americans would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.

The End of Liberty – The Global Police State
For the past four decades, since about 1970, we’ve been experiencing a regime-change process, from an old global system to a new global system. In the old system, first world nations were relatively democratic and prosperous, while the third world suffered under police state tyranny, mass poverty, and imperialism (exploitation by external powers). As discussed above, the transition process has been characterised by ‘crossing the Rubicon’ – the introduction of policies and practices into the first world, that were formerly limited, for the most part, to the third world.
Thus debt bondage to the IMF crossed the Rubicon, enabled by the collapse-bailout scam. In turn, mass poverty is crossing that same Rubicon, due to austerity measures imposed by the IMF, with its new bond-holding powers. Imperialism is also crossing the Rubicon, as the first world comes under the exploitative control of banksters and their bureaucracies, a power nexus that is external to all national identities. Unsurprisingly, police state tyranny is also crossing the Rubicon: the imposition of third world poverty levels requires third world methods of repression.
The anti-globalisation movement can be taken as the beginning of popular resistance to the process of regime change. Similarly, the police response to the Seattle anti-globalisation demonstrations, in November 1999, can be taken as the ‘crossing of the Rubicon’ for police state tyranny. The excessive and arbitrary violence of that response – including such things as holding people’s eyes open and spraying pepper into them – was unprecedented against non-violent demonstrators in a first world nation.
Ironically, that police response, particularly as it was so widely publicised, actually strengthened the anti-globalisation movement. As demonstrations grew in size and strength, the police response grew still more violent. A climax of sorts was reached in Genoa, in July 2001, when the levels of violence on both sides began to resemble almost a guerilla war.
In those days the anti-globalisation movement was dominating the international news pages, and opposition to globalisation was reaching massive proportions. The visible movement was only the tip of an anti-systemic iceberg. In a very real sense, general popular sentiment in the first world was beginning to take a radical turn. Movement leaders were now thinking in terms of an anti-capitalist movement. There was a political volatility in the air, a sense that, just maybe possibly, enlightened popular sentiment might succeed in shifting the course of events.
All of that changed on September 11, 2001, the day the towers came down. The anti-globalisation movement, along with globalisation itself, disappeared almost totally from public consciousness on that fateful day. Suddenly it was a whole new global scenario, a whole new media circus – with a new enemy, and a new kind of war, a war without end, a war against phantoms, a war against ‘terrorism’.
Earlier we saw how the orchestrated financial collapse of September 2008 enabled certain ongoing projects to be rapidly accelerated, such as the dismantlement of sovereignty, and the imposition of austerity. Similarly, the events of September 2001 enabled certain ongoing projects to be greatly accelerated, such as the abandonment of civil liberties and international law.
Before the towers had even come down, the ‘Patriot Act’ had already been drafted, proclaiming in no uncertain terms that the police state was here (in the USA) in force and here to stay – the Bill of Rights was null and void. Before long, similar ‘anti-terrorist’ legislation had been adopted throughout the first world. If any anti-systemic movement were to again raise its head in the first world (as it did, for example, recently in Greece), arbitrary police powers could be brought to bear – as much as might be necessary – to put the resistance down. No popular movement would be allowed to derail the banksters’ regime-change designs. The anti-globalisation movement had been shouting, ‘This is what real democracy looks like’. With 9/11, the banksters replied: ‘This is what real oppression looks like’.
The events of 9/11 led directly to the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan, and in general helped create a climate where invasions of sovereign nations could be readily justified, with one excuse or another. International law was to be as thoroughly abandoned as was civil liberties. Just as all restraint was removed from domestic police interventions, so was all restraint being removed from geopolitical military interventions. Nothing was to stand in the way of the banksters’ regime-change agenda.
The technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society… dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values… this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behaviour… Persisting social crisis, the emergence of a charismatic personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public confidence would be the stepping-stones in the piecemeal transformation of the United States into a highly controlled society… In addition, it may be possible – and tempting – to exploit for strategic political purposes the fruits of research on the brain and on human behaviour. – Zbigniew Brzezinski, Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era, 1970
The Post-Capitalist Era – New Myths for a New Culture
2012 might not be the exact year, but it’s difficult to see the endgame lasting much beyond that – and the masters of the universe love symbolism, as with 911 (both in Chile and in Manhattan), KLA 007, and others. 2012 is loaded with symbolism, eg. the Mayan Calendar, and the Internet is buzzing with various 2012-related prophecies, survival strategies, anticipated alien interventions, etc. And then there is the Hollywood film, 2012, which explicitly portrays the demise of most of humanity, and the pre-planned salvation of a select few. One never knows with Hollywood productions, what is escapist fantasy, and what is aimed at preparing the public mind symbolically for what is to come.
Whatever the exact date, all the threads will come together, geopolitically and domestically, and the world will change. It will be a new era, just as capitalism was a new era after aristocracy, and the Dark Ages followed the era of the Roman Empire. Each era has its own structure, its own economics, its own social forms, and its own mythology. These things must relate to one another coherently, and their nature follows from the fundamental power relationships and economic circumstances of the system.
Whenever there is a change of era, the previous era is always demonised in a new mythology. In the Garden of Eden story the serpent is demonised – a revered symbol in paganism, the predecessor to monotheism. With the rise of European nation states, the Catholic Church was demonised, and Protestantism introduced. When republics came along, the demonisation of monarchs was an important part of the process. In the post-2012 world, democracy and national sovereignty will be demonised. This will be very important, in getting people to accept arbitrary totalitarian rule…
In those terrible dark days, before the blessed unification of humanity, anarchy reigned in the world. One nation would attack another, no better than predators in the wild. Nations had no long-term coherence; voters would swing from one party to another, keeping governments always in transition and confusion. How did anyone ever think that masses of semi-educated people could govern themselves, and run a complex society? Democracy was an ill-conceived experiment that led only to corruption and chaotic governance. How lucky we are to be in this well-ordered world, where humanity has finally grown up, and those with the best expertise make the decisions for the whole globe.
Capitalism is about growth, progress, and change. Under capitalism the virtues of ambition, initiative, and competitiveness are praised, because those virtues serve the dynamics of capitalism. People are encouraged to always accumulate more, and never be satisfied with what they have. Under capitalism, people need to have a bit of liberty, and a bit of prosperity, so that the dynamics of capitalism can operate. Without some liberty, ambition cannot be pursued; without some prosperity, how could accumulation be pursued? In the post-capitalist world, the capitalist virtues will be demonised. This will be very important, in getting people to accept poverty and regimentation…
The pursuit of money is the root of all evil, and the capitalist system was inherently corrupt and wasteful. Anarchy reined in the marketplace, as corporations blindly pursued profit, with no concern for human needs or for the Earth. How much more sensible are our production brigades, producing only what is needed, and using only what is sustainable. Capitalism encouraged greed and consumption; people struggled to compete with one another, to ‘get ahead’ in the rat race. How much wiser we are now, to live within our ration quotas, and to accept our assigned duties, whatever they might be, in service to humanity.
In this regime change, ushering in the post-capitalist era, we’re seeing a conscious orchestration of economics, politics, geopolitics, and mythology – as one coordinated project. A whole new reality is being created, a whole new global culture. When it comes down to it, the ability to transform culture is the ultimate form of power. In only a single generation, a new culture becomes ‘the way things are’. And what, we might inquire, might stand in the way of any future manipulations of the cultural regime that the bankster royal family might contemplate?
Ever since public education was introduced, the state and the family have competed to control childhood conditioning – and it is in childhood that culture is transmitted to the next generation. In the micromanaged post-capitalist future, we’ll most likely see the ‘final solution’ of social control, which is for the state to monopolise child raising. This would eliminate from society the parent-child bond, and hence family-related bonds in general. No longer is there a concept of relatives, just fellow members of the hive. The family must be demonised. Already, here in Ireland, there are daily TV spots dramatising the plight of children who are being abused or neglected by their parents…
How scary were the old days, when unlicensed, untrained couples had total control over vulnerable children, behind closed doors, with whatever neuroses, addictions, or perversions the parents happened to possess. How did this vestige of patriarchal slavery, this safe-house den of child abuse, continue so long to exist, and not be recognised for what it was? How much better off we are now, with children being raised scientifically, by trained staff, where they are taught discipline and healthy values.

We have many heroes in our midst and some of the most tireless and courageous are those who have been very active in the 9/11 Truth movement for over ten years. It is impossible to overstate the importance of recognizing the magnitude of damage done to the American republic from the 9/11 false flag attack. It was the fulcrum event launching the global war on terror resulting in the deaths of thousands of US soldiers, disabling many more, killing millions of innocent civilians in the middle east and devastating the lives of tens of millions. The effects at home have been nothing short of catastrophic as (1) a steady metastasis of an encroaching police state eviscerates our Constitution and civil liberties; (2) a black hole of military expenditures accelerates America's trajectory into fiscal insolvency; and (3) as an event that provided a smokescreen for large scale criminal activity to include financial and corporate crime.
The 9/11 false flag could be said to be the second major coup, after JFK's assassination, to be foisted on a mostly unsuspecting American public ultimately intended to deprive us of our God given rights to freedom, dignity, and self determination, gifted to us by the greatest minds of the Enlightenment and the countless men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for generations of Americans. 9/11 spawned a form of malignant cancer on our civilization that must be exposed now at this critical juncture in our collective history.
Thankfully, the 9/11 Truth movement is still working hard to educate the public and has written extensively and produced documentaries to that end. The most recent 9/11 Truth film "September 11: The New Pearl Harbor" is a brilliant example, utilizing expert researchers who "knock it out of the ballpark" and thus shame disinformation propagandists as establishment buffoons. While the subject matter is sobering, to say the least, never before have I relished an opportunity to cheer on the "good guys". Please watch the documentary in full and then share this with everyone you know and in as many internet forums and networks as you possibly can so we can come together as one voice to defend our basic human rights.

There have been several good films and videos about 9/11. But the new film by award-winning film-maker Massimo Mazzucco is in a class by itself.
For those of us who have been working on 9/11 for a long time, this is the film we have been waiting for.
Whereas there are excellent films treating the falsity of particular parts of the official account, such as the Twin Towers or WTC 7, Mazzucco has given us a comprehensive documentary treatment of 9/11, dealing with virtually all of the issues.
There have, of course, been films that treated the fictional official story as true. And there are films that use fictional stories to portray people’s struggles after starting to suspect the official story to be false.
But there is no fiction in Mazzucco’s film – except in the sense that it clearly and relentlessly exposes every part of the official account as fictional.
Because of his intent at completeness, Mazzucco has given us a 5-hour film. It is so fascinating and fast-paced that many will want to watch it in one sitting. But this is not necessary, as the film, which fills 3 DVDs, consists of 7 parts, each of which is divided into many short chapters.
These 7 parts treat Air Defence, The Hijackers, The Airplanes, The Pentagon, Flight 93, The Twin Towers, and Building 7. In each part, after presenting facts that contradict the official story, Mazzucco deals with the claims of the debunkers (meaning those who try to debunk the evidence provided by the 9/11 research community).
The Introduction, reflecting the film’s title, deals with 12 uncanny parallels between Pearl Harbor and September 11.
The film can educate people who know nothing about 9/11 (beyond the official story), those with a moderate amount of knowledge about the various problems with the official story, and even by experts. (I myself learned many things.)
Mazzucco points out that his film covers 12 years of public debate about 9/11. People who have been promoting 9/11 truth for many of these years will see that their labors have been well-rewarded: There is now a high-quality, carefully-documented film that dramatically shows the official story about 9/11 to be a fabrication through and through.
This is truly the film we have been waiting for.

In this world of words there are billions of people vomiting hate and heresy every day and it has a tendency to infect us all. I know for a fact it has me, and that is why I leave writing up to better and smarter men and women than I am. I consider it a gift to re-publish these silver tongued word-smiths, even though I sometimes have the audacity to express my anger. Today I am going to wish everyone regardless of their faith, or lack of it, a very MERRY CHRISTMAS, and if that makes you mad, TOUGH SHIT! The reason for this foul attitude is better expressed by one of my betters below.

Dear Readers, thank you for your support in 2013. Although you have kept me working past retirement age, I find it encouraging that there are some Americans who can think independently and who want to know. As Margaret Mead said, it only takes a few determined people to change the world. Perhaps some of you will be those people.
My traditional Christmas column (below) goes back to sometime in the 1990s when I was a newspaper columnist. It has been widely reprinted at home and abroad. Every year two or three readers write to educate me that religion is the source of wars and persecutions. These readers confuse religion with mankind’s abuse of institutions, religious or otherwise. The United States has democratic institutions and legal institutions to protect civil liberties. Nevertheless, we now have a police state. Shall I argue that democracy and civil liberty are the causes of police states?
Some readers also are confused about hypocrisy. There is a vast difference between proclaiming moral principles that one might fail to live up to and proclaiming immoral principles that are all too easy to keep.
Liberty is a human achievement. We have it, or had it, because those who believed in it fought to achieve it. As I explain in my Christmas column, people were able to fight for liberty because Christianity empowered the individual.
The other cornerstone of our culture is the Constitution. Indeed, the United States is the Constitution. Without the Constitution, the United States would be a different country, and Americans would be a different people. This is why assaults on the Constitution and assaults on Christianity are assaults on all of us. There is not much that we can do about these assaults, but we should not through ignorance enable the assaults.
In a spirit of goodwill, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a successful New Year.

The Greatest Gift For All
Christmas is a time of traditions. If you have found time in the rush before Christmas to decorate a tree, you are sharing in a relatively new tradition. Although the Christmas tree has ancient roots, at the beginning of the 20th century only 1 in 5 American families put up a tree. It was 1920 before the Christmas tree became the hallmark of the season. Calvin Coolidge was the first President to light a national Christmas tree on the White House lawn.
Gifts are another shared custom. This tradition comes from the wise men or three kings who brought gifts to baby Jesus. When I was a kid, gifts were more modest than they are now, but even then people were complaining about the commercialization of Christmas. We have grown accustomed to the commercialization. Christmas sales are the backbone of many businesses. Gift giving causes us to remember others and to take time from our harried lives to give them thought.
The decorations and gifts of Christmas are one of our connections to a Christian culture that has held Western civilization together for 2,000 years.
In our culture the individual counts. This permits an individual person to put his or her foot down, to take a stand on principle, to become a reformer and to take on injustice.
This empowerment of the individual is unique to Western civilization. It has made the individual a citizen equal in rights to all other citizens, protected from tyrannical government by the rule of law and free speech. These achievements are the products of centuries of struggle, but they all flow from the teaching that God so values the individual’s soul that he sent his son to die so we might live. By so elevating the individual, Christianity gave him a voice.
Formerly only those with power had a voice. But in Western civilization people with integrity have a voice. So do people with a sense of justice, of honor, of duty, of fair play. Reformers can reform, investors can invest, and entrepreneurs can create commercial enterprises, new products and new occupations.
The result was a land of opportunity. The United States attracted immigrants who shared our values and reflected them in their own lives. Our culture was absorbed by a diverse people who became one.
In recent decades we have lost sight of the historic achievement that empowered the individual. The religious, legal and political roots of this great achievement are no longer reverently taught in high schools, colleges and universities or respected by our government. The voices that reach us through the millennia and connect us to our culture are being silenced by “political correctness” and “the war on terror.” Prayer has been driven from schools and Christian religious symbols from public life. Constitutional protections have been diminished by hegemonic political ambitions. Indefinite detention, torture, and murder are now acknowledged practices of the United States government. The historic achievement of due process has been rolled back. Tyranny has re-emerged.
Diversity at home and hegemony abroad are consuming values and are dismantling the culture and the rule of law. There is plenty of room for cultural diversity in the world, but not within a single country. A Tower of Babel has no culture. A person cannot be a Christian one day, a pagan the next and a Muslim the day after. A hodgepodge of cultural and religious values provides no basis for law – except the raw power of the pre-Christian past.
All Americans have a huge stake in Christianity. Whether or not we are individually believers in Christ, we are beneficiaries of the moral doctrine that has curbed power and protected the weak. Power is the horse ridden by evil. In the 20th century the horse was ridden hard, and the 21st century shows an increase in pace. Millions of people were exterminated in the 20th century by National Socialists in Germany and by Soviet and Chinese communists simply because they were members of a race or class that had been demonized by intellectuals and political authority. In the beginning years of the 21st century hundreds of thousands of Muslims in seven countries have already been murdered and millions displaced, because their religion does not submit to Washington’s hegemony.
Power that is secularized and cut free of civilizing traditions is not limited by moral and religious scruples. V.I. Lenin made this clear when he defined the meaning of his dictatorship as “unlimited power, resting directly on force, not limited by anything.” Washington’s drive for hegemony over US citizens and the rest of the world is based entirely on the exercise of force and is resurrecting unaccountable power.
Christianity’s emphasis on the worth of the individual makes such power as Lenin claimed, and Washington now claims, unthinkable. Be we religious or be we not, our celebration of Christ’s birthday celebrates a religion that made us masters of our souls and of our political life on Earth. Such a religion as this is worth holding on to even by atheists.
As we enter into 2014, Western civilization, the product of thousands of years of striving, hangs in the balance. Degeneracy is everywhere before our eyes. As the West sinks into tyranny, will Western peoples defend their liberty and their souls, or will they sink into the tyranny, which again has raised its ugly and all devouring head?

If we are to truly understand the meaning of the above quote it is necessary I believe to differentiate between what is referred to as “primary psychopaths” and ‘secondary psychopaths.” A primary psychopath is a person who is genetically predisposed to the personality traits of a psychopath and this category appears to be more violent than the secondary psychopaths who are more a product of their environment.
In most instances, either psychopath appears to be outwardly “normal;” both primary and secondary psychopaths have no sense of ethics or the rights of others. If this does not describe to a “T” the current and former administrations of this country including bureaucrats, members of Congress and the Supreme Court, I don’t know what does. If they go into government service normal, they certainly become a product of their environment or they are ignored.
Need we say more than the admitted to police state that we now live under; the ever increasing war on Individual Rights as guaranteed by our Creator and defined in our Bill of Rights; the abnormal number of people incarcerated in our prison system; continued false flag events; immoral wars and torture waged on citizens of other countries; bank bailouts, vaccinations; GMOs; the perversion of our education system to one of indoctrination, huge cases of mortgage fraud initiated by the very banks who were bailed out from their irresponsible lending practices using taxpayer dollars and the constant attacks on our right to protect ourselves and our families; just to name a few.
The government lied about the circumstances of the attack on Pearl Harbor; they lied about the Gulf of Tonkin incident; they lied about the Oklahoma City bombing; they lied about TWA 800; they lied about Ruby Ridge; they lied about Waco and they lied about 9/11. The very essence of government is fear and the lie. The very tools used most often by psychopaths.
It is relatively simple to understand why most Americans do not want to believe for a moment that our government is staffed by a group of psychopaths but the evidence is hard to refute.
What are the characteristics of a psychopath according to mental health professionals? Compare the ones listed below to what you see from day today in our elected officials; bureaucrats; federal, state and local, and law enforcement personnel.
1. Uncaring or coldhearted.
2. Lack of social emotions such as shame, guilt and embarrassment.
3. Irresponsibility or the blaming of others.
4. Superficial charm.
5. Untruthfulness, insincerity or outright lying.
6. Inflating the truth for selfish reasons.
7. Overconfidence and boastfulness.
8. A lack of realistic goals; Irritable and aggressive.
If you are still having problems believing we are governed by psychopaths and that once normal people are aligned with government they become “secondary psychopaths,” please consider the following:
Government supposedly operates with “consent of the governed” or in other words government in all its various forms is our employee. Consider for a moment what your reaction would be if one of your employees; attempted to have you put in prison on perjured testimony; sent your children to fight your neighbors based on lies; stole your property and your money; vaccinated your children with poison; attempted to poison your food supply; used your money to indoctrinate your children while claiming to educate them; tried to steal your home; stole your money and gave it to their bank; told you how much water you could put in your toilet and tried to take your guns—just to name a few?
How long would you allow an employee who did even one of the above mentioned acts of tyranny to remain in your employ? Would you have serious reservations about their mental state? For what reason would you continue to offer them employment?
A must read book on this subject is: Political Ponerology: A science on the nature of evil for political purposes, by Andrew M. Lobaczewski. Here are a few relevant quotes from his seminal work.
“In a pathocracy, all leadership positions must be filled by individuals with corresponding psychological deviations, which are inherited as a rule. However, such people constitute a very small percentage of the population and this makes them more valuable to the pathocrats.
Under such conditions, no area of social life can develop normally, whether in economics, culture, science, technology, administration, etc. Pathocracy progressively paralyzes everything. Normal people must develop a level of patience beyond the ken of anyone living in a normal man's system just in order to explain what to do and how to do it to some obtuse mediocrity of a psychological deviant who has been placed in charge of some project that he cannot even understand, much less manage. This special kind of pedagogy – instructing deviants while avoiding their wrath – requires a great deal of time and effort, but it would otherwise not be possible to maintain tolerable living conditions and necessary achievements in the economic area or intellectual life of a society. Even with such efforts, pathocracy progressively intrudes everywhere and dulls everything.
Therefore, to mitigate the threat to their power, the pathocrats must employ any and all methods of terror and exterminatory policies against individuals known for their patriotic feelings and military training; other, specific "indoctrination" activities such as those we have presented are also utilized. Individuals lacking the natural feeling of being linked to normal society become irreplaceable in either of these activities.
The phenomenon of pathocracy matures during this period: an extensive and active indoctrination system is built, with a suitably refurbished ideology constituting the vehicle or Trojan horse for the purpose of pathologizing the thought processes of individuals and society. The goal – forcing human minds to incorporate pathological experiential methods and thought-patterns, and consequently accepting such rule – is never openly admitted. This goal is conditioned by pathological egotism, and the possibility of accomplishing it strikes the pathocrats as not only indispensable, but feasible.” (Emphasis mine)
Sometimes the only way to understand what we already know but can’t explain is to read the words of others. I now understand why Zbigniew Brzezinski fought so hard to stop the publication of Mr. Lobaczewski’s book; Brzezinski being the “New World Order” person that he is. Never forget Brzezinski was responsible for providing 500 million of our taxpayer dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood back during the Carter administration. Brzezinski had no fear of "stirred-up Muslims" it seems.
If we as a country continue to allow psychopaths to control our government, we are destined to be found on the scrapheap of history but first will come the awful acts of genocide and democide that have been the trademark of psychopathic tyrants throughout recorded history as is fully documented in the book “Death by Government” by R. J. Rummel.
Again, the choice is ours: Liberty or slavery, genocide and democide?
Have you voted or supported a psychopath for public office lately? Perhaps you have voted for the lesser of two psychopaths?

If you were standing on the railroad tracks and you saw a train bearing down on you at high speed, what would you do? If your child was playing next to a cliff and you saw him chasing a ball towards the cliff, what would you do? If burglaries and thefts were rising in your neighborhood, what would you do? If bullies and thugs took over your town, what would you do? If a man confronted you on the street and demanded your money, what would you do? In most cases you would act swiftly to get out of the way, save your child, take action to stop the neighborhood crime, confront the bully and resist the robber from stealing your money ….. or would you?
What if your neighbor came over one day and said, I need more of your property and I am moving my fence twenty feet onto yours and I'm not going to pay you a dime, what would you do? If your boss said that he has established a new policy of welfare and has decided to take a percentage of YOUR paycheck (not his) and give it to the poor, what would you do? If you were part of an organization that existed on private donations and the board members decided that they were going to use fear, intimidation, threats, lies and propaganda to increase donations, what would you do? If you were a deacon of a church and you discovered that the other deacons were using parishioner money for their own use, or grossly wasting that money, what would you do? If the local school board decided that they were going to include in the curriculum for your children, a course on Earth's salvation that required teaching the kids that their parent's lifestyle was environmental heresy and should be condemned, what would you do?
In all of the above cases, a normal, reasonable and prudent person would set about to right the situation, one way or another and if necessary, he would enlist others to help him, because a normal, reasonable and prudent person has a sense of what is right and wrong. When they see a wrong, they try to right it, provided they have the courage to face those who desire to continue the wrong for their own benefit, or a hidden agenda.
The Revolutionary War righted a wrong and declared freedom in America. The War of 1812 was a continuation of the Revolutionary War and our winning it prevented America, once again, from falling under British rule. The Civil War righted an egregious wrong and ended black slavery ….. well sort of. The first and second World Wars righted international wrongs against human life, dignity and individual rights. These wrongs were righted by courageous leaders and individuals who knew that they might have to make the ultimate sacrifice to right those wrongs.
Today, we have a litany of wrongs that need to be righted, right here in America. We have government perpetrating on the people the same "wrongs" that we mentioned above, that a normal, reasonable and prudent person would take immediate action to right, when the wrong was recognized.
Why then would the normal, reasonable and prudent people of America turn their heads when their government commits the same wrongs as the neighbor, the bully, the boss, the board members, or the deacons, but on a much grander scale? Why indeed!
Americans, by the millions, are getting hammered by Obama Care through no fault of their own. Why do they take it? Why isn't there a massive uprising? Why aren't lawsuits flying all over the place? Why aren't the people demanding that heads roll with the large, unified voice of millions?
Our school children are being brainwashed and indoctrinated by a federal government-created curriculum (Common Core Standards, Race To the Top and No Child Left Behind programs) that emphasize socialism, collectivism and multi-culturalism. Why aren't the parents crying foul? Why don't they take over the local school boards and reverse this garbage? Why aren't they at the state legislatures creating all kinds of Hell? Do they just not care ….. or are they afraid?
Landowners are being treated like criminals and going to jail for minor code violations on THEIR property. They are forced to fight a tyrannical government, whether it be local, state, or federal, all on their own. They seldom win. But you never hear of these individual battles waged against an arrogant and abusive government, a government that has become the master instead of the servant, a government that blatantly ignores the constitutional limits on its power.
The IRS targets conservatives for political purposes and the president and congress promise a full and complete investigation. The FBI says they are investigating. Nothing happens. Why aren't the people, en masse, demanding answers and not taking a "we're-investigating" as the answer? Why aren't IRS officers, employees and agents being tried in court, fined and incarcerated for long periods for their known criminal acts? Why do Americans tolerate this injustice? Do we enjoy being slaves to the IRS? Have we all become cowards and unwilling to challenge tyranny when it arises?
Four of our diplomats are killed in Benghazi well over a year ago, due to government negligence and neglect. No one in government provided the necessary security, asked for by the diplomats. No one came to their rescue during the attack. No one is being held accountable for the criminal negligence that allowed the attack to happen. Congress is investigating. The Obama Administration is stonewalling and obstructing. Nothing is happening. No one is fired. No one is in jail. Where is the outcry for four dead brave Americans who paid the ultimate price because their government failed them? Have we lost our courage to right a wrong when we recognize it?
Then there are the Fast and Furious and the NSA scandals. In the Fast and Furious scandal, U. S. Attorney General Eric Holder, the top law enforcement officer of America, has been shielded by his boss, our liar-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama, who has declared executive privilege and won't release the documents that Congress has requested to find out who the Hell allowed Fast and Furious to happen in the first place. One of our brave border agents was killed by one of those guns in this gun- running scandal. Has anyone been fired? Has anyone gone to jail? Holder lied to Congress, which is a crime, but he gets off scot-free. The Congress seems to be powerless to stop him or put him in jail for this crime.
The NSA says it isn't spying on us, but it probably is, based on releases by ex-NSA staffer Edward Snowden, who now resides in Russia fearing for his life. Is he a patriot or a traitor? We don’t know. The public simply does not know the depths of NSA spying and how much data it is really collecting. NSA Chief James Clapper lied to Congress and that's a crime. But he is running around loose, free as a bird, telling the public that the NSA isn't really spying on us. Yeah, and President Obama says you can keep your doctor and your health care plan and health care costs are going to go down! Sure!
Why aren't Americans rising up by the millions to find out the truth? Once again, why haven't there been multiple lawsuits by harmed individuals over these egregious violations of our constitutional rights? There should be class action lawsuits exploding all over the place? Why aren't there?
Winston Churchill said at a time of great sacrifice and often quoted: “If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."
We do not believe that America is in the grips of cowardice because after all, we are Americans. We have a chance to right these wrongs peacefully, before the only action left to us is war. But do we have the will, the courage, the commitment and the resources to right these wrongs before war is our only option? Or, "Will we have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."
The abject failure of Obama Care has opened millions of eyes to the flawed policies of liberals and progressives that have foisted these policies upon all Americans, doing great harm. If we do not act on this knowledge with the courage of our convictions and quit trying to compromise our beliefs because liberals have more votes, then we will have let over 200 years of freedom slip through our fingers. Ladies and gentlemen, there are other ways to fight these criminals, than at the ballot box.
Future generations will damn us for our cowardice in the face of danger because they will say we knew and did nothing. They will ultimately pay the price in money and eventually in blood, if we let them down.
If the people are afraid, as so many Americans are, and let the bully (government) win, the bully will win all the time and the bully is winning and has been winning for over 100 years ….. not just for the 5 years under the Obama regime. It's the people that let the bully win, out of fear and cowardice. Unless the people stand up en masse, as we are "standing up" with our articles, there will be no restoration of freedom.
Let us all promise that in the year 2014 and from then on, courage will return to those who have allowed easy times and a chicken in every pot to cloud their vision about the huge price that was paid for their freedom and the price that now must be paid to reclaim it, because we chose to look the other way when tyranny raised its ugly head.

Former President Bush’s Attorney General, Alberto Gonzales, was forced to resign because he had lied to Congress and had lost its trust.
Now, an ever-greater number of Americans believe that President Obama lied to them when he said that under his Affordable Health Care Act, or Obamacare, they would be able to keep their current health insurance.
Instead, the insurance of millions of them has been cancelled and they have been left by insurers with no more option than a more expensive insurance with features that they may not need but that are in compliance with Obamacare as now the President pretends to understand what his own signature piece of legislation offers.
His motive for lying to them would have been to induce them to support the passage and implementation of Obamacare.
Many Americans think that he is untrustworthy.
A. The President’s graver lie about Then-Judge/Now-Justice Sotomayor’s honesty
How would Americans react if they learned that the President also lied when he vouched for the integrity of his first nominee to the Supreme Court, Then-Judge Sotomayor, although he knew that The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Politico[107a] suspected her of concealing assets of her own. Concealment of assets is a crime in itself and is undertaken either to evade taxes or launder them of their illegal provenance, both of which are also crimes(id. >ol:5fn10).

Unlike those preeminent and trusted media outlets, the Department of Justice and its FBI had subpoena, search & seizure, contempt, and penal powers to conduct a more intrusive investigation when vetting all candidates being considered as replacement for Retiring Justice Souter.
By exercising those powers, the FBI could both confirm such suspicion and even find the whereabouts of the concealed assets. It could do so because the very documents that Then-Judge Sotomayor submitted to the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Judicial Nominations and that it posted on its website[107b] showed that she could not account for the income that she herself had declared[107c]. The FBI could inform thereof the President in its vetting report on Justiceship Candidate Sotomayor before he nominated any of his candidates for the Supreme Court(jur:77§5).
After his first election, the President disregarded the known tax evasion of Tim Geithner, Tom Daschle, and Nancy Killefer and nominated them to his cabinet.
So it was in character for him to disregard the incriminating information about J. Sotomayor’s concealment of assets, nominate her, and lie about her honesty. He had a motive: to cater to those petitioning for another woman and the first Latina for the Supreme Court, and receive in exchange their support for passing Obamacare.
By so doing, President Obama in self-interest saddled the American public with a life-tenured dishonest justice who for the next 30 or more years can be shaping the law of the land with one hand and covering her concealed assets with the other, for she cannot declare them, but must keep them concealed(68§3) to avoid incriminating herself and risking calls for her resignation.
Just as felons cannot serve as jurors, a judge who breaks the law shows contempt for it and cannot be expected to respect it enough to apply it fairly and impartially.
Indeed, the revelations by Life magazine of the financial improprieties of Justice Abe Fortas forced him first to withdraw his name for the chief justiceship and subsequently to resign on May 14, 1969(92§d).
B. The Obama-Sotomayor story can reveal graver lies and wrongdoing
Whether one is for or against Obamacare is utterly irrelevant as is whether one is Democrat or Republican.
What matters is how revealing the involvement of a sitting president and a sitting justice nominated by him in concealment of assets and its cover-up for personal and political gain can reveal their unfitness for office. That revelation can so outrage the national public as to convince the media that there is a large and avid audience for the Obama-Sotomayor story(jur:xxxv) that justifies making the necessary investment in manpower, money, and public relations to:
a. conduct a Follow the money! search(102§a) for the concealed assets of J. Sotomayor, which can be facilitated by obtaining the unique expertise therein of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists(ol:1,2), and lead to a bankruptcy fraud scheme(66§2);
b. investigate the circumstances in the Federal Judiciary that enable her to conceal assets despite her duty to file publicly her annual financial disclosure report; and
c. determine how many of her peers engage through coordination(88§a) in financial wrongdoing(102¶¶236-237) and other kinds of wrongdoing(5§3), which can lead the media to
d. conduct a Follow the wire! investigation(105§b) of the extent to which the Federal Judiciary either has abused its own vast Information Technology resources of infrastructure and expertise(Lsch:11¶2b.ii) or in exchange for its approval of NSA’s requests has benefited from NSA’s IT resources to interfere with the communications of complainants of judges’ wrongdoing(ol:19§D). Federal judges rubberstamp annually up to 100%(ol:5fn7) of NSA’s secret requests for secret orders of surveillance. They have two powerful motives for abusing IT resources: to secure the continued stream to themselves of wrongful benefits, and to prevent the exposure of their participation in, or toleration of, wrongful conduct –e.g. concealment of assets; running a bankruptcy fraud scheme(jur:66§2; 42fn60); interference with third-party communications, which, unlike surveillance, is a crime under 18 U.S.C. §2511(ol:20¶¶11-12)–.
Revealing that the Judiciary and its judges interfere in crass self-interest with complainants’ communications would stir up a scandal more intense than that of NSA’s snooping on millions of Americans in the interest of national security.
C. Scandal in the Presidency and the Judiciary leading to judicial reform
An Obama-Sotomayor scandal can launch an unprecedented, Watergate-like generalized media investigation of the Federal Judiciary and its judges.
Emboldening the media would be the fact that while the judges, whether individually or as a class through explicit or implicit coordination(90§§b-c) among themselves, can retaliate against a single journalist or media outlet that is investigating one of them, the judges cannot retaliate against all journalists and media outlets at the same time, for thereby they would reveal their non-coincidental, intentional, wrongful motive for sending the abusive message, ‘This is what happens to you(Lsch:17§III) when you mess with us!’
The ever more numerous journalists and media outlets revealing ever more blatant wrongdoing by judges can so intensely outrage the national public as to make it politically unavoidable for Congress and DoJ-FBI to conduct official investigations, even hold nationally televised public hearings, such as those on the Watergate Scandal(jur:4¶¶10-14) and those held by the 9/11 Commission.
That historic investigation of the Federal Judiciary and its judges can embolden the media to investigate state judges and judiciaries too. The revelations of their wrongdoing can likewise so outrage a state public as to make it unavoidable for the state authorities to investigate them.
That is the strategy for advocates of honest judiciaries and even political partisans and visceral enemies of President Obama who nevertheless search for solid grounds on which to stake their call for his resignation or impeachment:
To take advantage of current widespread disbelief in the trustworthiness of the President and distrust of government(ol:11) by investigating the Obama-Sotomayor story of personal wrongdoing and inter-branch connivance so as to provoke in the public ‘reformative outrage’(83§§2-3).
Reformative outrage will be the public’s reaction to revelations that judges engage in even criminal wrongdoing(133§4), not excusable as the exercise of judicial discretion, because they are held by politicians unaccountable, who have also allowed them to cloak their activities in pervasive secrecy(27§e).
So judges do wrong risklessly and in coordination.
Risklessness renders their wrongdoing more alluring and profitable since costly detection-prevention and defensive measures are unnecessary.
Coordination makes it more effective and expands its reach.
The President knew that, for to cover for herself and her peers(43¶80), J. Sotomayor perjuriously withheld from the Senate a case that would have exposed them(68§3). Let the President deny it and then demand that he order all FBI vetting reports on Then-Justiceship Candidate and Now-Justice Sotomayor released.
D. The potential international ramification that the investigation can have
The investigation of the President Obama-J. Sotomayor story(jur:xxxv)can also reveal whether the President lied about not knowing that NSA was snooping on 35 foreign heads of state or government:
It is inconceivable that he has been briefed on the latest security developments every morning for years, but has never blurted ‘How did you get that information?!’ It is precisely the most privacy-breaching information that the briefers would disclose to him and boast about because ‘With $X we got this; if you give us $X x 2, we will get more and you, Mr. President, will gain an informational advantage over world leaders’.
The power and prestige of any bureaucracy is directly related to its budget, which determines its means and capabilities. NSA has managed to increase its budget from $5.5 billion under President Bush to $10.8 billion under President Obama(ol:5fn11).
How would those 35 NSA-snooped foreign heads of state or government and others similarly situated react if it were established as a fact rather than on circumstantial evidence that President Obama lied about not knowing that they were being snooped? Would they not lose face before their own people if they treated a person known to be a liar as if he carried the seal of trustworthiness of the President of the United States? Would he risk being booed by showing up to address large popular gatherings (as the president of South Africa was at the funeral ceremonies for Nelson Mandela?
E. Your choice: suffer, whine, be one of many or become a Champion of Justice
Exposing judges’ wrongdoing can lead to its positive objective: to cause an outraged public to force politicians, lest they be voted out of, or not into, office, to undertake historic judicial reform(158§§6-7). The precedent for this is what the Tea Party has forced politicians to do.
The reform can impose concrete, non-discretionary duties on judges and judiciaries to attain:
1. transparency, for "Justice should not only be done, but should manifestly and undoubtedly be seen to be done"; so the secrecy of their closed-door adjudicative, administrative, policy-making, and disciplinary meetings and no press conferences must give way to their being forced to function on the same open-door basis as Congress, legislatures, and the Executive;
2. accountability, to terminate Judges Above the Law by bringing them down to where the People, their masters, can hold them accountable as what they are: their public servants;
3. discipline, administered by independent citizen boards(160§8) after removal of the immunity that judges have arrogated to themselves(26§d) by self-applying the undemocratic, by-the-grace-of-God-ruling principle “The King Can Do No Wrong”; and
4. liability, so that judges and judiciaries can be held by the boards subject, as the rest of government is(ol:5fn9), to compensate jointly and severally their wrongdoing victims.
The application of those principles to judges and judiciaries forced by the public’s reformative outrage at their objective wrongdoing can be ever more expansively applied to the other branches. This can bring about a new We the People-government relation where the People exercise ‘reverse surveillance’(ol:17) on their servants: the People’s Sunrise.
As one of the People, you have a choice: You can remain a silent journalist, other professional, or a student among thousands or a judicial complainant among millions screaming at judges to no avail.
Or you can choose to be a courageous, principled, unique person and thinking strategically, take advantage of proper timing, when the audience is most receptive to a scoop.
If the latter, you can set in motion a process of exposure that leads to historic reform, first in the Federal Judiciary, then in the rest of government at the federal and state levels.
Even if acting as this generation’s Deep Throat of Watergate fame(106§c), you can become to a grateful nation its Champion of Justice.
To that end, you can help organize a presentation(Lsch:2) by this author to expose judges’ wrongdoing, set forth the Obama-Sotomayor story, and lay out a plan of action(Lsch:10§B) reasonably calculated to lead to reform. It can be held at a law, journalism, business, or Information Technology school, a media outlet, or a civil rights organization.
By developing the number, experience, and skills of those who help you organize that presentation, you can thus end up as the Producer of the Coalition for Justice(Lsch:12§C).

On December 14, it was reported by Ziad Fadel of Syrian Perspective that death squads operating in Syria had once again committed a massacre against civilians, this time in a town known as Adra. Fadel claimed that Christians, Druze, and Alawites had been specifically targeted and that many had been killed by being burned alive in bakery ovens.
On December 16, RT confirmed Syrian Perspective’s reports both of the massacre by the death squads, as well as the gruesome methods used to kill some of the victims.
At this time, it is being reported that at least 80 civilians have been executed by death squad forces currently occupying Adraa, a town located northwest of Damascus. Like the Maaloula nuns, many other civilians have been kidnapped in order to be held for ransom or as human shields.
RT Arabic correspondent Abultaleb Albohaya, reporting on the ground in Syria, stated,
For now it’s established that over 80 people were killed in the areas now taken over by the army. Often whole families were murdered.
Some families were kidnapped in order to be used as human shields in areas where the Syrian army is now trying to free the civilians.
The military sources also said that the other kidnapped families were moved to the area south of Adra in the direction of the town of Douma, which has been the opposition’s strategic backland since the start of the Syrian crisis [in March, 2011]. It’s also where the most important rebel fortifications are situated.
A local resident told RT about the manner in which some of the victims were killed as well as the identity of the killers.
The situation was terrible – with killing, atrocities, and fear as the background.
Unidentified armed men came into town, but it was obvious that they were Jabhat al-Nusra militants.
The worst crime they committed was that they toasted people in ovens used to bake bread when those people came to buy it. They kidnapped and beat up many.
Syrian Perspective reports that entire families were rounded up and killed – many because of their religious affiliation (Christian, Alawite, Druze, etc.). Unconfirmed reports also suggest that death squads murdered the mayor of Adra along with his wife and children.
Although the number of dead stands at 80 at the time of the writing of this article, the number is expected to rise after the Syrian military retakes the town, which has a population of about 20,000. Al-Ahd, an Iraqi television news agency, is reporting that the number of civilians taken hostage and the potential for civilian casualties is the reason that the Syrian military has largely refrained from using artillery in the area. With the military assault on Adraa now taking place, however, one can only wait and see if the hesitation to use such munitions continues to hold out.
The death squads remain strong in Adra with snipers placed in high-rise buildings posing a major threat to government forces and civilians alike, as well as the fact that a variety of Jihadist groups have also been operating in the town. In addition to Jobhat al-Nusra, Jaysh al-Islam is also known to occupy have a sizeable force in Adra.
Still, the Syrian military seems poised to retake the town. Government forces have already pinned down a highway leading from Adra to the International airport in Damascus, the airport being located only 4 kilometers away from the capital. Al-Ahd reports that the government does not rule out the possibility that the death squads, who stormed into Adra in large numbers, could break the blockade and enter the town of Dahiyat al Assad.
Nevertheless, government forces have surrounded the entire town and are engaged in offensive operations to liberate Adra. Already, several smaller operations have taken place against the death squads, resulting in the death of dozens of jihadists. According to Syrian Perspective, the Syrian Ministry of Defense has confirmed that, out of the dead “rebels,” at least 22 of them were Saudi Arabian.
RT reports that SAA troops have entered Adra and are storming every house in an effort to cleanse the town of death squad forces. Government statements suggest that the SAA has already rescued dozens of Alawite, Druze, and Christian families from captivity.
Syrian Perspective claims that, as a result of the horrific atrocities committed by the death squads in Adra, the Syrian military has been given orders to “take no prisoners.” The SAA will, no doubt, be happy to comply with these orders considering that the desire for revenge for the Adra massacre and a host of other atrocities committed against the Syrian people are running high.
Indeed, the shocking act of violence perpetrated against the innocent people of Adra is but one in the long list of atrocities committed by foreign-backed death squads in Syria.
Unfortunately, as long as Western money continues to flow into the coffers of the jihadists, it will not likely be the last.

Why would anyone be reporting such claims as if they are facts when there is no evidence whatsoever provided to support it except for SAA affiliated sources and RT quoting same SAA sources as "confirmation"?
That these forces could commit such a general massacre is indisputable based on 'historic precedent' and thus highly likely true in this case but claims of people being crammed into baking ovens and baked to death is comically recycled atrocity propaganda from WWI and WWII days.
Next SAA will uncover a corpse factory processing murdered civilian children into soap, grease, clothing for the winter, fuel, weapons, etc. or maybe the Jihadi's will uncover a 'torture chamber' where the SAA used pedal powered brain-bashing machines to murder good Sunni peoples.
I know the longer these conflicts go on the crazier the atrocity propaganda becomes as all sides get bloodier and bloodier and need to paint their enemy as "pure evil" in order to maintain their own "righteous" PR image but you would think an activist who is supposed to be a "skeptic" would wait for some kind of non-SAA connected/reported source for "confirmation".
Especially when this whole conflict started with "opposition forces" committing atrocities and then blaming them on the Syrian forces and usually involving comically "evil" bullshit stories of the claimed crimes.
Calling RT's quoting of SAA sources "confirmation" is deceptive.

Jonny is right, sounds like we are being played by the Russian-arm of globalism in yet another move on the n-dimensional chessboard.
Clearly, TPTB are trying to create a new or exaggerated atmosphere of contrived tension in the middle east attempting to prop up fear-based control methods back home and a redirection of blame for a devalued dollar.
MSM and gatekeeper reporting on Saudi Arabia is the most bizarre it has ever been. The speed at which this massive operation is unfolding is stunning. The Saudis deported a million immigrants in just a few months and are on track to deport another million, in country with a population of only 30 million.
This is all tied to economic shock and awe at home with powerfully connected international bankster cronies like Trilateralist Larry Summers calling for the end of cash, adoption of a digital currency, and negative interest rates on savers. On the heels of Summers' proposal, a Fed Res Board governor called for capital controls.
Meanwhile, the MSM and gatekeepers conjure up faux military threats from globalist satellites Russia and China. [For example, recent articles warning of international “drone wars” when the drones are clearly intended to attack innocent civilian patriots, not for nation state wars]. If these nations are a "threat", then why are Russian troops training with the U.S. military? It's fake international tension with the goals of continued support for the military industrial complex, driving home the concept of a global military, distraction, and misdirection.
We have to step back and try to perceive the larger agenda in play. It's a deliberate fog of confusion.

In his 1952 book The Origins of Totalitarian Democracy, Israeli historian J. L. Talmon described a political system in which lawfully elected representatives rule a nation state whose citizens, although granted the right to vote, have little or no participation in the decision-making process of government.
The federal government has become such a system, an entity unto itself operating outside of Constitutional constraints and unaccountable to the American people.
The United States is now controlled by a Democratic and Republican ruling class that transcends government and sees itself as distinct from the rest of society and as the only element that may act on its behalf. The ruling class considers those who resist it as having no moral or intellectual right, and, only reluctantly, any civil right to do so.
Power rests, not with the citizens, but with a relatively small group of politicians and financiers, who enhance their personal wealth and privilege by looting the country through a self-serving legislative process. They maintain their authority by adjusting the levers of government and using the establishment media to manipulate public perception and opinion.
Barack Obama, a coffeehouse communist, leads a dishonest and lawless cabal of far-left ideologues, whose goal is to promote socialist policies that can only be implemented at the expense of personal liberty.
Republican leaders neither contest that view nor oppose their Democrat counterparts because they do not want to challenge the ruling class, they want to join it. The GOP leadership has gradually solidified its choice to no longer represent what had been its constituency, but to adopt the identity of junior partners in the ruling class.
There is now a sharp division between the bipartisan ruling class and the rest of the American populace, who are considered retrograde, racist, and dysfunctional unless properly controlled by the dictates of central authority.
When blatant and outrageous lies are no longer sufficient to soothe the electorate into complacency, such a government must begin to curtail freedom and oppress the people in order to remain in power.
The present political environment, that is, the separation between the rulers and the ruled, bears comparison to the events leading up to the American Revolution.
On January 10, 1776, nearly six months before the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Paine published the forty-eight page pamphlet Common Sense, which openly presented arguments supporting the freedom of the American colonies from oppressive British rule.
According to Paine, a society arises because individuals living alone in nature find shared benefit by living together rather than remaining isolated. In an ideal society, where each individual acts in a morally just fashion toward every other individual in the society, there is no need for laws and government. Only when moral virtue is inadequate to restrain human evil, do laws become necessary; and only when a society becomes too large to operate by collective agreement and as individual enforcers of those laws do governments become necessary.
In such circumstances, the balance between society and government will determine the balance between individual liberty and functionality of the society. In complex societies, in the absence of laws and government, chaos will prevail. When laws become too numerous and government too large, individual liberty suffers.
The efficiency and effectiveness of government are directly dependent upon the trustworthiness of government officials as representatives and executors of the views and desires of the people.
In other words, whenever the interests of government officials divert from or are in conflict with those of the people, tyranny ensues.
The attributes that best describe how America is now governed are executive overreach, legislative complicity, judicial partisanship, and journalistic acquiescence.
The erosion of the Constitution and the theft of our Constitutional rights have been occurring incrementally and quietly over a long period of time. With the election of Barack Obama in 2008, those efforts have accelerated.
In contrast to what Thomas Paine wrote in The Rights of Man (1791), the Obama "utopian" model sees individual rights as privileges, not endowed by God, but granted via political charter, and, thereby, legally revocable to ensure the "good order" of society. It is a collectivist philosophy that directly conflicts with the principles outlined in the Constitution, where government is a construct of and accountable to its citizens, as Paine noted:
"The fact, therefore, must be that the individuals, themselves, each, in his own personal and sovereign right, entered into a contract with each other to produce a government: and this is the only mode in which governments have a right to arise, and the only principle on which they have a right to exist."
The Obama nightmare could be ended at any time simply by telling the truth.
To do so, however, would expose the rampant corruption of our political and media elite, reveal their complicity in Obama's violations of Constitution, uncover their willful ignorance of his alleged felonies and confirm their participation in the greatest election fraud and Constitutional crisis in American history.
Both the Democrat and Republican parties know that exposing Obama would reveal their dereliction of duty, their complicity in undermining the Constitution, and their continuous flouting of the rule of law. They know that the truth would topple the corrupt status quo and terminate their exclusive grip on political power, allowing the American people to regain control of their government. The political and media elite will do anything to prevent that.
The status quo is no longer defensible. Unless there is a significant reversal soon, it is only a matter of time that a catastrophe will be upon us, which may well lead to national collapse and fragmentation.
The ruling elites of a now hopelessly corrupt political system are just one major blunder away from revolution.
Restoring the Republic: Arguments for a Second American Revolution
There is a Cold Civil War underway in the United States to determine who should control the federal government. It is not a contest between the Democrat and Republican ideologies, but a battle between the entrenched power of the bipartisan political establishment versus the rights and liberties of the American people. The Cold Civil War is a conflict between those who want to adhere to the Constitution and the rule of law and the party leaders, who wish to continue the practices of political expediency and crony capitalism. The US no longer has representative government. Members of Congress seek election, not to uphold the Constitution and serve the American people, but to obtain power, and to use that power to accrue professional and financial benefits for themselves and their major supporters. All the traditional means for the American people to seek the redress of grievances have now been blocked by a self-absorbed permanent political elite unaccountable to the American people. The ruling elites of a now hopelessly corrupt political system are just one major blunder away from revolution. When blatant and outrageous lies are no longer sufficient to soothe the electorate into complacency, such a government must begin to curtail liberty and oppress the people in order to remain in power. Ordinary Americans must band together and take a stand to restore the Constitution and the rule of law, to establish political and fiscal sanity and to return the government to the people. Otherwise, our republic may be lost forever.

It's the world's largest financial market. It trades around $5 trillion daily. It's more than all global equity markets combined. It operates round-the-clock. It's manipulated for profit. More on that below.
Grand theft reflects official Wall Street policy. It's longstanding. High crimes go unpunished. Bankers make money the old-fashioned way. They steal it. They do it lots of clever ways.
They do it through fraud, grand theft, market manipulation, front-running, misrepresentation, scamming investors, naked short selling, precious metals price suppression, controlling Washington, getting open-ended low or no interest rate bailouts when needed, and assuring world financial capitals are banker occupied territories.
They do it artfully. Few people know what's going on. Scandals rarely surface. Budding ones are usually buried. Little more than dust gets kicked up. Headlines disappear in short order.
In June 2012, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon testified before the Senate Banking Committee. He discussed his firm's trading losses at the time.
It was more of a homecoming than grilling. Washington is Wall Street occupied territory. Regulators don't regulate. Oversight is absent.
Investigations rarely happen. Initiated ones are whitewashed. Criminal fraud is institutionalized. It's encouraged, not curbed.
Congress, the administration, SEC, and credit rating agencies incestuously collude with giant banks and other major financial institutions. Whatever they want, they get.
Wall Street never had it so good. Senators didn't lay a glove on Dimon. His grand theft business model wasn't discussed.
Former bank regulator/financial fraud expert Bill Black's book titled "The Best Way to Rob A Bank Is To Own One" explains well.
He coined the term "control fraud." It lets corporate officials commit grand theft. Finance capital never had it so good. Trillions of dollars are stolen. Nothing intervenes to stop it.
MF Global (MFG) looted customer accounts. Former Goldman Sachs chairman/CEO Jon Corzine ran operations.
MFG faced a run on its holdings. In October 2011, it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
Months before doing so, it moved hundreds of millions of dollars in customer money from its US brokerage unit to Bank of New York Mellon Corp.
It looted them. It used client money to speculate, pay down debt and cover losses. It committed grand theft. It's longstanding Wall Street practice.
Why not when rare punishments at most are wrist slaps. Top Wall Street officials aren't punished. They free to steal again.
Markets are rigged. Movements up or down aren't random. The
Wall Street controlled Fed and high-level insiders manipulate them for profits.
Washington facilitates their lawlessness. It does it with business friendly legislation. It does it with similar executive orders. It does it by turning a blind eye to the worst of what goes on.
Market rigging is longstanding practice. It's part of the system. On March 18, 1989, Ronald Reagan's Executive Order 12631 created the Working Group on Financial Markets (WGFM).
It's commonly called the Plunge Protection Team (PPT). Officials involved (or their designees) include:
• the President;
• the Treasury Secretary as chairman;
• the Fed chairman;
• the SEC chairman; and
• the Commodity Futures Trading Commission chairman.
PPT's "Purposes and Functions. Recognizing the goals of enhancing the integrity, efficiency, orderliness, and competitiveness of our Nation's financial markets."
"(T)he Working Group shall identify and consider:
(1) the major issues raised by the numerous studies on the events (pertaining to the) October 19, 1987 (market crash and consider) recommendations that have the potential to achieve the goals noted above; and
(2)….governmental (and other) actions under existing laws and regulations….that are appropriate to carry out these recommendations."
Government and Wall Street collude. They manipulate markets doing so. They move them up and down. Enormous profits are made both ways. Most people don't know what goes on.
Wall Street/Washington invisible hands work better than Adam Smith imagined. They do it in dirty ways unknown in his day.
Mythology holds that prices move up or down randomly. Market forces do so, it's claimed. Manipulation isn't mentioned.
It's commonplace. It's longstanding. Tools are much more sophisticated than earlier. Computer technology facilitates blatantly illegal practices.
The 1934 Gold Reserve Act created the Treasury's Exchange Stabilization Fund (ESF).
Section 7 of the 1944 Bretton Woods Agreements made its operations permanent.
The Treasury runs the Fund. Congressional oversight is bypassed. Manipulation keeps sharp dollar fluctuations up or down from disrupting financial markets.
Treasury operations include stabilizing foreign currencies, extending credit lines to foreign governments, and guaranteeing money market funds against losses up to tens of billions of dollars.
In 1995, Clinton provided Mexico a $20 billion peso credit stabilization line. It did so in time of crisis.
Earlier administrations extended loans or credit lines to various other countries. Current US lending to the IMF tops $35 billion.
Years earlier it was $57 billion. In 2009, Congress expanded contributions by $108 billion. The Treasury's web site states:
"By law, the Secretary has considerable discretion in the use of ESF resources."
"The legal basis of the ESF is the Gold Reserve Act of 1934."
"As amended in the late 1970s….the Secretary (per) approval of the President, may deal in gold, foreign exchange, and other instruments of credit and securities."
In other words, the Treasury maintains a slush fund. It uses it for whatever purposes it wishes. It manipulates markets. It operates secretly.
In 1999, the Counterparty Risk Management Policy Group (CRMPG) was established. It followed the Long Term Capital Management (LTCM) crisis.
CRMPG manipulates markets beneficially for Wall Street giants. It lets them collude through large-scale program trading. Doing so manipulates markets up and down advantageously.
Troubled giants get bailed out. Ordinary people get sold out. The process repeats as needed. A secret FDIC plan involves looting bank accounts.
Depositor theft may follow. Doing so is called bail-ins. It's code language for grand theft.
Ordinary people and richer ones have trillions in bank accounts. It's low-hanging fruit. It's a treasure trove begging to be looted. Legislative shenanigans may legitimize it.
Cypriot officials did it. Canada approved it. So did Eurozone member states and New Zealand. It's theft by other means.
Leading US banks warned about charging depositors. They may do so if the Fed cuts interest it pays them on bank reserves.
Imagine being charged for checking, savings and/or money market accounts. Depositors already earn virtually nothing on them. Penalizing them further may follow.
Libor markets are rigged. It's an acronym for London Interbank Offered Rate. It's a fundamental rate-setting benchmark. It's set daily between UK banks for overnight to 12 month durations.
It's produced for ten currencies with 15 maturities. It represents the London market's lowest cost of unsecured funding. It's the primary global short-term rate benchmark.
In the 1980s, it began expanding exponentially in importance. London's status grew as an international financial center. It's the world's largest.
It handles over 20% of all international bank lending. More than 30% of foreign exchange transactions go through London.
Demand grew for an accurate measure of the real rate at which banks and other financial institutions could borrow from each other.
It affects the price and availability of capital. The higher Libor goes, the greater the borrowing cost for business, individuals, real estate and other loans.
When things work right, operations are hardly noticed. When trouble occurs, all hell breaks loose.
Libor rigging affects countless trillions of dollars. Amounts involved exceed global GDP multiple times over.
Predatory banks manipulate things advantageously. Practices are too corrupted to fix. The longer they go unaddressed, the more harm done.
Financial giants, central bankers and complicit politicians bear full responsibility. Dirty policies persist out-of-control.
Libor rigging is one of many manipulative market practices. Systemic corruption breeds more of the same. An illusion of stability conceals business as usual.
Gold and other precious metals markets are rigged. Naked short selling offsets rising bullion demand. Prices are driven lower.
Naked shorts reflect what sellers don't have. It's illegal. It persists anyway. Bullion prices would be much higher otherwise. Eventually they'll rise to their true value. When remains to be seen.
QE reflects Fed market rigging. Treasuries and mortgage-backed securities are bought. Too-big-to-fail banks hold enormous amounts of junk. Fed buying substitutes dollars for toxic assets.
Banks get lots of cash to speculate. Markets are manipulated up in response. It's artificial. It's not real. It can't last. It continues until bubbles eventually pop.
Foreign exchange markets are rigged. On October 12, The Economist headlined "The FX is in," saying:
It's "been a dreadful couple of years for financial benchmarks." Banks rig libor. "Commodities prices from crude oil to platinum have been the subject of allegations and inquiries."
Authorities now scrutinize global foreign exchange (FX) markets. Trillions of dollars are involved daily. "(S)uspect banks have tampered with those, too."
On October 4, Reuters headlined "Switzerland probes banks over possible forex rigging." FINMA said it's "currently (investigating) several Swiss financial institutions in connection with possible manipulation of foreign exchange markets."
It's coordinating with regulators in other countries. "(M)ultiple banks around the world are potentially implicated."
UBS is Switzerland's largest bank. It was fined $2.7 billion for market rigging. Credit Suisse may be involved. So are major Wall Street banks.
Bloomberg said major ones use advance customer order knowledge to push through trades manipulatively.
They colluded with other banks doing so. FX markets are poorly regulated. Most trading takes place away from exchanges. It's a shadowy anything goes realm.
Price rigging is standard practice. Hundreds of banks trade currencies. Four dominate the market: Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, Barclays and UBS.
Concerns center around what's known as the "London Fix." It's a daily snapshot of currency prices.
Enormous shifts happen during a 60-second window before 4PM London time. It's when markets are especially liquid.
Banks set a certain rate for trades of one currency against another. Shortly afterwards, prices revert to normal rates.
Forex traders call the practice banging the close. It reflects blatant market manipulation. Betting the right way yields huge profits in seconds.
A fraction of a cent is all it takes. Trading involves a measure called a "pip." It represents one basis point or 1/100th of 1%.
Multiple trades near the London Fix can yield enormous profits. Repeating the process many times daily multiplies it hugely. A few pips in the right direction is all it takes.
The so-called WM/Reuters (WMR) rate works as follows. It's when "more than 40% of daily global FX trading is done. It's the nearest thing to a closing price in a 24-hour, self-regulated market."
Unwary traders are fleeced big time. Banks know big trades they'll execute on behalf of others.
Moving forex prices ahead of the fix yields big profits. Major banks do it at the expense of unsuspecting clients.
According to New York University's Stern School of Business Professor Marti Subrahmanyan:
"There's no policeman. These things have sort of fallen through the cracks. Foreign exchange is really nobody's kind of baby."
Major forex traders collude in electronic messaging groups. They're called "the bandits club" and "the cartel."
They profit at the expense of clients. They do so by manipulating markets up or down. Regulators do virtually nothing to stop it.
Investigations come and go. Minor penalties at most are imposed. It's part of the system. It shifts enormous wealth to major players.
Forex trading is a buyer's beware market. Traders call it the wild west. Volatility is valued. Sharp rice movements create profit opportunities. Stability minimizes them.
Manipulation is part of the system. Forex trading shenanigans reflect grand theft. Who said crime doesn't pay?

All of these are not only impeachable offenses, but incarceration indictments as well. Until every so-called anti-Obama
organization come together as one to remove this man……America is doomed to repeat the history of every other nation which
has allowed this to take place. Requests for more money, more petitions to be signed, will not be effective until a national

Facts are facts.

I have been broadcasting for 31 years and writing for longer than that. I do not recall ever saying on radio or in print that a president is doing lasting damage to our country. I did not like the presidencies of Jimmy Carter (the last Democrat I voted for) or Bill Clinton. Nor did I care for the “compassionate conservatism” of George W. Bush. In modern political parlance “compassionate” is a euphemism for ever-expanding government.
But I have never written or broadcast that our country was being seriously damaged by a president. So it is with great sadness that I write that President Barack Obama has done and continues to do major damage to America. The only question is whether this can ever be undone.
This is equally true domestically and internationally.
Domestically, his policies have had a grave impact on the American economy.
He has overseen the weakest recovery from a recession in modern American history.
He has mired the country in unprecedented levels of debt: about $6.5 trillion — that is 6,500 billion — in five years (this after calling his predecessor “unpatriotic” for adding nearly $5 trillion in eight years).
He has fashioned a country in which more Americans now receive government aid — means-tested, let alone non-means-tested — than work full-time.
He has no method of paying for this debt other than printing more money — thereby surreptitiously taxing everyone through inflation, including the poor he claims to be helping, and cheapening the dollar to the point that some countries are talking about another reserve currency — and saddling the next generations with enormous debts.
With his 2,500-page Affordable Care Act he has made it impossible for hundreds of thousands, soon millions, of Americans to keep their individual or employer-sponsored group health insurance; he has stymied American medical innovation with an utterly destructive tax on medical devices; and he has caused hundreds of thousands of workers to lose full-time jobs because of the health-care costs imposed by Obamacare on employers.
His Internal Revenue Service used its unparalleled power to stymie political dissent. No one has been held accountable.
His ambassador to Libya and three other Americans were murdered by terrorists in Benghazi, Libya. No one has been blamed. The only blame the Obama administration has leveled was on a videomaker in California who had nothing to do with the assault.
In this president’s White House the buck stops nowhere.
Among presidents in modern American history, he has also been a uniquely divisive force. It began with his forcing Obamacare through Congress — the only major legislation in American history to be passed with no votes from the opposition party.
Though he has had a unique opportunity to do so, he has not only not helped heal racial tensions, he has exacerbated them. His intrusions into the Trayvon Martin affair (“If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon”) and into the confrontation between a white police officer and a black Harvard professor (the police “acted stupidly”) were unwarranted, irresponsible, demagogic, and, most of all, divisive.
He should have been reassuring black Americans that America is in fact the least racist country in the world — something he should know as well as anybody, having been raised only by whites and being the first (halfbreed) black elected the leader of a white-majority nation.
Instead, he echoed the inflammatory speech of professional race-baiters such as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
He has also divided the country by economic class, using classic Marxist language against “the rich” and “corporate profits.”
Regarding America in the world, he has been, if possible, even more damaging. The United States is at its weakest, has fewer allies, and has less military and diplomatic influence than at any time since before World War II.
One wonders if there is a remaining ally nation that trusts him. And worse, no American enemy fears him. If you are a free movement (the democratic Iranian and Syrian oppositions) or a free country (Israel), you have little or no reason to believe that you have a steadfast ally in the United States.
Even non-democratic allies no longer trust America. Barack Obama has alienated our most important and longest standing Arab allies, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Both the anti–Muslim Brotherhood and the anti-Iran Arab states have lost respect for him.
And his complete withdrawal of American troops from Iraq has left that country with weekly bloodbaths.
Virtually nothing Barack Obama has done has left America or the world better since he became president. Nearly everything he has touched has been made worse.
He did, however, promise before the 2008 election that “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”
That is the one promise he has kept.
What does it take for the American people to WAKE UP?

The growing militarization of U.S. policing may be threatening community policing. When Sir Robert Peel developed his plan for the London Metropolitan Police circa 1829—which U.S. policing was loosely patterned after—he borrowed heavily from the military in organization and administrative structure, but he wanted there to be a clear distinction between the police and the military. To achieve that, the uniforms of the London Metropolitan police (Bobbies) were blue, in contrast to the red uniform of the day's British military, and Bobbies were forbidden to carry firearms.
While the military's mission is predicated on the use of force, Peel's principles of policing emphasize crime prevention, public approval, willing cooperation of the public, and a minimal use of physical force.
As U.S. policing evolved it took on a quasi-military orientation, with a hierarchical rank structure supported by distinctive uniforms, insignias, and a tangle of rules that borrowed heavily from the military. The military trappings were embraced even more as the field worked its way out from under the grip of political patronage and focused on crime control as the core mission.
The professional movement (1920s through 1970s) took policing from the corruption and political influence that pervaded the early years of policing to a more autonomous and less corrupt police culture. The professional movement relied on a regimented militaristic style to accomplish the transition, which remains constant to this day.1
While the community policing movement has drawn heavily from Peel's principles of policing, which emphasize the importance of the relationship between the police and the community they serve, the concurrent militarization trend may be undermining those relationships.
The current drift toward militarization has its roots in the 1960s and the responses to the social unrest that swept the nation at the time. The development of Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) teams in reaction to the Watts riots in Los Angeles began a movement in policing that relied more and more on military tactics, training, and equipment.2
There was unquestionably a need for the SWAT team approach in handling serious violent emergency situations, particularly those involving hostage taking and terrorist related incidents, and that was their primary use from their inception through the 1970s.3
However, since the early 1980s the use of SWAT teams has undergone a dramatic expansion: in the number of departments creating SWAT teams and in the mission and sheer number SWAT deployments. The number of departments—both large and small—with SWAT teams has increased by 48 percent from 1985 to 1995. SWAT team use increased as well, with team deployments jumping by 939 percent from 1980 to 1995, reaching about 30,000 deployments. The nature of their use changed as well. Search and arrest warrants related to drug cases accounted for a significant amount of the increase in SWAT deployments. Peter Kraska, Professor and Chair of Graduate Studies and Research in the School of Justice Studies at Eastern Kentucky University, estimates the increase in SWAT team use from 1980 to 2000 to be about 1,500 percent.4
SWAT is not the only contributing factor to the growing militarization of our police. Some evidence suggests that the military type battle dress uniforms (BDU) that are becoming more prevalent as standard dress for patrol officers, and the stress training patterned after military boot camps may have a negative impact on the very relationships between police and community members that are critical to the operationalization of community policing.
The type and color of the uniform has been said to contribute to a citizen's perception of the officer, and some research has suggested that the uniform color can influence the wearer—with black producing aggressive tendencies,5 tendencies that may produce unnecessary conflict between police and the very people they serve.
Stress training in police academies, and its warrior-like orientation that tends to create an “us versus them” mind set in rookie officers, has the potential of creating barriers between the police and the community. Even when community policing is part of a stress academy curriculum, it has been shown that the stress training creates obstacles to the kind of police-citizen relationships necessary to operationalize community policing.6
Police chiefs and sheriffs may want to ask themselves—if after hiring officers in the spirit of adventure, who have been exposed to action oriented police dramas since their youth, and sending them to an academy patterned after a military boot camp, then dressing them in black battle dress uniforms and turning them loose in a subculture steeped in an “us versus them” outlook toward those they serve and protect, while prosecuting the war on crime, war on drugs, and now a war on terrorism—is there any realistic hope of institutionalizing community policing as an operational philosophy?

A key plank of the Obama administration platform seems to be the conversion of the local police into a fifth branch of the U.S. armed forces.
The means of accomplishing this goal is the doling out of millions of dollars from theDepartment of Homeland Security (DHS) to police departments and sheriffs’ offices around the country.
Cash-strapped local law enforcement gobbles up the federal “grants,” purchasing military-grade vehicles, weapons, ammunition, and surveillance technology that would make the National Security Agency (NSA) proud.
For a list of the largesse and an inventory of the incredible equipment it finances, we rely on local media reports.
The Journal News from Albany, New York reports:
To help local emergency preparedness capability, local governments and police departments across the state have received $80 million in grants, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced today.
The grants help support and expand local government and police departments’ ability to respond and react to emergencies. The majority of funding is distributed through the $75 million annual state Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services Statewide Interoperable Communications Grant, Gannett’s Ashley Hupfl reports.
According to the story, the DHS money will go to fund “Technical Rescue and Urban Search and Rescue, Bomb Squad Initiative, the Explosive Detection Canine Team Grant Program, and the Critical Infrastructure Grant Program.”
In San Juan, Texas, DHS money is buying the police department an intelligence-gathering robot. Local newspaper, The Monitor, reports:
The San Juan Police Department has added a robot named Raven to its crime fighting arsenal.
Raven was purchased in early November at a cost of $27,000, paid for with a grant from the Department of Homeland Security, said San Juan police Chief Juan Gonzalez.
“Raven is a great asset to our department,” Gonzalez said, referring to the black, shin-high, tank-like robot designed to enter hard-to-reach places. “He is equipped with a set of cameras, infrared cameras and audio equipment that gives us eyes and ears in difficult situations such as a hostage situation.”
While Raven has already been used to gather intelligence in a drug raid last month, San Juan police got a chance to fully interact with the robot in the days before Thanksgivingwhen the department ran a series of exercises to test the capabilities of Raven and of the Law Enforcement Emergency Regional Response Team, or LEERRT — the regional SWAT team based in San Juan.
The San Juan Police Department’s website looks more like an advertisement for an elite military unit rather than for the cops froma town of less than 36,000.
Apart from armored personnel vehicles and war-worthy weapons, perhaps the most popular item purchased with DHS grant money is facial recognition software.
San Diego State University’s Police Department is the proud new owner of this powerful surveillance technology. The school’s newspaper The Daily Aztec reports:
Facial recognition technology, previously limited to soldiers in Afghanistan and FBI agents, is now being used by civilian law enforcement agencies throughout San Diego County. According to documents acquired by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a nonprofit focused on digital and privacy rights, the San Diego State Police Department is one of the agencies using this new technology. SDSUPD currently only has one officer in the program. However, he is the most active officer in the county, with more than 200 photos analyzed from January to October of this year.
The program to bring facial recognition technology to San Diego law enforcement is called TACIDS—short for Tactical Identification System. It’s a pilot program from the San Diego Association of Governments developed and purchased using grants from the federal government’s National Institute of Justice and theDepartment of Homeland Security, according to The Center for Investigative Reporting.
TACIDS works through Samsung tablets and Android smartphones that were distributed to specific officers (SDSUPD uses a tablet). Most of the 25 participating agencies were given one or two devices, although the sheriff’s department received the most with 64, while the San Diego and National City policedepartments received 27 and 26 respectively.
Notice that the story practically brags about the fact that a college police department is going to have gear more appropriate in the battlefield than on campus.
Maybe the author of the piece in The Daily Aztec is saying more than he meant to.
Is there a chance that the Department of Homeland Security is funneling all this money and materiel to local police to prepare them to quell popular uprisings? One expert thinks that may be the case.
Jim Fitzgerald worked for eight years as a vice and narcotics squad detective in Newark, New Jersey, before joining the staff of The John Birch Society. He is point man for the conservative organization’s “Support Your Local Police” initiative.
In an interview with The New American, Fitzgerald said there is “virtually no use” for the military-grade equipment being bought by local law enforcement with DHS grant money.
“The only reason to have this equipment is to use it,” Fitzgerald said, and it is likely it would be used against local citizens who have risen up and created some sort of civil disorder.
DHS, Fitzgerald believes, may be anticipating these riots and looks to them as a justification for the militarization of the police.
“They [DHS grants] are not good, not healthy, and not constitutional,” Fitzgerald adds.
The question that remains is how long citizens will accept the arming of their local police until they rise up in resistance and, as DHS probably has orchestrated, are targets of all the tactical weaponry, ammunition, and monitoring technology.
From license plate readers to facial recognition software, from surveillance cameras to cellphone signal trackers, the Department of Homeland Security is providing police with all the gadgets, hardware, and software necessary to keep everybody under surveillance, without the targeted public ever realizing that it’s the Capitol, not the cops, that are behind the monitoring.
Local police who participate in the program will have access to a shockingly broad array of personal information of citizens. Facial recognition technology, license platereaders, and stop light camera video feeds will all be funneled to a Regional Operations Intelligence Center where FBI, police, and DHS agents can watch the live feeds.
In fairness, most police chiefs and sheriffs are unaware of any larger, more sinister DHS program to foment riot as a pretext for quelling it.
But whether these lawmen realize it or not, when they accept federal gadgets and grants, they are surrendering their independence and their citizens’ civil liberties.
Perhaps the most important argument against the federalization of local police departments is that there is not a single syllable of the Constitution authorizing any such federal participation in law enforcement. If the power isn’t granted to the federal government in the Constitution, then authority over that area remains with the states and the people as described in the Tenth Amendment.
Self-serving bureaucrats inside the U.S. government are tirelessly trying to obliterate local police forces answerable to local citizens and promote the consolidation movement as a step toward federalization of law enforcement. These proponents of regional and national police forces desire nothing less than the eradication of all local police departments and sheriffs’ offices, the surrender of state and municipal sovereignty, and the conversion of police into federal security agents sworn not to protect and to serve their neighbors, but to protect the prerogatives of politicians.

1. We need to use attacks on the second amendment to wake up more people and fight tooth and nail to roll back restrictions. Did you notice how many traditional "conservatives" started to wake up when gun restriction efforts went into full gear?
2. We must immediately begin NETWORKING more. TPTB are using very effective tactics right now to splinter the liberty movement into various factions: Tea Party conservatives; Christian patriots; Libertarian minded activists; independents and former "progressives" who oppose empire and the NWO; left-leaning anti-NWO types such as Webster Tarpley (and some Veteran's Today writers). Some of this splintering is being accomplished with the help of a prominent figure in controlled opposition who has been mostly useful in our efforts to wake up people. The bulk of these divisive tactics center around bashing Christians; bashing "conspiracy theorists"; setting up free market capitalism as the fall guy for bankster crony oligopolism; and stoking a view of Libertarianism as the new pro-global techno-free-market with growing popularity especially in the younger age groups only to have the movement co-opted in a bait and switch. This new political target is being lead down the same path TPTB were trying to lead the young Occupiers which is a new and improved banking/money/economic paradigm – the end of capitalism as we know it but much worse as an absolute totalitarianism. For the Occupiers it was the Venus Project. There doesn't seem to be a name as yet for the next generation enslavement meme.
We must not let ourselves be divided and mislead.
3. We need to work on more effective OUTREACH AND SYNTHESIS. Remember Aaron Russo's admonitions about how we need to come together to expose the central controllers, their agenda, and their modus operandi. Help others connect the dots as often as you can. Digital currency, capital controls, bail-ins, monetary inflation, dismantling the legacy systems (pensions, social security, etc.), surveillance, destruction of civil liberties (e.g. NDAA and loss of habeas corpus!), Affordable Care Act to establish a centralized database and for rationing, gun control, smart grid, biometric identification, etc. Weave together the narrative every chance you get!
That's a heck of a start if we pull together.
I don't know what Robert Murphy's background is. If his book collection, including the topics of Reagan, Truman, and Climate Change, is any indication, he hasn't made it very far down the rabbit hole. He states the obvious about why it's nuts to attempt some kind of armed revolution yet the bromides he proffers amount to nothing more BOILING FROG SYNDROME.
We can do much better if we network and use our brains and not on Murphy's indolent timetable.

Local residents that work for any federal agency from USDA, FBI, ect. Businesses that wholesale pharmaceuticals, ammunition, medical supplies, communications equipment, diesel engine parts. welding supplies and tools and parts for heavy equipment. Places where fuels are stored are public info from the EPA. ect. These organizations are made up of people, and people cannot do bad things raid homes and protect their families at the same time. A clock ticks as people in a drab, desaturated world observe a moment of silence for the victims, then a camera follows a guy with a duffel bag in slow motion as he tosses the bag to the ground and heads into a school, presumably to shoot the place up. A dramatic female voice says, “But with 26 more school shootings since that day, ask yourself: Is silence what America needs right now?” alluding that what America needs is even more gun control laws.

The fact that Sandy Hook was already a gun-free zone and criminals are criminals because they don’t follow laws to begin with (that’s what makes them criminals by definition) apparently doesn’t factor in.
The commercial was sponsored by Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and the 600-member Mayors Against Illegal Guns.
The latter group is led by outgoing New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, an extreme gun control enthusiast who continues to assert that the Second Amendment is about hunting and someone who has spent millions on all manner of anti-gun propaganda, even including gun control Thanksgiving place mats for the kiddies this year. While Bloomberg touts that his organization has approximately 600 members as if that’s a whole lot, considering there are some 35,000 mayors in this country, Bloomberg’s got less than 2% in his corner. Just last month, 23 of those members lost reelection.
By the way, while the mayor argues that average citizens should have less guns, he’s busy sitting on a city he bragged has the “7th biggest army in the world”. (Note, while it’s true this is wildly inaccurate as the NYPD isn’t even the largest police force in the world, according to Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, it does have a state-of-the-art post-9/11 anti-terrorism system with the ability to take down rogue aircraft.)
Bloomberg needs to check out what Thomas Jefferson meant by “unalienable rights” and take a history lesson; his city’s overblown police state is exactly what America’s founding fathers warned against and why a person’s right to bear arms is absolutely critical to maintaining freedom against a tyrannical, oppressive system.
Besides, despite having some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation, NYC still has more gun murders per capita than the entire country of Argentina.

Army Officer Wants You Disarmed: “We Will Pry Your Gun from Your Cold, Dead Fingers”

Within the upper echelons of our military there still remain men and women who are committed to the fundamental laws of the land. But assuming that all members of our military will be there to support the Constitution of the United States when our nation needs them most would be a mistake.
Understand this: There are those within their ranks who would turn on their oaths and forcibly seize the very rights our Founders fought so hard to preserve without giving it a second thought.
The following opinion piece, penned by Lt. Col. Robert Bateman, shows in stark detail exactly what we’re dealing with and argues in no uncertain terms that the American public must be disarmed in order for the United States to survive.
The ideas proposed by Lt. Col. Bateman in It’s Time to Talk About Guns and the Supreme Court are nothing short of shocking.
This is coming from an active military commander, and though not officially sanctioned by the administration, his work is obviously a propaganda piece designed to give the gun grabber initiative direct support from military leadership.
Guns are tools. I use these tools in my job. But like all tools one must be trained and educated in their use. Weapons are there for the “well regulated militia.” Their use, therefore, must be in defense of the nation. Shooting and killing somebody because they were not “upset enough” over the loss of a college football team should not be possible in our great nation. Which is why I am adding the following “Gun Plank” to the Bateman-Pierce platform. Here are some suggestions:
1. The only guns permitted will be the following:
a. Smoothbore or Rifled muzzle-loading blackpowder muskets. No 7-11 in history has ever been held up with one of these.
b. Double-barrel breech-loading shotguns. Hunting with these is valid.
c. Bolt-action rifles with a magazine capacity no greater than five rounds. Like I said, hunting is valid. But if you cannot bring down a defenseless deer in under five rounds, then you have no fking reason to be holding a killing tool in the first place.
2. We will pry your gun from your cold, dead, fingers. That is because I am willing to wait until you die, hopefully of natural causes. Guns, except for the three approved categories, cannot be inherited. When you die your weapons must be turned into the local police department, which will then destroy them. (Weapons of historical significance will be de-milled, but may be preserved.)
3. Police departments are no longer allowed to sell or auction weapons used in crimes after the cases have been closed. (That will piss off some cops, since they really need this money. But you know what they need more? Less violence and death. By continuing the process of weapon recirculation, they are only making their jobs — or the jobs of some other cops — harder.)
4. We will submit a new tax on ammunition. In the first two years it will be 400 percent of the current retail cost of that type of ammunition. (Exemptions for the ammo used by the approved weapons.) Thereafter it will increase by 20 percent per year.
5. We will initiate a nationwide “buy-back” program, effective immediately, with the payouts coming from the DoD budget. This buy-back program will start purchasing weapons at 200 percent of their face value the first year, 150 percent the second year, 100 percent the third year. Thereafter there will be a 10 year pause, at which point the guns can be sold to the government at 10 percent of their value for the next 50 years.
6. The major gun manufactures of the United States, less those who create weapons for the federal government and the armed forces, will be bought out by the United States of America, for our own damned good.

You won’t see the establishment media publishing arguments from top military leaders in support of the Second Amendment. Sadly, however, those who would take away our right to defend ourselves have been given a limitless platform to push their agenda to the masses.
Hundreds of thousands of services members, both active and retired, have put their lives on the line to uphold those rights which have made our nation great. There’s no doubt that they will do so again when the need arises.

I have just been informed by a former senior military leader that Obama is using a new “litmus test” in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders. Get ready to explode folks.
“The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not”.
Those who will not are being removed.

Lt. Col. Robert Bateman, the second amendment-hating Army Officer who caused controversy after vowing to “pry your gun from your cold, dead, fingers,” works closely with the Department of Homeland Security.
Earlier this week, Bateman, an active military commander,penned a piece for Esquire magazine in which he promised to push for a total ban on all firearms besides muskets, shotguns and rifles, and shut down all gun manufacturers except for those who produced weapons for the federal government and the armed forces (you will be disarmed, the state will have a monopoly on firepower).
Bateman is president and founder of Alliance Defense Marketing Associates LLC, a “global premier risk management” firm that does work for the DHS.
According to the company’s website, part of the services offered by the firm include, “Homeland Security operational initiatives.”
According to Bateman’s official LinkedIn page, he also personally specializes in “Defense/Homeland Security/Law Enforcement operational initiatives.”
That’s ironic given that while Bateman is lecturing the American people about their gun rights, the DHS is simultaneously buying assault riflesand acquiring billions of rounds of ammunition.
Critics contend that Bateman’s revulsion for the second amendment (which he woefully misinterprets) “proves he knows nothing about the Constitution he swore an oath to defend.”
Bateman’s promise to “pry your gun from your cold, dead, fingers” was an inflammatory reference to his advocacy for making it illegal for guns on his imaginary blacklist to be inherited. “I am willing to wait until you die, hopefully of natural causes,” wrote Bateman.
Later in the article, Bateman says disarming the American people is all about encouraging “less violence and death,” although such sentiments weren’t evident when he became embroiled in an argument with a blogger which ended up with the Colonel making a thinly veiled death threat.
The argument concerned a former senior female Human Terrain Team (HTT) member who wasallegedly subjected to a death threat by an active duty lieutenant at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan.
After Bateman engaged in “ad hominem attacks” against Maximilian Forte, the blogger who posted the story, and was subsequently banned, he resorted to a veiled death threat of his own.
“And I apologize for the future. Not really my fault. But I am sorry nonetheless,” wrote Bateman.
“You apologize for the future. It was worth approving your message just so that others can see the veiled threat,” responded Forte.
Bateman repeated the threat in a subsequent post when he remarked, “And again, Max, truly, I am sorry for your future.”
Bateman’s thinly veiled death threats reveal him to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing, someone who claims to be all about reducing violence yet resorts to barely disguised rhetorical threats of violence against his ideological adversaries.
It seems abundantly clear that it is Bateman who has a problem with violence and is most likely a danger to himself and those around him. It is therefore Bateman, and not the American people, who should be disarmed.

An analysis of the U.S. secretaries of war and defense (the name was changed from secretary of war to secretary of defense in 1947) gives us some insight into the nature of the relationships within the “military-industrial complex.” Though these secretaries are not the only gatekeepers of the warfare-welfare state (and perhaps not even the most important ones), they do perform a crucial function in coordinating the collectivist, rent-seeking corporate entities with the political parties and their largely social-democratic agendas.
Of 41 secretary-ships since 1900, we are looking at 39 individuals, two having served twice under two separate presidents. These 39 secretaries came from 19 states only. The overwhelming majority were from the Atlantic seaboard. Strikingly, 41 percent of these secretaries of defense and war came from just three states: New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Casting our net a bit wider geographically catches two-thirds of the secretaries. These three states were populous ones, to be sure, but for the whole period, their average percentage of U.S. population would be something under 20 percent. Furthermore, very few came from the great cities. The secretaries from New York were far more likely to come from Clinton (Elihu Root) or Glen Falls (Robert Patterson) than New York City. These were mostly small-town kids from western Pennsylvania, upstate New York, and adjoining districts.
Perhaps less surprisingly, 52 percent attended Ivy League institutions (some of them only the professional schools at the Ivies). Of the Ivy Leaguers, 11 were Republican secretaries, ten Democrat. Yet in spite of the elite educational connections, most of the secretaries came from middle-class, and in several cases, distinctly lower middle-class backgrounds.
Not all, of course. Robert Lovett (under Truman) was a scion of Union Pacific money (hence related to a couple of banking empires). Elliott Richardson (under Nixon) was from a blue-blooded family of Boston Brahmins. William Howard Taft (under Theodore Roosevelt) was from the powerful Ohio Taft family of Cincinnati.
Their bios show that, at least in broad summary, even the most atypical of the 39 do not stray too far from the following portrait, a kind of ideal-type of war secretary.
Our model secretary of war or defense is an individual from western Pennsylvania. He comes from a sturdy middle class background which enables this bright, hard-working kid to get an Ivy League education, most likely at Yale. He writes or edits one of the college publications. Since our man is at Yale, he is sought out by a secret society, and he gets into, say, Skull and Bones (the most frequently occurring, though some others are represented), rubbing shoulders there with the elite families and fortunes.
If there is a war on after college, our man will serve a short stint in the military. He will then study law at Harvard, working afterward for a law firm or an investment bank. Making his way into state or national politics, he will serve in a number of legislative or executive positions.
Our ideal man — and they are all males — would definitely be in the Council on Foreign Relations (after 1922). After having served for three or four years as secretary of war or defense, our man will go back to “business,” almost certainly investment banking. (This is true in nearly every case, even for those who were not bankers before.) He would also maintain extensive board memberships, consultative positions, and other connections to the arms industry. And he would be connected with the worlds of both government task forces and the great tax-free foundations (Ford Foundation, Rand, etc.) and maintain close connections to Lehman Brothers, Morgan, Jacob Schiff, and Goldman Sachs.
Now, let me say that there are plenty of incidental variations in the pool. Interesting ones at that. One secretary of war had two descendants (grandson and great grand-daughter) who would be nominated for academy awards (George Dern, one of FDR’s war secretaries). One secretary of defense served twice and in between joined big pharma and successfully gained the FDA approval of Aspartame (Rumsfeld). One secretary of war established the Davis Cup in tennis (Davis). Two secretaries had previously been college roommates (Rumsfeld and Carlucci). And one of Roosevelt’s war secretaries was a strict non-interventionist (Woodring)!
As mentioned, only a few of the secretaries came from old money and privilege: in general, these men are not the shadowy banker puppet masters nor the vicious capitalists of imagination, but rather the sons of farmers, small-town attorneys, and school teachers whose ambition took them to positions of influence. Indeed, some exercised enormous influence on policy: think Stimson, McNamara, and Rumsfeld, for example. Some much less. There were no real Metternichs or Richelieus among them, no “coachmen of Europe” so to speak. Rather, they were high functionaries of the warfare-welfare state. And, it must be said, hard-working, intelligent, and capable individuals.
All this hard work was applied to procuring materials for war, getting them from the preferred sources, shaping American defense organizations so as to carry out the military plans of the president and his advisors. Maybe even ensuring that the destruction inflicted would be such that the reconstruction would yield profit to favored sectors and companies later on. These secretaries certainly provide one of the secured connections between politics and the upper-level decision-making levels of “wise men.”
I am suggesting that this specific profile may be crucial to the political process of brokering deals between the parties, the administration, high finance, the military, and arms manufacturing — in essence the military industrial complex. The modern imperium, no less than the state of the Sun King, needs highly skilled managers of even temperament and total loyalty. The “democracy” of today— Part Theater, part therapy, part oligarchy— might serve up oddballs and originals as Secretaries of state, senators, and presidents. But the defense secretaries, crucial machinery of the perpetual warfare state, are finely-honed parts of a specific make.
Parenthetically, and without attributing special significance, I observe a tendency to partisan difference in style among our defense ministers. The Democrat party has tended to choose a few more out-of-sync secretaries than the Republican party. Also, a few more Democrat secretaries came from outside the Bermuda Triangle (of New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio) of war secretaries.
On the other hand, it is likewise true that Defense is the cabinet position that probably most frequently crosses party lines, as in the case of Secretary Hagel. Clearly, at times, these guardians are simply interchangeable.
Both political parties have of course acted as fronts for the state elite, for the system of the warfare-welfare state. The appearance of tension between the two parties in matters of war-making has been theater in many ways, though many participants are, no doubt, true believers. Yet these ideas have to be conveyed against the backdrop of actual aggressive warlike activity by both parties when in power.
The indispensable interface between parties, business, and elites is guarded by a special class of loyalists, usually extremely bright individuals of modest family and social status, chosen by the state elite to do this work, and later rewarded accordingly. When we look at these men and these functions, it is hard to imagine how it could be otherwise.
It is not hard for me to imagine how it could be otherwise. All it would take to completely change government is for the people to be involved beginning in childhood. Let them see first hand how highly educated men with ambitions of rising to the pinnacle of power turn into egotistical tyrants. Soon, the people would accept these jobs instead of being intimidated by them. Once the cream has risen to the top and exposed to the air, it pollutes the whole jar. The solution is to put a cap on it.

Having replaced savings with debt on both the national and individual levels, I think it's well past time for Westerners to take a few lessons from our creditors in the East. Many Americans consider gold a "barbarous relic," but in Asia, the yellow metal remains the bedrock of individual savings plans. This means that either greater than half of the world's population are barbarians, or they've held onto an important tradition that our culture has forgotten.
A Culture of Gold
One of the most important elements of Eastern gold demand is that it is not limited to educated investors or the higher classes, as often seems to be the case in the West. Throughout Asia, no matter one's social status, precious metals are the first assets people choose to protect their wealth. There is not even a glimmer of doubt about the enduring value of hard money.
A recent Bloomberg article quotes a Chinese woman, "I don't know anything about the stock market and I don't have enough money to buy property, so I figured gold is the safest choice."
Some might write off this philosophy as naïve, but her logic is founded in centuries of tradition, borne of hard-won experience. The same goes in India and across South Asia, where gold is an essential part of local religious customs. From wedding dowries to temple offerings, gold carries a caché in Asia that most Westerners can't fathom.
Consider the US as a comparison. Here, newlyweds are more likely to receive a house full of fancy appliances than any assets that might form the foundation of long-term financial independence.
After a couple of generations of US-dollar dominance, Americans have become lazy with our wealth. While we exploit our economic power by going into debt for fancy cars, big-screen TVs, and expensive smart phones, our creditors are steadily stockpiling gold.
A River of Gold from West to East
Asia's love affair with gold became worldwide news when the price of the yellow metal dropped last April. Asian consumers saw the price drop as a fortunate buying opportunity, and metals dealers were swamped with orders for both bullion and jewelry. Premiums skyrocketed across the continent, but this did not slow demand.
With all this demand, shouldn't gold's global spot price have continued rising? Unfortunately, many Westerners were selling into the Eastern demand. In fact, the stagnant spot price concealed a historic transfer of real wealth.
The rising price of gold over the past decade had lured many Western investors into the paper gold market through precious metals exchange-traded funds (ETFs). To ETF investors intent on fast growth rather than long-term capital preservation, the recent drop in price was viewed as a sell signal, not an opportunity.
By the end of September, gold ETFs had sold off about 700 metric tons of physical gold – more than half of it in just the second quarter. The World Gold Council reports that the majority of these outflows have been absorbed by Asian demand.
However, Western selling was enough to keep the global spot price from recovering. Instead of more capital flowing into gold, it was the gold itself which was flowing from Western financial institutions to Eastern households.
The latest data shows that consumer demand for physical gold in the first three quarters of 2013 hit a historical record of 2,896.5 metric tons. 90% of the year-over-year increase in this demand came from Asia and the Middle East.
Meanwhile, Americans have been distracted by one record high after another in the domestic stock market.
When reporting on Asian gold demand, the Western media tends to focus on nations like India, which has practically declared war against gold buyers this year in a misguided attempt to curb its trade deficit.
The Indian government raised tariffs on the metal to a record 10%, and now requires importers to re-export 20% of their gold. India's central bank even went as far as asking temples around the country to divulge how much gold they were storing, though many refused.
Thailand and Vietnam have taken similar steps to subdue their populations' gold demand, even though the primary outcome has been to increase gold smuggling.
These governments' measures have received the most attention because they fit nicely into the Western narrative that gold is an old-fashioned asset that does more harm than good in modern economies. But the truth is that the only ones harmed by gold are Western governments!
Last month, China officially surpassed India as the world's largest consumer of gold. Unlike New Delhi, Beijing is encouraging its citizens' gold lust by easing restrictions on the gold trade. The People's Bank of China (PBOC) is preparing to expand the number of businesses allowed to import and export gold on a large scale. It has also increased the amount of tax-free gold citizens are allowed to bring into the country.
Meanwhile, China is finally pulling away from the US dollar. A month after China's government news agency called for a "de-Americanized world," a deputy governor at the PBOC said, "It's no longer in China's favor to accumulate foreign-exchange reserves."
Simply put, China is planning to wind down its own stimulus program of buying US dollars, and instead allow the value of the yuan to appreciate. In preparation for this shift, China has been diversifying its foreign exchange reserves into gold. The PBOC has not released official numbers on its gold reserves since 2009, but experts have begun to speculate that its current holdings are far larger than previously estimated.
A Rude Awakening
This is the time when the West realizes that its great reservoir of wealth has run dry, as the gold has all flowed East.
When China stops buying US Treasuries, the Fed will remain the only major buyer of US debt. This will drive interest rates up, thereby sticking the US government with obligations it cannot possibly fulfill. Ultimately, this will be the death knell for the dollar, as the Fed will be forced to significantly expand its QE program to assume the role as Treasury-buyer of last resort.
Mom-and-pop gold buyers throughout the East probably do not understand all the subtleties of the foreign exchange markets, but an undying appreciation for gold is built into their culture. Make no mistake: the East is the engine of the 21st century global economy – and it is riding on rails of gold.
This holiday season, consider breaking with our recent Western tradition of giving gifts of no enduring value. Instead, take the opportunity to turn some of your paper dollars into gifts that will still have value when your kids are grown.

Colorado, along with a 15 county area in Northern California and Southern Oregon comprise the beta test for Agenda 21 control over our most precious resources, namely, our water and our farmland.
The Koch Brothers Spearhead the Agenda 21 Takeover of Colorado
The Koch brothers have accomplished nothing. The brothers inherited their immense wealth from their father, Soviet oilman Fred Koch. Yet, these entitled Koch brothers feel that should have the right to dictate to everyone else how they should live.
Stalin actually brought in Fred Koch in order to develop the Soviet Union’s oil industry and now the sins of the father are being visited upon Fred’s sons as they are bringing a virulent form of communism to Colorado.
Koch Industries is the second largest corporation in the United States and, true to form, they have no scruples. The Koch brothers are so corrupt that have been caught stealing oil from protected Indian lands. This should be a hint to the people of Colorado as to what lies in their immediate future.
The Koch brothers espouse the Agenda 21 belief that you do not control your wealth, land, food, water and air; the state does on behalf of the corporations that they serve. For example, the Koch brothers are attacking social security. They have spent $29 million dollars to put forth the propaganda that social security is broke. It is only broke because Congress keeps raiding the funds. The Koch brothers want the retirement age to go to 70 years of age. They want to get their greedy hands on social security so that can invest the funds on Wall Street, thus risking everyone’s social security retirement funds.

The Rocky Mountain Climate Organization (RMCO) launched the Colorado Climate Project, to bring Coloradans together to reduce the state’s contribution and vulnerability to a changed climate. The principal sponsors of the Agenda 21 takeover of Colorado includes the Denver Water Board, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Pat Stryker, the City of Aspen, BP America, the Koch brothers and the Rockefeller Family Fund.
Because of the Colorado Climate Change and theirunwarranted influence, Colorado farmers are losing more and more of their farmland. The State Legislature and the Colorado Supreme Court are forcing Colorado farmers to forsake the use of well water in the irrigation of their crops during a period of prolonged drought. They have ordered the shutdown of 440 wells. Colorado farm land is drying up, crop yield is down and many farmers are facing ruination. This is classic Agenda 21 in which the only ones who should be able to farm in rural areas are the large corporate farms and the government. Under this group it is illegal to trap rain water, reuse irrigation water and 50% of all farmland cannot be tilled under their proposals. We are talking about the complete destruction of Colorado farming and the absolute installment of Agenda 21 policies in the state.
Colorado Gun Confiscation
Colorado is also the site of some of the most contentious gun control legislation in the country. These same forces are going after the guns of Colorado residents. Two state legislators have already been recalled and removed from office for supporting the anti-Second Amendment forces of these Agenda 21 groups.
Senator Evie Hudak has been one of the principals trying to ban guns in Colorado. Subsequently there have been efforts to recall this third anti-gun politician. Rather than face a recall election, Hudak abruptly resigned. Hudak is a piece of work. She is despised by Second Amendment supporters for having callously dismissed the testimony of a rape survivor during a legislative hearing in an extreme example of depraved indifference.
In an effort to get Hudak recalled, Colorado activists have experienced extreme harassment, even stalking, with the tacit approval of local law enforcement,
Activist, Mike McAlpine, who headed up the Hudak recall effort, stated that ”We have multiple cars monitoring us at our offices and filming us from the parking lot.” McAlpine went on to say that “This is not a one-off event. We hold sign-and-drive events on the sidewalks near to busy intersections, and we hold signs inviting people to pull over and sign the petition. Our opponents have taken to blocking us: as cars pull in, they run up to the driver’s side door and physically stand next to the door so that the person inside cannot open the door and come outside.”
McAlpine further stated that “… opponents have formed human chains in order to block anyone who wants to sign. “They yell at the person while they’re at the table trying to sign, or blow an airhorn in their ear. There have been a half-dozen examples of that. In addition, when we go out to knock on doors and present the petition, they will follow us down the sidewalk and scream and yell.”
This is where this gets very interesting. The Climate Change Project is involved and they are using their thug contacts, which helped to propel Obama into the White house.
These radical leftist groups have poured a lot of money into the state. "Legal filings reveal that the Democracy Defense Fund, which opposed the recall, received $25,000 from the National Education Association, $10,000 from SEIU, and $5,000 from the Colorado AFL-CIO. Records show that, by yesterday, Democracy Defense Fund had received $120,000."
Colorado Law Enforcement Runs Interference for the Agenda 21 Forces Invading Colorado
McAlpine states that local law enforcement refuses to respond to the allegations of harassment , intimidation and stalking. He further states that “Our City Hall and the Department of Motor Vehicles, both of which are public institutions. The police have escorted our people off of those locations with the explicit reason that they would arrest us if we came back because we were asking government employees for signatures, and that is illegal.” Yet, other groups are permitted to circulated petitions in the same proximity. What we have here is a case of the police protecting the illegal harassment activities of the anti-gun forces in Colorado. Meanwhile,McAlpine states that “We stay 100 feet from the entrance to be approximately safe, “nonetheless, the city has deployed the police to escort us off the premises with the direct threat that they will arrest us next time.”
The Agenda 21 forces are ruining farm land, lessening crop production, denying lawful access to water and breaking the law in opposing the pro Second Amendment supporters and their legitimate political activities.
Colorado is a beta test for the rest of the nations. If the Koch brothers and their Agenda 21 allies get their way in Colorado, they will undoubtedly unleash this tyranny across the country.

Bud Conrad of Casey Research is one of those who does, and in the interview below with Future Money Trends he discusses the end result of the manipulations currently being executed by our government, central banks, and financial institutions.
Despite what we’ve be told is the case, they have fixed absolutely nothing. Our national debt has grown, millions have already been impoverished and millions more will be soon. The next crisis is imminent.
The complex of potential future problems will be based on the same problems that caused the 2008 downturn… too much government debt, too much private debt and a collapse of that debt when it can’t be paid, creating a new economic crisis.
Look at the big long-term future of our economic situation… I have predicted, that in my lifetime, the US government issue of currency can’t be trusted.
It will implode and will issue a new currency to replace the dollar. That will destroy an awful lot of debts.
It will give the government a new leg, and if they can base it on something like gold it will, both, be very bullish for gold and create new confidence. If they create a new paper system like the old paper system it’ll die just like a Banana republic [like] Argentina about every ten years later.
With that… I am saying in my lifetime we’ll see the demise of the dollar and certainly before that we’ll see gold at $10,000 an ounce.

Don’t be ignorant enough to keep your dollar denominated investments any faster than you can convert them to physical gold, silver, or most other physical commodities. If you’re in denial about the dollar crash, you’re a fool. Your financial survival, or death, is only a matter of time, but it’s coming sure as hell. I pity you fools who believe it is disloyal to dump your dollars. Dollars have been nothing but a tool to rob you of your wealth!
